Pros: It is easy to use. Turn over is quite high and we can usually get new users trained withing 3-4 days.
Cons: The ocr can be a bit picky. configuration isn't as easy as their team would like it to be. Instances are installed locally and updates aren't as easy as 123.

Pros: We can quickly go into Medforce and find the documentation we need for billing purposes. Easy to print and file.
Cons: If you do not have auto file it is very time consuming to file each page. We have a person designated to filing to Medforce.

Pros: this Software is easy to use and maneuver around in when set up correctly. I like the OCR feature for Searching for EOB/deposits.
Cons: The Item I like the least in this software is the inability to search if the OCR button is not used.

organization and far less paper waste
Pros: very customizable and adaptable to our needs and easy to use
Cons: very few dislikes. licenses are expensive IMO but it is good software and there is value in it for the business. I would also like to see the outlook integration get updated.
