Poor. Norw lues and promises of $4-$8k growth per month. It was zero growth. Just another parasite that takes money from the people that work for it
Pros: Customer service is the best. Knowledgeable, answer the phone, quick resolution. Easy to use. Good user interface
Cons: Had a bump in sales for 3 months then it tanked. Useless waste of $500 a month. SEO does nothing, improving google listing does nothing. Both of these yoy can fix yourself for free and get no results.

The support and onboarding agents are great. Generally responsive. The amount of time I spent with our onboarding agent tweaking our site and app was amazing.
Pros: Owner provides a good looking and a fully functional app and website. It has a great workflow for getting customer feedback and if something went wrong with an order provides us a mechanism to address it before a bad google review gets posted.
Cons: The price. This is not a cheap option. Needing a seperate POS system to integrate with and not having a wholistic solution. Limiting delivery to a max of 10 miles.

Pros: We love the approach and philosophy that Owner.com offers. Their platform has given our business the opportunity to operate more efficiently by streamlining our processes and strengthening our systems. The website and marketing upgrades have been a huge plus, and we’ve seen an increase in our average check through online orders. Most importantly, our customers are happy, and the platform has been extremely easy to use.
Cons: One inconvenience we currently experience is having to manage two separate rewards programs—one for online sales and another for in-house customers. An integrated rewards system would be ideal and would create a more seamless experience for both our team and our guests. Another challenge with our current setup is the five-mile restricted delivery radius through the DoorDash integration. It would be more beneficial to have a standard delivery fee within the five-mile radius, with the option to add an incremental delivery fee for additional miles. This would allow customers outside the current radius to continue using the third-party delivery integration while maintaining delivery pricing.

Overall, my experience has been disappointing and stressful. I was told it would take about three months to see improvement, which I understand, but that also means potentially losing $18,000 in sales before knowing if it will actually work. There is no guarantee that performance will recover, and that creates significant risk for a small restaurant. At this point, I feel stuck. My customers have already downloaded the app and joined the rewards system, making it very difficult to switch back without causing confusion and frustration. Rebuilding my original website and SEO presence—where I had invested heavily—would be a major hassle. The situation feels less like a partnership and more like a lock-in. While the concept is attractive, the execution, cost structure, and sales impact have not matched the promises made during onboarding and advertising. For my business, the financial downside has outweighed the benefits so far.
Pros: The platform has a clean interface, and the idea of helping restaurants drive direct orders instead of relying on third-party marketplaces is appealing. The rewards system and app experience for customers is polished, and onboarding initially feels promising. In theory, it aims to help restaurants build long-term customer relationships.

Overall, it's a very positive experience. The support staff is always polite and esger to assist me about my concerns.
Pros: I love the customer service and the features are really easy to use and learn. The dashboard is simple to understand as well.
Cons: I am only able to send out 2 text messages a month, which is extremely low. They do not have any customer segmentation features. Lastly, I wish they were more integrated with POS systems (I'm with Square). I would like to be able to 86 items on my pos and have it reflected on owner.com

Overall, it’s been a very positive experience. [sensitive content hidden] has been a pleasure to work with, as has [sensitive content hidden]. I was impressed by how quickly the website was able to get up and running, and I really like that I can now make edits directly on the backend myself. Previously, I would have had to go through two or three different channels just to update widgets, photos, or general information, so this has been a huge improvement. I’m also excited about the SEO efforts, which are already starting to gain some momentum. Overall, I’d rate the experience at about 85% positive. The remaining 15% is related to catering not yet being available on the mobile version or the app. Aside from that, the experience has been very, very positive.
Pros: How quickly the website got up and running. The speed at which the website went live, apple pay and google pay options are seamless for the consumer, it's as the amazon for restaurants.
Cons: Not being able to have our catering on the app or mobile version. I hope the can fix this soon as this was the main objective for installing the technology.

Pros: easy to set up and to use. the web page is very user friendly and allows you to make changes easily.
Cons: once set up, its hard to get them to assist with things missing. I ve tried contacting the person that did the set up and he doesn't answer or directs us to call costumer service.

Very good, and started getting orders immediately after singing up. Visibility has also started to improve.
Pros: Great customer service. Very quick and easy to setup and use on both the onboarding process as well as the back end.
Cons: Nothing at this time. I haven't found anything that is hard to use and things I haven't been able to figure out I've been able to get help easy.

They answered all questions we had before signing on and seemed very knowledgable about the entire process. The initial setup was super easy and we have hope to grow our busy business successfully with them.
Pros: Our initial setup and conversations were very thorough. And after we went live, the chat/customer service was super helpful
Cons: Our pos system is Toast, so we had to use an otter integration. It seemed a little like too many places to upload information and verify schedule.

Pros: It combines website, online ordering, marketing (email/text), and CRM in one place, which is easier than juggling multiple tools. Delivery is the best. I like how they offer gift cards.
Cons: Automated promotions run by default and aren’t easily modifiable, leading to unexpectedly large discounts being sent to customers without owner review.

Pros: they are very professional and they know what they are doing, they went over the platform with me thoroughly.

Pros: As a restaurant owner, I was looking for ways to increase sales and found Owner.com. Initially, I didn’t know much about it, but I decided to try. To my surprise, they offer excellent technology that helps small businesses like mine grow awareness. The app was amazing!
Cons: Setting up the demo. They are scheduling too far in advance. I was looking for something sooner. However, they contacted me quickly and explained their services. I agreed after that and immediately received a Zoom demo with one of their reps.

Overall the process of switching over was very smooth. We were able to get everything set up quickly and have seen an uptick in sales and search engine hits steadily. They are also very attentive and helpful.
Pros: Owner was able to produce a better version of our previous website and app, for cheaper than we were paying before. They also track our SEO, allowing us to target customer bases better and shore up issues we find along the way. They also make saving customer information for online payments simple, allowing for more retention in potential customers.
Cons: The primary negative in working with one of their websites is that while it is easy to build out pages for the site, more advanced customization isn't possible on your own or at all in some cases.

Owner.com is perfect for my business. Running three units it is imperative to have a back end I can see and update from anywhere. The SEO optimization is just what we needed at this stage of our business.
Pros: Onboarding was incredibly easy and informative. The learning curve is also very small. Very intuitive back end to make updating our webiste and menu incredibly easy.
Cons: ROI is not immediate. It takes a while for all systems to be running efficiently and optimally. After a few months that should not be an issue.

Very pleased with the overall experience. Questions are answered quite fast, their AI chat assistant is pretty handy, and having the ability to deliver without losing our $$$ in commissions and fees is a big deal.
Pros: Ease of setup and use. With our previous system we had very little control over the appearance of our online ordering site and website. We also have never had an app, and we have been in business since 1975. Now we have apps on the Apple Store and Google Play store. Our SEO rankings are already improving after just three weeks. Customer service, onboarding, and support have been a plus.
Cons: There are some things that have to be customizable based on the business, and although we have found workarounds (like options for our locations not using the platform to be represented on our website) but there should be more consideration for businesses with multiple locations if and when they are not all signing up. We signed up two of our five locations on a trial basis and it was a little frustrating getting the locations not participating to still be represented on our website. We got it done, but it was trial and error.
