The material provided is great. The ability to add SCORM material within a LMS was quick and efficient. Tutorials are helpful and the ability to brand material is a great way to add polished content that looks spot on for your business. Updates are done quickly. The two star rating would have been a 4 star rating had it not been for such poor customer care.
Pros: Offers a wide range of tutorials, printed material and software cheat sheets. Staff could quickly get in and navigate that tutorials.
Cons: You can not assign specific courses to users. They see all available courses within the Customguide site. Customer service and dealing with CEO was less than desirable when technical issue arised. (no response to requests for help or for them to make contact with us)

It’s hard to find time for training, but CustomGuide makes it simple and flexible. We can build important skills for our jobs and explore new topics we’re interested in. I also like that they offer unique courses you don’t often see on other platforms. It really helps us keep learning and growing as a team.
Pros: For a long time, we were looking for a good platform where our team could learn skills that are actually useful for their careers. Then we found CustomGuide, which offers a wide variety of courses that really help with that. They’ve done an amazing job helping people like us discover what we’re truly interested in and giving us the knowledge to grow and improve in ways that really matter.

It takes a lot of the manual work out of training. We don’t have to spend hours preparing materials or handling admin tasks since CustomGuide does most of that for us. It’s saved us time and made training a lot more efficient.
Pros: They offer a great variety of courses on different topics, so it’s easy to pick what fits our team’s training needs. But what we really love are the cheat sheets, they’re super handy, easy to print, and we can even add our own logo. That’s been a game changer for us.
Cons: Honestly, nothing. The platform itself also feels modern and really easy to use. I had no problem getting the whole team set up and navigating it smoothly.
