I find Staff Circle very easy to use and like we can send teammates awards directly rather than having to do it via a manager
Pros: I find that the platform is very easy to access - I like the fact it comes up when you open the internet
Cons: I find the fact that we get sent emails when posts are made annoying, we don't need them as well as notifications!

While I am using it only for staff management/reports, I have a good experience overall, I find it an easy platform to navigate.
Pros: Easy to set up new users, facilitate a variety of reports and easy to post staff news.
Cons: Some features can be better, for instance, adding Objectives to a staff member it's a tedious task.. can we not have the option to tick boxes and then add time period at once for all?

Pros: It creates a seamless avenue for managing my holidays and reduced back and forth between myself and management.
Cons: Nothing so far as a new user. It has been less than a year of usage now and there has been no issues yet.

I do not have any complaints or regrets so far.
Pros: I can see eveyone on holiday on a particular date. I can also see all of my holidays in one view, absences are also easy to access as well as next-of-kin profile which i can edit anytime.
Cons: I like everything about the portal. It is fantastic

Pros: The simplicity is what I like most about staff circle. Any user can easily find their way around it.
Cons: Probably the home page as soon as you log in. Not a big deal but I would rather it would maybe open up on my profile or news feed perhaps

Easy to navigate. Great tool to access orders through quotations, emails sent (cases) and even purchase orders received. Clear layout. Great linkage for different departments from orders right through to customer success.
Pros: Company wide access to leave and ensuring KPI's are met.
Cons: Difficulty in searching for prior cases unless the subject line information matches.

My experience with StaffCircle has so far been very awesome. It is also very easy to navigate the various section of the StaffCircle site.
Pros: StaffCircle makes it incredible easy for one to track and keep tab with agreed performance contract. One can easily access how far one has gone in terms of all the contracted goals in any given year.
Cons: It is not accessible on the go. It should be made available through a mobile app. So one can use it anytime and anywhere.

Pros: It allows your direct reports to express areas of support required prior to the meeting which allows for the meeting to be better planned.
Cons: It could be more user friendly, some aspects are harder than needed to navigate.

I use staff circle to book holidays and everything is laid out so it is easy to understand.

The system is easy to use, our organisation have kept it simple. We love the comms feed too.
Pros: We can now see all previous 1-2-1s and objectives as well as our open objectives. We can add progress to them and are able to prepare for our review meetings.
Cons: I'd like to be able to use a mobile app when not at my laptop

Pros: The level of engagement with our staff has been the highest we have ever seen since now we use Staff Circle. It is easy to use for all and everything is all in one place! I would highly recommend this platform.
Cons: Would be great to see a personal page where you could share personal photos or updates with your colleagues (such as birthday pics etc)

Overall it is ok. I have had my issues with staff circle, but updating our team with just a blog is ok. Anything else I am yet to understand.
Pros: I like the ease of being able to keep all staff informed in one place, the issue is trying to keep people engaged.
Cons: The features seem a little bit clunky and I am unsure on how all the features are used. It would be good if there were a training platform.

Overall, the system is great and very detailed. It can do a lot more than other systems we have used in the past!
Pros: The communications section as it acts like a little social media page for the employees of the Society. It's a great way to keep informed of what is going on and it looks nice as well rather than just having everything emailed to you.
Cons: The communications from the system can sometimes be hit and miss.

Very positive, managing holidays and certifying myself as fir was a breeze.
Pros: Ease of use and positivity that it offers in cross business comms
Cons: Early access was difficult i would receive the email notifying me that an action was required but then it wouldn't let me in. a one stage login would make this better.

Pros: I liked the fact its user friendly. A lot of senior staff would not be very good with technology and when they use staff circle they find it very easy to use.
Cons: there is no mobile app for staff members to download. This means people without a laptop at home struggle to use this outside of work
