The onboarding experience is great. [sensitive content hidden] is my assigned specialist and she is very good at explaining everything.
Pros: Customer support is great. [sensitive content hidden] (onboarding person) has been helpful and calling customer support was easy and professional
Cons: A bit pricey compared to others. So far, I am not seeing value for monthly cost. I’ll try for a few more months and see.

Whenever we reach out with questions about channel integrations, calendar sync, or API setup, the responses are clear, actionable, and tailored to our specific setup rather than generic copy-paste answers. [sensitive content hidden] take ownership of issues and follow up until everything is fully resolved, which has saved us a lot of time managing multiple listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, and our direct website. Overall a reliable partner for day-to-day operations.
Cons: Nothing major to complain about so far. The support team always closes the gap quickly when we ask. Thank you

Pros: Amazing customer support which makes the system easy to use. [sensitive content hidden] is our customer success partner who is lovely and really patient with showing us the system.
Cons: It has so many features sometimes it can be a little bit overwhelming to look at, but once you know it, its great.

Cons: At this time, we honestly do not have any negatives to report about Hostaway. Our experience has been very positive overall. The platform has been reliable, easy to use, and extremely helpful for managing our property listings across multiple booking channels. Excellent so far... [sensitive content hidden] (our onboarding contact) has been awesome in assisting us to optimise our settings and fully utlise the functionality of the Hostaway platform.
Pros: Onboarding support is comprehensive and tailored specifically to our needs. This has allowed us to seamlessy enhance our accomodations offerings.
Cons: There was a lack of ability to trouble shoot in the moment when we were experiencing a problem with a booking enquiring received through AirBnb.

It was a smooth and painless process from our first call with [sensitive content hidden] to the graduation call with [sensitive content hidden] . I love that I can have so many functions under one platform.
Pros: Working with [sensitive content hidden] during the onboarding made my life so much easier. She was very calm, knowledgeable, and patient.
Cons: It is impossible to learn it without a guide. I would recommend a pre-onboarding checklist. I wasn’t aware I needed to have Stripe up and running for the 1st call so just make sure folks know.

The training is great, I couldn't be happier. I'm still unsure if this software will save me time as opposed to the other one we used. I'm confused on the billing that hostaway charges my credit card. I can not find the billing info for the charges I'm getting.
Pros: [sensitive content hidden] was a great teacher. He was very patient and detailed in his explaination of the hostaway software.
Cons: The diffent ways you have to input properties into different platforms. The billing is Questionable. I am confused. I also would like to have accounting intergrated with it without having to use a third party software like quickbooks

We are just starting but I'm hoping it's going to make my life easier once everything gets properly set up and synced.
Pros: I like that hostaway has the ability to connect with multiple booking platforms in one place which can streamline our operations and increase revenues. The onboarding support from our rep [sensitive content hidden] was great.
Cons: There were some integration issues with our current online booking platform that created some discrepancies which was troubling, although their tech support was quick in responding to the issue.

Overall, our experience with Hostaway has been very positive. The platform has helped streamline operations and improve efficiency, and the customer support has been excellent throughout the process. Having a strong CSM makes a huge difference, and she has been a real partner in our success.
Pros: What stood out most was the quality of support and customer engagement, especially from [sensitive content hidden], our Customer Success Manager. She has been responsive, proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. The platform itself is comprehensive and well-suited for managing short-term rental operations, with strong integrations and automation capabilities that simplify day-to-day management.
Cons: Like many powerful platforms, there is a learning curve when first implementing and optimizing all features. Some advanced configurations and reporting could also be more intuitive. However, the support from the CSM team helped overcome these challenges quickly.

It was good, but as described there are quiet a lot of bugs in the system, as with the calender export etc. This are very important things, and it makes me worried a bit that it doesn´t always goes correctly
Pros: It saves a lot of time, and you avoid overbookings in this way. It was good to have a trainer who explains you the whole system
Cons: Issues with exporting, for example not all prices got synchronised correctly, also when changing the amount of bathrooms, this took a while before the change was actually made.

Mon expérience avec Hostaway est très positive. La plateforme facilite énormément la gestion quotidienne des réservations, de la communication avec les voyageurs et de l’automatisation des tâches. L’équipe support est toujours disponible et efficace. Je remercie particulièrement Sou pour son excellent accompagnement et son aide précieuse.
Pros: Hostaway est une excellente plateforme pour gérer des locations saisonnières de manière simple et efficace. L’interface est intuitive, les automatisations permettent un vrai gain de temps et la synchronisation avec les différentes plateformes fonctionne très bien. Le support client est également très réactif et professionnel. Un grand merci à Sou pour son aide, sa patience et son professionnalisme tout au long de l’assistance.
Cons: Honnêtement, tout s’est très bien passé jusqu’à présent. Je suis satisfait de l’expérience globale avec la plateforme et je n’ai pas rencontré de problème majeur.

Very good, we love the software! Hostaway has a lot of possibilities to automate things and it works very good. The dynamic pricing tool is something really valueble. The app is also very nice to work with, I recommend it for property managers!

Cons: That you need some time to understand everything in the beginning. Hostaway has a lot of tools and automations and that is very good, but it's in the beginning not that easy to understand them all. But they have a very good onboarding where everything is set-up and explained very good!

Cons: The website builder is not quite to par with the industry. I expected the direct booking website platform to be at least average in terms of use and feel.
