Good overall experience. It improves daily operations, though performance and customization can be better.
Pros: Easy to use and helps manage loads, tracking, and reports efficiently. Saves time and improves productivity.
Cons: Sometimes slow and not very flexible. A few features need better usability. Also need to work on the research dispatch window.

I have been using PCS for a long time, and overall, my experience has been very positive. It offers great value for money and stands out for its strong security compared to other software options. The customer support team is highly responsive and consistently provides quick resolutions, which adds to the reliability of the platform. I particularly appreciate the tracking feature, as well as the simple and user-friendly navigation, which makes daily operations much easier. However, one area that needs improvement is the reliability of email notifications. At times, they are not received properly, which can impact operational automation.
Pros: I’ve been using PCS for a long time and find it to be excellent value for money. Compared to other software, it offers strong security. The customer support team is highly responsive and resolves issues quickly. I especially like using PCS for tracking, and the navigation is simple and user-friendly.
Cons: One issue I’ve experienced with this software is that email notifications are not received reliably, which affects operational automation.

My overall experience with PCS TMS has been positive. The system effectively manages attendance and time tracking, providing clear visibility into working hours and breaks. It helps maintain accuracy and discipline in daily logs. While there are some areas that could be improved, such as flexibility and ease of navigation, the platform overall serves its purpose well and supports efficient workforce management.
Pros: What I liked most about PCS TMS is its user-friendly interface and the way it streamlines daily attendance and time tracking. The system makes it easy to monitor working hours, breaks, and overall productivity with clear and organized data. I also appreciate the real-time updates and accuracy, which help reduce manual effort and improve transparency.
Cons: What I liked least about PCS TMS is that at times the system can feel a bit rigid, especially when handling multiple short breaks or frequent in-and-out entries. It can also be slightly difficult to quickly review or adjust entries, which may impact efficiency. Improving flexibility and making navigation more intuitive would enhance the overall user experience.

I've been using PCS TMS for 6 months and it delivers solid performance. The core features work well—tracking, dispatch management, and fleet organization are straightforward and dependable. It's a good, affordable solution for businesses managing multiple vehicles. Recommended for anyone looking for reliable fleet management without unnecessary complexity.
Pros: Real-time GPS tracking is accurate and reliable. Easy fleet and vehicle management with good maintenance scheduling. Strong user management and driver accountability features. Responsive customer support. Competitive pricing with good value for money.
Cons: Limited third-party integrations. Mobile app could use improvement. Basic reporting features. Lacks some advanced analytics.

Overall, PCS TMS provides a smooth and efficient experience for handling everyday logistics tasks. It works best for businesses that want a simple, reliable, and centralized system without needing heavy customization.
Pros: PCS TMS is a practical and dependable transportation management system that brings multiple logistics operations into one place. It handles fleet management, tracking, dispatch, and daily operations quite smoothly, making it a useful tool for companies looking to streamline their workflow. One of the strongest aspects of PCS TMS is its real-time tracking and fleet management, which helps in monitoring vehicles, drivers, and shipments efficiently. The system also offers good value for money since it combines several features into a single platform, reducing the need for multiple tools. In terms of security and accessibility, being cloud-based allows users to access the system from anywhere while keeping data relatively secure. The mobile access is helpful, though it’s not as feature rich as the desktop version. Customer support is generally helpful, but sometimes responses can vary depending on the complexity of the issue. Advanced customization and reporting options are some limited.
Cons: Limited customization and advanced reporting Mobile version is less powerful than desktop Customer support can be inconsistent at times May feel restrictive for complex business needs
Aman P. · Associate · Logistics and Supply Chain · April 11, 2026
Overall, my experience with PCS TMS has been good. It keeps fleet operations organized and tracking is reliable, which makes daily work easier. The accounting features handle the basics well and help with billing. Overall, it’s a solid tool with some room for improvement.
Pros: Really impressed with how easy it is to keep track of vehicles and overall fleet activity. The dashboard feels intuitive, and managing multiple vehicles doesn’t feel overwhelming at all. The security features seem well thought out, and I feel confident that both data and vehicles are well protected. I like that it’s flexible enough to adapt to different needs. You can tweak settings without much hassle.
Cons: It can feel a bit cluttered, especially with a larger fleet, and simple tasks sometimes take more clicks than they should. Security is generally reliable, but occasional delays in alerts can be frustrating when you need real-time updates. Also, customization feels a bit limited and not always very intuitive to tweak.
Maninder S. · Associate · Logistics and Supply Chain · April 7, 2026
Overall, my experience with PCS TMS has been positive. It’s a reliable system that helps streamline daily operations and keeps everything organized in one place. Once you get familiar with it, it definitely makes managing tasks and tracking much easier. There are a few areas that could be improved, especially on mobile and with real-time updates, but overall, it does the job well and adds value to the workflow.
Pros: The mobile access is highly convenient and user-friendly. It allows real-time monitoring and dispatching of load on the go in afterhours also. Notifications and updates are timely, making it easy to stay informed without needing constant desktop access.
Cons: The mobile experience doesn’t always feel as smooth as the desktop version. Some features are a bit harder to find or just not there, and it can be a little slow at times especially when we’re trying to pull up a lot of information quickly. Tracking works well most of the time, but there are moments when updates aren’t as real-time as you’d expect.

I am a claims adjuster, and overall my experience with PCS TMS has been good. It helps in managing information like loads, vehicles, and driver details in one place, which makes my work easier. Sometimes there are small interruptions, but overall it supports smooth workflow.
Pros: I am a claims adjuster, and PCS TMS is helpful for my work as it keeps load, vehicle, and driver details in one place. It makes it easier to access information quickly and helps in handling claims smoothly.
Cons: Whenever the accounting team makes changes while we are working on an important task in PCS, it logs us out and asks us to log in again. This can sometimes be inconvenient.
Mohammad A. · Senior Claims Adjuster · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · April 7, 2026

Also, reports could have more customization options.

