In my opinion, we have not reached our goals this program was supposed to provide both in the accounting office and in the log yard.
Pros: It was easy to set up and use. If we encounter issues, they are fixed quickly.
Cons: I was told it would interface with Quickbooks which would save me hours of work each week, which was one main reason we had to develop the program. It does not work with Quickbooks and I've been told that wasn't a priority when developing the software. I feel that we didn't get what we wanted. To be fair, it's possible that wasn't communicated to the developer as a priority as a third party directed the developer. Since we have brought it up, nothing has been done to move in that direction. The price for the software was more than estimated and it still doesn't do everything we need it to do.

Pros: Easy to use and customer service. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is super helpful.
Cons: Nothing I can think of. We love the software.

Easy to track enventory
Pros: Easy to use and manage enventory when selling and consuming logs .the ability to track each individual log
Cons: The separate scanner is tricky to use.at times it is hard to use and times it doesn't work at all

Inventory management has been amazing, we now know what/where/when/how/why and everything we want with a few clicks. It's so easy to use and that's quite important as we (like most people in this industry) are not computer geniuses and we don't have an IT department. They've been very helpful with explanations and training in person as well as on the phone / email.
Pros: Personalized package for our business, customer service is exceptional, saves a lot of time and money and it works with our Apple devices.
Cons: Nothing at the moment. At the beginning there were a few bugs but they were fixed with patches very quickly. Transition was still pretty easy compared to other software we've tried.

The overall experience was good. We have a functional product that does what we need it to and the Tally-I/O team has been excellent at customer service and suiting our devices and app specifications to our needs.
Pros: All the options and information available that has put our inventory numbers and details at the tips of our fingers.
Cons: The first several months there were a lot of updates, as this was a new product, but now they have completed the updates and made a lot of progress in other areas as well. I have no complaints.
