Pros: I like GrubHub because most of my favorite restaurants are on their and they always provide me some type of refund with the drivers and restaurants mess up my order

Cons: Sometimes the app doesn't allow me to select no ice in my drinks or when I go to order online the app freezes

Pros: I discovered GrubHub in 2014 and have not looked back since. It was easy to use with a super short learning curve, I always felt my personal data was secure, for the most part the vakue for money was perfect, I never experienced bugs or issues within the app itself, but when there was an issue on the part of a seller, the customer service communication was always on point and helped if they could. The addition of a favorites feature was needed from day one, so I'm glad it exists now.

Cons: The app didn't always reflect the restaurant I wanted it to. Sometimes, when I think I'm ordering from my local fast food place, I've found it was actually another franchise branch and I didn't want to order from.

Pros: It enables restaurants to increase their sales and exposure, bringing in new customers that may have otherwise not tried our restaurant.

Cons: The fees. While I understand they have to make money as well, knowing what they charge the customers on top of the fees they press onto us, it can discourages customers. We have to increase our prices on Grubhub to offset fees, leading customers to think we are not as affordable as we actually are.

Pros: Drivers try to work hard. Tip them good if you can.

Cons: Always a problem with this company. Food is never correct and the last thing they want to do is try to help you. Don't waste your time. Get in your car, jump on your bike and get it yourself. You'll be glad you didn't waste your time waiting for them to get your order to you so you can be PO'd the rest of the night.

Pros: Food delivery software helping businesses increase sales and orders

Cons: Not available everywhere, in our Tourist Town there is only Pick-Up available, which doesn’t contribute to our sales at all…

Pros: I receive occasional emails for additional discounts that aren't offered in the app

Cons: Not as many good retailer options as Door dash has.

Pros: Is the best way to oder food in real time

Cons: Fast and best to use to receive your oders

Pros: Convenient way to get restaurant food. Wide variety of restaurants to choose from. App is easy to use.

Cons: I can’t tell you how many times my order has been delivered to the wrong house. I even put the instructions to my home in the order. My address is plainly on my mailbox which is on the street and unobstructed. I even had a delivery man come to my home with my neighbors order and show me the address on his iPhone. It was the wrong address which he would have known if he looked at my mailbox

Pros: GrubHub is very convenient in that we can order what we want online and send someone to pick it up or have it delivered. These options are highly convenient because we aren't always able leave the office. Sometimes it's a small order, sometimes it's a big order, but nonetheless it's highly useful and efficient. There are so many businesses that use this and it makes for great ordering decisions. We have been using this service for a while now, and it will be used in the future. They are always adding different businesses for us to choose from.

Cons: Sometimes a company that we like to order from no longer chooses to be part of the GrubHub. We haven't had to reach out to customer service much, but the one time we did there was a long wait and we were transferred from person to person and it took a very long time to get to the correct person. Once we got with that person out situation was handled properly, but it was getting to that one person which proved to be a bit of a task.

Pros: I love how fast you can order from the app great quality service

Cons: Slow delivery at times when no drivers are available for delivery

Pros: Online ordering and tracking is the best part of Grubhub and reaching customer support team is quite easy.

Cons: Nothing hitting in my mind as far I used the app

Pros: I like the different selections I have to order food.

Cons: My orders have never been correct, and always 2-3 hours late. When I contact customer service they tell me I can’t cancel because the food was already ready. No redunds.

Pros: We love how they are always fast and dependable and organized with our orders.

Cons: If you don't have the monthly subscription, it can be kind of pricey for delivery and tip combined.

Cons: If I could give them less than a star I would. I placed an order for lunch about 9is in the am. I get a message from them at 11:50am that my order was cancelled. No real explanation. I am at work and have no way of leaving, so I was left with no lunch. To make things even worse, they send me a $5 off coupon that has to be used today. This is only the second attempt at their service and both were horrible. First one my order was late and the driver explained to me that this happens if another order comes in before they get to me and if they are closer, they get their order before I get mine. I'm glad I'm on a free trial with Amazon (I will be letting Amazon know they are using a horrible company) otherwise I would have been even more upset. When I tried to order from somewhere else, it was well over an hour and past my lunch time. Thanks for ruining my lunch for me GrubHub. I will never use your service and for sure make sure I let everyone know how horrible your service is.

Pros: Love the ease of ordering food on the app! Great selection of restaurants, and the deliveries have always been on time for me.

Cons: Nothing really, this is a great app! Maybe more promos?

Pros: It is very easy to use, its tracker is very accurate, and I get a discount through Amazon Prime.

Cons: The fees can be expensive on occasion which can hinder me from using.

Pros: We use this service to both coordinate a work/employee lunch, but also when having a vendor/trainer come in that provides a lunch for the group.

Cons: Sometimes doing group orders and having someone else pay can get tricky.

Pros: GrubHub was the first food delivery service I tried. The ease of ordering and the clear definition of what you get with each vendor was something I liked.

Cons: I got a completely wrong order a couple of times. This is probably not the fault of the app, but of the kitchen staff or driver. However, GrubHub did work with me when I called customer service one of the times.

Pros: I like most about GrubHub is the fast and easy convenient of ordering food and all of the different restaurant options.

Cons: There is nothing I don’t like about GrubHub except that it is not as popular.

Pros: I like using Grubhub for ordering food as delivery and takeaways. I enjoy getting the foods I wanted to order from and even get nice deals. I got a free year of GrubHub thanks to Amazon Prime Day days ago.

Cons: What I wish that GrubHub can work on is at least have a heads up display for maps what car and what driver is it. I wish it's like on the same page as DoorDash and even for Uber Eats too.

Pros: They were useful in that some customers want to order via GrubHub - perhaps because they have seen GrubHub's TV commercials, for example - and if you want to get these customers' orders, you have to sign up for GrubHub and have its tablet booted and sitting on your counter for the orders to come in.

Pros: GrubHub remembers prior orders so making repeat orders is simple.

Cons: GrubHub's price markup is slightly more than other competitors.

Pros: Grubhub has a lot of restaurant options and is use to use. They deliver fast in my area.

Cons: The app has limited items and some offer few customizations but typically this isn't a big problem.