RUPAL S. · Senior dispatcher · Logistics and Supply Chain · March 26, 2026
Overall, the system is very good. The payment section is well designed, and the fleet section is also working perfectly. There is a slight delay at times, which may be due to multiple users working simultaneously or large data volume, but overall, the system performance is good and supports our work effectively
Pros: I would like to share my feedback on the system interface. As I work in Accounts along with Dispatch, I find the load and payment section very well designed and easy to use. Additionally, the option to select and update the status of loads is very efficient and helpful for my team in managing operations smoothly.
Cons: Sometimes the system feels a bit slow while loading data, which can affect workflow efficiency. A few features could be more intuitive, especially for new users.

Overall pcs makes everything easily accessible and easy to understand and separate list, accounting, Fleets, Bills, Accounts payables, Account receivables, General ledgers, reconciles. and i would recommend it a value for money software.
Pros: most i like is it has separate sections for everything, which make easy to communicate, track, Manage data. Give world class security to its customers, and also give good customer support.

Pros: User friendly anyone can work easily. Easy to use for beginners. Overall, it is a good software to manager warehouse management.

Surinder K. · Senior Associate · Logistics and Supply Chain · March 11, 2026
We have enjoyed being on PCS and recently had onsite training that was extremely beneficial. Wished we would have had someone visit us sooner.
Pros: The integrations that allow you to do multiple things from the system instead of having to log into multiple websites.
Cons: There is often a lag time, but that could be internet related. We look forward to bill pay, once it gets implemented.
Pattie C. · Customer Service Manager · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · March 6, 2026
overall its nice experience. just need to update the interface. core working is excellent. AI should be incorprated.
Pros: Easy interface make it easy for newcomers as well. easy to analyse large chunk of data at a single glance.
Cons: outdated look and interface. lack of proper sorting. should incorporate AI for enquiries and resolution to avoid agent intervention.
Abhi J. · MAnager · Logistics and Supply Chain · February 25, 2026
Pros: I think dispatch function is ok. We can enter most of the information we need. Lists, Dispatch, Fleet functions are ok except Accounting.
Cons: The accounting function needs to be improved a lot. Multiple invoices can be marked as "Pay off" on Invoice Payment Entry, but only one at once can be unmarked. Also, if we want to make an adjustment for an invoice, we should remove all the paid items to do that, but as I said, we need to select each one to remove from "Pay off". One more thing, we can send invoices to customers but in the email that PCS sent, there's no receiver email address stated. When we forward the invoice email that we sent out from PCS to the customer to prove that we sent it out, they always say they didn't receive it, pointing out there's no receiver email address on it.
Jack R. · Accounting Specialist · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · February 25, 2026
good, could be better, work on the shutting down then keeping me logged in and having to "log in" to log out just to log back in.
Pros: the seamless, transition from putting the load in and then dispatching and sending to the driver. that is all
Cons: it shuts down A LOT, while I'm putting in loads, dispatching it will just "bug out" disconnect and shut down.
MELISSA B. · dispatch · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · February 25, 2026
Overall it is pretty good. Definitely has lots of things that is beneficial for the transportation sector.
Pros: Integration with our eld company so it updates our odometer readings daily and the data it can keep for the safety reports.
Cons: Not being able to use it on a tablet or cell phone but rather has to be opened on a desktop or laptop.
Bobbi W. · DIRECTOR OF SAFETY AND RECRUITING · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · February 25, 2026
One issue I faced while using PCS TMS is that the application does not allow zoom in or zoom out for better visibility of the content. This makes it slightly difficult to read smaller text on certain screens. Adding a zoom feature or adjustable font size option would greatly improve user experience and accessibility.
Pros: The best part about PCS is its accurate real-time tracking and easy-to-use interface. It simplifies vehicle and fleet management while providing detailed reports and data insights. The system improves operational efficiency, enhances driver accountability, and ensures better control over logistics activities. Customer support is also responsive and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and reliable.
Cons: At times, the system can feel slightly slow when loading detailed reports or large amounts of data. The interface could also be made a bit more modern and intuitive for new users. However, these are minor improvements and do not affect the overall performance significantly.
Shivani C. · Senior Associate · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · February 20, 2026
My overall experience with PCS TMS has been mixed. While the system offers useful features and supports various operational areas such as maintenance and fuel management, its performance can sometimes be slow. From a usability perspective, PCS would benefit from conducting regular monthly or weekly meetings or training sessions with users. Many organizations are not utilizing the platform to its full potential, and with better guidance and optimization, it could significantly support cost control and operational efficiency.
Pros: PCS TMS offers simple and efficient data management, making it easy to track loads in real time. The system is user-friendly, especially for beginners, and helps streamline daily operations without a steep learning curve.
Cons: The system performance is slow, lacks user-level customization options, and offers limited flexibility for third-party app or API integrations.
Abdul S. · Assistant Manager · Logistics and Supply Chain · February 20, 2026
My experience with PCS TMS is that I like the system. It is user friendly. The training is also user friendly and anything you forget you can find in the Help search.
Pros: PCS customer support is great any time we need help we receive it. PCS gives you the ability to have everything you need right at the click of a button with its Data Management.
Cons: Not having the ability to do everything from your keyboard without having to touch a mouse. I think that this could make for a faster and smother process in the system.
