Overall, very happy with StoreKit. Menu customisation, refunds and overall management are all top-notch
Pros: Their ease of use, the interface is very intuitive. And the team is great; if you have trouble, you can get to someone very quickly.
Cons: Sometimes there are loading issues. The page will crash, very rarely, but it happens. That can slow down work slightly, but nothing is ever lost

Great, Storekit has really improved our business. It makes service so much more efficient and makes our company look very professional online.
Pros: The professional appearance it gives our company through our website and its efficiency. It makes our lives at work a lot easier.
Cons: Although worth it, Storekit is very expensive. For a new business their service can be a considerable expense.

Pros: Storekit is built for purpose and designed around the customer experience first and foremost. Supporting this is a first-class and responsive sales, account management and support team. An innovative company that will continue to push for progress to benefit both the customer and the business.
Cons: Early days into our business relationship, but at this stage I have little to complain about. We need to push the system to its limits and ensure it's serving us as well as anticipated. I have used a competitor's system for a fair period of time and Storekit is head and shoulders above it.

I would say really good. I recommend it too others.
Pros: Customer interface is great and great customer service.
Cons: Transaction fees are high. Realistically I don’t really want to be paying more than 1% of the ex vat ternover.

Fantastic. From onboarding all the way through to daily operation, Storekit has never let us down.
Pros: Switching to a new system is always nerve-wracking, but Storekit made it seamless for us. Their customer service has been outstanding, and the training provided was clear and thorough. The platform is user-friendly, and our customers love the ease of QR code ordering. We've seen improved efficiency, fewer errors, and happier customers. Highly recommend!
Cons: It's a little more expensive than our last provider, but definitely worth it.

We are based in Ibiza so had a lot of requests regarding delivery zones. The team were very helpful and did everything we asked.
Pros: Very easy to use, and has all the extras we asked for.
Cons: Not much really. Maybe something for the future is multiple delivery zones with different minimum orders.

It’s been great, very flexible and seems to be perfect for home or small businesses
Pros: The pre order function. As I sell bbq some cooks take upto 14 hours so I needed an option for people to preorder.
Cons: As yet nothing. I haven’t had any orders yet so need more time to explore

Cons: Not to much really. Not that I can think of off the top of my head. Maybe there’s not a sales team I can join and offer to businesses in my area. Would wipe out competition in my area.

I love companies that open their doors and let you use every tool their platform has before they request payment, this is very good practice and creates confidence from me to StoreKit. Loving it!
Pros: A seamless and clean experience to buy and the convienience of connecting to your local delivery platform is worth every penny.
Cons: There are some options that are controlled like the currency is pounds by default which limits a worldwide reach, would like some colors for my store but is not a deal breaker since the product and shop site are beautiful and smooth.

Excellent. The software is great, it just works. Support has been thorough and there when we need it. StoreKit have worked with us to ensure the end product was exactly what we wanted. Looking forward to growing with them.
Pros: Usability. It’s a very intuitive ordering platform, both easy for our customers to navigate and easy for us to navigate on the back end.
Cons: At the moment there is nothing I don’t like about StoreKit.

Generally good- good connextion wiyh lightspeed and decent reporting.
Pros: Good ordering system & easy to use. Very thorough initial onboarding by Sonia.

Storekit has been easy, free to set up, and saved me a lot of time and effort with its online menu and ordering. Customers have also praised it as it allows me to open up pre orders in advance and plan events properly. I cant do without it!
Pros: I found storekit really easy to set up, it gave me an online menu and ordering system which also allows for pre orders.
Cons: I would like to be able to delete items from my menu rather than just archive them but this is very minor admin tidying issue, not really a probkem.

Started with this system from last April and i can say that it is a very good system. there are stil some minor fetures that in my opinion are to be added but on the whole its a very good system and a good support team behind it
