I use Celant on a daily basis and it makes everything so much easier, I can't even believe how much work it has saved, but it has, and I would never go back!
Pros: Using Celant is like nothing I've experienced, it makes the work of document preparation like night and day from before. Our whole operation has changed because we can do the the work so much faster.
Cons: There is nothing I don't like about Celant because when we see something we want to change or need help doing something better, then the Celant support team makes the changes.

Working with [sensitive content hidden] and the Celant team has been wonderful. Everything is completed at a high level with great attention to detail but also providing quick turnarounds. [sensitive content hidden] is very thoughtful in how he adapts our requests to the Celant platform and asks great questions to ensure we have everything we need updated during that time. [sensitive content hidden] also has great background knowledge to our work that helps us brainstorm together effectively.
Pros: We love how customizable the platform is, we are able to truly make each application unique to our business owners needs. This allows us to spend more time working with our business owners rather than creating their applications for closing. We love that by creating one document, it helps build on to other documents that you might create. Lastly, we love that you can add formulas to ensure our math is correct for any reductions and calculating payments.

My overall experience with Celant is great. They really listened to my document problem and office needs and they created a customized document automation solution that is absolutely brilliant, so easy to use and a huge time saver. I also appreciate that Celant is very available to contact and welcomes my feedback and questions which has further allowed them to make additional tweaks and customization to the program for my office needs.
Pros: The Celant program is a huge time saver, freeing my time to do other work. This program has significantly reduced the amount of time it takes me to prepare the necessary documents to order and request medical records. My clients also really like Celant's convenience and ease of electronically signing the requests and forms. My clients and I also like that within minutes we receive copies of all of the forms created and signed.
Cons: There are no cons to working with the Celant Document Automation program.

Pros: The document generation feature has been the most useful for us. While our loan volume is relatively small, this software definitely helps make the loan closing process more efficient.
Cons: Our relatively small loan volume results in only periodic usage of the software, rather than weekly or daily. This means that it has taken staff more time to become proficient with the functionality of the software. That is not necessarily a critique of the software, especially considering UIDC cannot compare the functionality against other similar softwares.

My personal experience is a 10 out of 10. I'm a loan officer that utilizes the program to automate and populate the various loan documents we use at loan closings. We have multiple funding sources that each require their own forms and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team have integrated numerous forms for each of our separate funding sources. E.G. - If we are making an SBA microloan, we select SBA microloan, and the software automatically pulls up all required forms needed for this program and the best part is we only have to type the information such as client name, address, loan amount, etc. once and it autopopulates into all required forms. The program is a huge asset to our Finance Department.
Pros: The ease of use. It is easy to sign in securely, Celant automatically saves everything you do so if the computer has a power outage or you forget to save, all the work is saved and you can easily pick back up where you left off. The software is very intuitive since it is custom tailored to the needs of the client.
Cons: That any change must be made through Celant, there are no modifications or setting changes the user can manipulate. With that said, the team at Celant is extremely responsive to any requests and usually responds within an hour or two at most.

streamlining the closing process allowing for increased production
Pros: The product is easy to use, allows for conversion to a word document. Celant was able to take existing forms and automate them so a loan closing package can be generated in half the time it used to take.
Cons: During the conversion process some clauses were moved around so it would work for formatting purposes. This will take a little time to get used to. Overall the inconvenience is minor compared to the time it has saved staff.

Pros: The software is incredibly easy to use and generates documents quickly and efficiently. The documents are able to be downloaded in an editable format as well so minor revisions can be done in-house. However, the customer service is unparalleled. Whenever we do have a need, the Celant team is always able to help in record time.
Cons: There are no real complaints on our team about this software.

So far, it has been a game changer for our business, in terms of the amount of time we save in productivity. It also has decreased our error rate significantly.
Pros: Ease of use. And most importantly, the amount of time we save in document preparation, t least 80% savings.
Cons: No dislikes. Everything has work as expected.

Exceptional. A pleasure and a relief to receive the customer service support from people with expertise in both law and IT. Totally accountable, professional and delivers.
Pros: Easy to use (very intuitive) designed for lawyers, flexible and adaptable, reliable, allows one lawyer to generate the work of 2-3 lawyers. Excellent customer service with immediate replies to questions, delivered with accuracy and attention to detail.
Cons: Nothing. Into the future I would like the offering to expand to link with research and document drive (G suite/ Microsoft etc).

Pros: The developer is on top of everything. Any issue that has arisen has been addressed with a sense of urgency that I truly appreciate. This has made the software platform ever evolving to our needs. The platform runs very fast and is very straightforward. I was skeptical of how well this would adapt to our business sector, but I am blown away with how much more efficient our day to day operations have become
Cons: I would say that there are some formatting issues with exporting the documents to Word or PDF, but these issues are isolated to new features recently added. I am very confident that they will or have been addressed.

Pros: It is certainly helpful to have a software that automates a function in my workflow that I do on a regular basis. What I like most is that it saves me time and ensures that I don't miss any of the important items that I need to check on the legal documents before I send them to an external party.
Cons: There have been some minor outages and inflexibility in the software, but the customer service team has taken care of my issues promptly when I reached out about a problem I have encountered.
