One Step GPS

Pros: Reliable when you get the right Gps, But if you get the wrong one is a headache to get I touch with anyone so they can email you a return label…

Cons: The problem is that they never answer the phone or returned calls Even if you been with them for years.. Product is good but no customer service avalible

Pros: We highly reccomend OneStepGps, a lot cheaper, no contract, on Power Assest battery, if the battery is low we can replace it ourselves inmediately., we were customers from Verizon Connect for 3 years, higher prices, 36months Contract they don't tell you; if the battery is low, you have to wait until you receive another GPS tracker, for a week without been protected on dead GPS trackers. Great Choice!

Cons: Company has great service, and anytime you need something they fix the issue right away. great choice!

Pros: The locations are precise. Diagnostic codes are thorough! I love that we can still see locations and unit info even if the driver disconnects! Best GPS I have used in trucking.

Cons: The ELD they partner with is basic and not user friendly, but if you have ELD experience you will figure it out.

Pros: The ease of use and the level of detail we get. I didn't need an ounce of training, and that's saying a lot! REALLY happy with this product.

Cons: Can't think of anything. I haven't yet found any negatives. I just wish I had time to delve into the reports.

Pros: Dashcams were super easy to install and monitoring them through app or browser is straightforward. We like that we can customize alert settings for just about anything. Communication to and from One Step GPS has been excellent. We like "no contracts" - as our business operates this way ourselves - and like that we have the option to buy or rent equipment.

Cons: Alert configurations can be a little bit of a hassle to set up if you are assigning different preferences to different alerts. We wish there was a way to customize some of the alerts further - for instance, we would love to be able to assign a "Speeding over posted" alert for something like 13 mph over posted for non-highway driving, but for highway driving we'd want the alert to be "speeding over" 20. Perhaps there is a way to do this, but I have not figured it out.

Pros: I like how helpful it is with our day to day job. It is very convenient and useful with the job at hand.

Cons: I am not able to think of anything at this time that I do not like. I can not think of anything that is not positive or helpful about this app.

Pros: The UI is easy to learn and use. They provide plenty of customizable options and so far the GPS units we have seem very reliable.

Cons: Nothing in particular comes to mind. The only issue I have seen is that every once in a while a GPS will not update its location for a 10/15 minute span.

Pros: I really like that in the advanced portal you can do things like add up the total mileage from all year very simply by selecting the date ranges. You can only do 3 months at a time but it's easy enough to just do that as quarters. I really like that you can select legs of a trip and see what their average and high est throttle was used. I like that they have multiple different options. We use the rugged model for the travel trailers and OBD for my towing truck and motorhome. I'm able to see what my battery percentage is, my fuel percentage, odometer how long it's been idle if it's running all sorts of good information.

Cons: I did bring this up recently to my account manager I really feel strongly that we should be able to turn on and off devices through our own portal. I can understand if it is for one month or one week even but if I have it turned off and then a rental comes up I want to be able to turn it on over the weekend. This is a major downside that I have not experienced with other trackers. They are a facet responding to email and you can call them and easily get a hold of somebody but it's during business hours Monday through Friday

Pros: Its efficient and easy to access. Great for check history data, along with the other great features.

Cons: The signal/position isn't always accurate and signal get loss occasionally during certain times of the day.

Pros: After having used a number of different GPS products over the years, we discovered one step GPS and discovered a solution which is easy to use, simple to install and easy to purchase. At first the price made me suspicious, but having used the One Step GPS product for a number of years they have consistently delivered

Cons: the only thing I can say is I wished I discovered them sooner. Aside from that everything works as expected, and installs easily

Cons: We've had a number of trackers go bad, and they had to be sent back, but they quickly sent us new ones. The documentation on the API is not very clear or up to date.

Cons: While the amount of data is incredible, I do wish that accessing that data was a little more user friendly.

Pros: accesibility and simplicity, using the app for tracking speeding, distances and customize dates allows me to keep a better track of my customer’s behavior

Cons: i would provably appreciate that it would includes an ob connection as i have to buy one myself because you want to hide the device

Pros: Cost effective, ease of use, and support - they are always available and can help with any unique issue or request you come up with! Super easy to swap devices between units, order/deactivate them as the fleet grows/shrinks. Reporting is effective and easy enough to use.

Cons: The interface can be a little laggy/buggy sometimes - often fixed by reloading the page, but sometimes icons won't display on the correct spot on the map, video stream previews are inaccurate. Not the biggest deal and does not make it unusable. The issues are a little worse on the mobile app.

Pros: Always great customer service which stands behind their product . Great communication and problem solving solutions

Cons: Their front dash camera due to its set up. Also if not in use after a considerate amount of time, it will power off which can be an inconvenience

Pros: I like that it’s very easy to learn how to operate the app and install the product in your vehicle, I love what the app comes with from knowing the mileage the real time location of your vehicle the engine scanning to see if there’s a problem with the vehicle if someone is speeding, the security of knowing you can disable the starter and all the value you get for such a small price, I get an email of someone checking in on me from one step gps all the time to see if I’m having any problems so they are very in tune with their customers I never have any issues with this product and I’m sure if I did the customer service would be right on it! I’ve had them for about a year and never had any bugs or issues I’ve had to report, I’m very satisfied with this product!

Cons: Depending on the vehicle they kind of stick out where the the technician bumps into them, knocking them.out of place.

Pros: One Step GPS has the easiest history search in the reporting system that allows you to bring up reports and data that you need for on or many vehicles in your fleet by key points you are seeking out which makes the system so advanced especially for anyone that has a fleet of 4 or more vehicle this makes it easy to manage track and keep an close eye. The setup and maintenance of this software and equipment is super easy to set up in any vehicle you need to and even change out into other vehicles as needed. The software allows you to custom name each device and or vehicle in the platform which makes it easier to identify each tracking unit. The app and web version of the software allows you to monitor from your desk or on the go which no restrictions to either version.

Cons: Customer service is not the fastest or the best to respond but when they do the issue is resolved. The speed of the support needs improvement but overall it has good support.

Pros: No up front cost for equipment. Easy to install in the vehicles. works with all makes and models of vehicles.

Cons: They changed to a separte loggging system for the drivers. So you had to have two portals open to track logs and vehicles
