My overall experience with Zoom Copilot is positive. Its a helpful, easy to use space and didn't take a huge learning curve.
Pros: I appreciated the ease of use when interacting with this AI engine. Instructions were clearly interpreted and helpful.
Cons: Landing page is busy and distracting. Takes time to get to the location I need. Not a major Con but inconvenient all the same.

Very solid and helps me manage the way I reach out to prospects with more tailored links to the pain points they have etc.
Pros: That it gives you the insights you need on your accounts quickly and links the insights to your unique products.
Cons: Not always 100% accurate but definitely very useful once you get it up and running. I am sure there will be improvements.

Pros: Zoominfo Copilot has been a game changer for marketing and sales prospecting. It has a robust offering in terms of functionality and allows us to easily summarize prospect accounts and generate emails for prospecting. Setup was a breeze and it integrates well with our existing tech stack.
Cons: Nothing. We have looked at many competitor products and none of them come close in functionality. It is a little more expensive than other products in the space, but it is also a much better products that more than justifies the added cost.

Overall, it is nice tool to accelerate sales cycle with strengthened lead generation, real-time insights production, and improved productivity.
Pros: - Introduction of Copilot in Zoominfo enables users to harness the power of AI in sales data to formulate customised account summaries and real time buyer intent signals - The AI in the platform also highlights recent developments around target accounts and help users in writing emails to target accounts and follow-ups - The platform has robust third party integration capability with external platforms such as Salesforce, Slack and HubSpot
Cons: - Largely the pricing is enterprise centric, SME firms can find it bit expensive - Auto renewal of contracts with little notice and no monthly flexibility - New user can perceive - too many features is making platform interface bit cultured

Zoom Info is the 2nd best platform but they are missing a lot of features compared to others. Very user friendly as well.
Pros: The information on zoominfo is one of the best beside Seamless Ai.
Cons: They are missing features that Seamless Ai has and they are a fraction of the cost of a year's license. They are not willing to work with you in pricing and payments.

Overall, my experience with ZoomInfo Copilot has been really good. I love the layout, ease of use, and the accuracy and depth of the database. While there are minor defects, it doesn't take away from how effective the product is. It's still a powerful tool that helps me access reliable information quickly and efficiently.
Pros: What I love most about ZoomInfo Copilot is the huge database—it has all the info you need and it’s super easy to use.
Cons: One thing I dislike about ZoomInfo Copilot is the filters. In my opinion, they don’t work that well. They’re not as precise as I’d like them to be, which can make it harder to find exactly what I’m looking for.
