Owiwi is a fun and engaging psychometric tool that accurately measures prospective and existing employee's soft skills. Think of a combination of advanced scientific methodology packed within an immersive game that candidates enjoy taking part in. We take away the stress in the hiring process for the candidate while eliminating the recruiter risk of hiring the wrong candidate by offering data-driven and bias-free insights and accelerating the screening/shortlisting process with automations.

Pros: I love the gamification that makes the platform distinguishable! It makes it super friendly and interesting for engineers and the technology industry. Also, it is super easy to set up and use the platform as an admin that saves you tones of energy and time.
Cons: Nothing specific to be honest! I think there are many things to work still in the reporting side of the platform that will add amazing value to the product overall!

The product works ideally only for 3-4 skills* to assess - as recommended- and not for more.We had candidates who excelled in all the selection process (interview and other tests) except on Owiwi test and we hired them, and we really saw on the job that they possess these skills and we were surprised comparing to the owiwi results.*We feel that when a candidate plays all the islands/skills, the ratings fall.
Pros: It gives us the opportunity to assess the candidates remotely.It's the only tool in Greek that assesses soft skills playing a game, so this makes the whole recruitment process pleasant to the candidates.
Cons: We feel that the environment is "unpleasant" with the monsters and the colors for unfamiliar users to pc games. About the selection of the heroes:1. The description and the characteristics of each hero are not easy to find when the user opens the platform2. It's not clear to the user whether they should reply having on mind the selected hero or their own opinion

The team at Owiwi were brilliant from start to finish. Their communication and responsiveness was second to none and they were always on hand to answer questions and to provide input so that we got the most from their software. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Owiwi to businesses who are looking to shake up their candidate assessment process, you won't regret it.
Pros: The game itself is gripping, you become fully invested in the story line and the whole assessment process becomes fun rather than stressful and unenjoyable. The extensive results and profiles give clear advice and guidance on how to build on weak areas. All in all, a really great piece of software.
Cons: N/A. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

We saw a positive HROI , it was very user friendly and intuitive as it freed up a lot of my time to focus on other tasks!Our candidates loved it! Finally the customer support was impressive!
Pros: It was very easy to use
Cons: We would like to see more skills included in the measurements.
