Keith Levenson has been wonderful as a sales rep. The training teams have also been great. It is very helpful to have weekly training sessions as we are getting started.
Pros: I love the automation that ClientTether allows me to implement! I now have multiple workflows setup to make sure I am in constant communication with my prospects.
Cons: There is a steep learning curve and some things are in seemingly weird places. But now that I am getting used to it, I am becoming a power user.

Pros: Texting capability, though for some reason texts are only available during weekdays. I would like them to be available on weekends as well.
Cons: The FDD signature process is clunky, as is the franchise application form functions.

I've enjoyed working with the team at CT and found their application robust yet simple to navigate. CT does exactly what it is intended to do...that is, continue to engage my prospects, active clients, and professional partners, regardless of the type of relationship.
Pros: Ease of use, fast support response time and knowledgeable staff!
Cons: I don't currently have any negatives to share. I think every software has their flaws, but it doesn't make it a negative, especially when the programmers make every effort to adjust things to accommodate the end user!

The overall experience started with [sensitive content hidden]. Loved him right from the start. Totally authentic guy who does right by his clients. Then, I've had the pleasure of having[sensitive content hidden] as my support guru. He is brilliant, patient and keeps me in line when I try to take shortcuts. He makes sure I know how to use the product to its fullest extent. [sensitive content hidden] is a rockstar!
Pros: User interface - Ease of Use - Notifications - Drip Campaigns - Set it and Forget it Mode - Like having an assistant.
Cons: This is a tough one to come up with... maybe that they don't have an app?

Pretty good. The price is hard to beat. So I'm willing to forego some bells and whistles because the cost is so good.
Pros: The price and ease of use. The Pipeline is really nice and easy to use.
Cons: I'd like to send mass emails about announcements. For instance, when we sign a new franchisee, I want to notify everyone in the database.

Professional and great customer service.
Pros: Texting and reminders. It was easily converted to my other older CRM I was using.

Being able to automatically set multiple emails to go out at specified times has been a game changer for my company. We have multiple outlets and types of clients and we were able to set the emails, timeframes etc., and CT does the rest. We know we have only touched on a small % of the software but already has been a big satisfier for my team.
Pros: Easy to use software especially after all the great training provided by CT.
Cons: Not a con, just a lot of bells and whistles and took time to learn all the ins and outs of the software.

If I'm on a job site and a lead comes in, it is like having a virtual office assistant answer the lead's initial inquiry. It also lets me know to contact them and provides easy-to-use options to do so. It is a must-have for any small business seeking to connect quickly with potential clients.
Pros: The ability to connect us with incoming leads via email, call, and text is great. It also integrates with our other software, which saves time not having to enter data twice. Provides reminders to stay in touch via multiple connection or retention plans. One new feature checks if their number provided is a cell or a landline, which helps whether or not we can text them.
Cons: Occasionally you may have to modify a step or two in the connection plan, depending on the time of day the lead comes in. However, many previous issues have been fixed or the customer support has told us a way to set up the process better. Not many cons.

My experience with the software was great.
Pros: The dashboard, task management, and the ability to create drip campaigns for leads is what I liked best about Client Tether.
Cons: Client Tether should integrate a feature that checks if phone numbers are on the Do Not Call Registry.

The overall experience has be great. The tech and support is excellent.
Pros: The best thing about Client Tether is it's people. Just like with any tech, things happen that we don't want to happen. It is how they respond to bugs and get us what we need to improve our systems is why we love Client Tether.
Cons: A mobile app would be an amazing addition to this platform for those users that are out in the field.

ClientTether helped us streamline our process for managing clients from the point of first contact through the project completion.
Pros: The lead management and ease of use is one of our favorite things but the proposal tool and invoicing is also easy for us and our clients.
Cons: The integration with QuickBooks has been a little tough and the reporting also needs some enhancements.

ClientTeather has been a really solid addition to our sales arsenal and allows our team to see the progress in a more collaborative way.
Pros: We use this to manage and connect with leads for our franchising company. It has been very helpful to our team to see leads in the funnel, see how leads are progressing, etc.
Cons: We have not found too many limitations within the software thus far. Everything works as we need it to.

One of the best experiences I've had with an application provider. Team is helpful, system works as advertised, and the cost is justifiable.
Pros: It's very easy to learn, and navigate. The automation for leads is amazing and very helpful with increasing our productivity. Support is very responsive and helpful. Nothing but good things to say about Client Tether!
Cons: There are a few minor "ease of use" functions they could add into the software, and it's a little wonky connecting with an outside lead source, but they help you with this, so not a big deal.

I have loved working with the client tether team. I think that product is amazing and I hope to be able to use the product to its full potential as soon as possible.
Pros: Action Plans are very attractive for a new business just getting started. We have few people and need to maximize our ability to create connections and conversions.
Cons: There are slight complications with things that you would think would be a bit easier like including signature logos or videos. The inability to change actions plans are difficult, but I understand why.

ClientTether has been an incredible partner of ours. We have been working together since their early days and the system has grown into a full business management software. The company is led by a group of very talented people who are always thinking about "what's next?". ClientTether only has the sky as it's limit.
Pros: ClientTether is used in our organization on both the consumer sales side and Franchise Development. The ability for customized and automated campaigns that include text messages has helped us drastically!
Cons: Some of the reports on the dashboard could be improved and expanded upon for consumer sales.

Pros: The team at ClientTether has been very hands-on and helpful in our transition from a different CRM platform! ClientTether has so many opportunities for customization and automation that make our lives so much easier, and at a fraction of the cost of other CRM platforms. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Cons: Given the complexity of the system, it has taken some time for us to learn how to start using ClientTether for all that it can do. I feel like we still are utilizing it to its full potential, but as we get more familiar with the system, we are learning how to do things with the support of the ClientTether team!
