All of our administrative staff and English department are using Grammarly Business and their written communication has improved as a result. Parent feedback on more understandable emails. Progress reports are not sent until teachers catch mistakes. Not an ideal solution for education, but for our school, the time savings are worth the investment.
Pros: Our teachers save hours of parent e-mails and newsletters. Three cases of plagiarized material were detected in student recommendation letters last semester by the plagiarism checker. When you take into account how much faculty writing faculty does, it's well worth every penny. The Response team has a deep understanding of the needs of the education sector and can respond within 24 hours.
Cons: The school discount is not large enough for budget-conscious schools. Occasionally, the words that are correct in academic settings are classified as mistakes. Hopefully it was integrated into our PowerSchool system. There is virtually no file storage at present as compared to what we need.

Overall I really like Grammarly Business. It is super simple to navigate and it is extremely beneficial to use. I love using it and I definitely recommend it to others!
Pros: I like that it is easy to use and that it gives you great grammar advice and that it helps you out so much. It checks for any accidental plagiarism so that you can fix it, there is good customer support and value for money, and the file storage is one of the better things that I have seen with Grammarly. I like that it helps you with content writing as well, this is just a great thing!
Cons: There is nothing at all that I dislike about Grammarly Business, in fact, I have only ever had great experiences with it!

Very easy to use, incredably helpful and couldnt live without it now. Bit of a pain when working in HTML but easily fixed.
Pros: How easy it intergrates into existing applications such as browsers and word processors. Really help with my dyslexic brain.
Cons: Sometimes when working in HTML, it would embed their own HTML tags into it which adds alot of bloat when web deleloping.

Pros: The most attractive feature to me of Grammarly Business is that it is easy to improve communication within the team in real-time. Its fast and accurate grammar and clarity suggestions ensure that it is not difficult to produce a clean, business-style content. Another thing I appreciate is the style guide tools, which help the brand voice to remain consistent across teams. It is easy to operate on a daily basis since it smooths interfaces with emails, browsers and documents. In a nutshell, it enhances communication in the firm, writing quality and saves on time.
Cons: The weakness of Grammarly Business is that the proposals are too pushy or they are not contextual to certain contextual writing, particularly technical or creative. It can suggest amendments that will change intended meaning or tone. Smaller teams can also be worried with the premium pricing. Also, there are some lag or performance-related problems in some integrations that can break workflow. Finally, its sophisticated capabilities such as style guides might need some initial set up and training to be comprehensive.

Our experience with Grammarly has been great till now. We have been using the business plan since 2018 and it works best for us. There are 8 people in our team that use this.
Pros: I write SOP (statement of purpose) for students taking admissions in Ivy League colleges. Grammarly is my go to app while doing editing. After writing, I go to grammarly and paste or upload the entire document and it shows me the overall quality of the write up. The UI is simply awesome and shows everything in a summary.
Cons: So we are a team of 8 people and we mostly use Grammarly for editing our docs. Although we are very used to this software but sometimes it shows unnecessary underlines on the phrases which are already well written. This is a little annoying and irritating as it hampers the overall score of the write up.

It is so useful, and I do not have any alternative to it, for typing correction and fast language editing.
Pros: Grammarly is great and so useful when integrated with the Google Chrome browser; it is so helpful to correct typos and improve the context.
Cons: It is good overall, and I am happy to use Grammarly, but to further optimize then language detection and translation can be included and expanded.

Not bad, great at getting things done quickly and catches grammar/spelling mistakes. Love the suggestions.
Pros: Real-time fixes for grammar/spelling/clarity save tons of time; especially for quick emails and docs. Love the brand voice feature to keep everything consistent across the team. Integrates everywhere (Google Docs, Slack, etc.), and the AI rewrites/drafts aligned to our tone make writing faster and more pro. Game-changer for clear, polished comms without the hassle.
Cons: The price is pretty steep—especially for smaller teams or if you're not using every feature, it feels like overkill compared to the individual premium version. Sometimes the suggestions overcorrect or miss nuance in tone/brand voice even with custom setups, making AI rewrites sound a bit generic or off. Occasional integration glitches (like lag in certain tools or not playing nice with online editors) force copy-pasting, which kills the flow. And yeah, it can pop up too much or suggest changes that just aren't needed if you're already solid at writing.

This has become a critical tool for our department's business writing. I have opted to let it integrate into my email compositions as well.
Pros: Using the AI detector is easy and helpful. I also didn't realize how many small grammatical errors had become habitual in my business writing and this program has helped point those out.
Cons: The features are a bit hard to understand and organize. Most frequently, the features used are the most simple like AI detection, content clarity, grammatical correctness, etc.

I'd say it's the best; I'd give it 8/10. It has its ups and downs, but it helps me with my captions for social media.

Overall the app function is great for people with dyslexia or even lack proper writing skills, and if I still had a need for it I would still be using it
Pros: Grammarly is a dream for a person like me with dyslexia it helps me in real time with spelling and punctuation or even let me know of better way to communicate a sentence your writing.
Cons: The only negative I have is that when I no longer needed it I canceled it and then got billed for it twice and had to get with customer service each time to resolve the issue thankfully they were able to give me refunds
