Cons: What I liked least about PCS TMS is that at times the system can feel a bit rigid, especially when handling multiple short breaks or frequent in-and-out entries. It can also be slightly difficult to quickly review or adjust entries, which may impact efficiency. Improving flexibility and making navigation more intuitive would enhance the overall user experience.

Pros: Real-time GPS tracking is accurate and reliable. Easy fleet and vehicle management with good maintenance scheduling. Strong user management and driver accountability features. Responsive customer support. Competitive pricing with good value for money.

The security features seem well thought out, and I feel confident that both data and vehicles are well protected. I like that it’s flexible enough to adapt to different needs. You can tweak settings without much hassle.

Cons: It can feel a bit cluttered, especially with a larger fleet, and simple tasks sometimes take more clicks than they should. Security is generally reliable, but occasional delays in alerts can be frustrating when you need real-time updates. Also, customization feels a bit limited and not always very intuitive to tweak.

Pros: The mobile access is highly convenient and user-friendly. It allows real-time monitoring and dispatching of load on the go in afterhours also. Notifications and updates are timely, making it easy to stay informed without needing constant desktop access.

Cons: The mobile experience doesn’t always feel as smooth as the desktop version. Some features are a bit harder to find or just not there, and it can be a little slow at times especially when we’re trying to pull up a lot of information quickly. Tracking works well most of the time, but there are moments when updates aren’t as real-time as you’d expect.

Pros: I am a claims adjuster, and PCS TMS is helpful for my work as it keeps load, vehicle, and driver details in one place. It makes it easier to access information quickly and helps in handling claims smoothly.

Cons: Whenever the accounting team makes changes while we are working on an important task in PCS, it logs us out and asks us to log in again. This can sometimes be inconvenient.

Pros: Working on tracking and fleet management for daily updates and up to date progress of loads, trips and data management. Data security is good. easy to give update to our customers as a customer support.

Cons: Lagging issue, sometime face problem to upload driver documents, as it takes a lot of time to load documents.

Pros: I would like to share my feedback on the system interface. As I work in Accounts along with Dispatch, I find the load and payment section very well designed and easy to use. Additionally, the option to select and update the status of loads is very efficient and helpful for my team in managing operations smoothly.

Pros: most i like is it has separate sections for everything, which make easy to communicate, track, Manage data. Give world class security to its customers, and also give good customer support.

Cons: sometimes it lags, after long usages. As sometimes it glitches in bills sections. and also, I recommend it to save data in bills sections if someone forgets to close bill and accidently close PCS.

Cons: There is often a lag time, but that could be internet related. We look forward to bill pay, once it gets implemented.

Pros: Easy interface make it easy for newcomers as well. easy to analyse large chunk of data at a single glance.

Cons: outdated look and interface. lack of proper sorting. should incorporate AI for enquiries and resolution to avoid agent intervention.

Pros: I think dispatch function is ok. We can enter most of the information we need. Lists, Dispatch, Fleet functions are ok except Accounting.

Cons: The accounting function needs to be improved a lot. Multiple invoices can be marked as "Pay off" on Invoice Payment Entry, but only one at once can be unmarked. Also, if we want to make an adjustment for an invoice, we should remove all the paid items to do that, but as I said, we need to select each one to remove from "Pay off". One more thing, we can send invoices to customers but in the email that PCS sent, there's no receiver email address stated. When we forward the invoice email that we sent out from PCS to the customer to prove that we sent it out, they always say they didn't receive it, pointing out there's no receiver email address on it.

Pros: the seamless, transition from putting the load in and then dispatching and sending to the driver. that is all

Cons: it shuts down A LOT, while I'm putting in loads, dispatching it will just "bug out" disconnect and shut down.

Pros: Integration with our eld company so it updates our odometer readings daily and the data it can keep for the safety reports.

Cons: Not being able to use it on a tablet or cell phone but rather has to be opened on a desktop or laptop.

Pros: PCS customer support is great any time we need help we receive it. PCS gives you the ability to have everything you need right at the click of a button with its Data Management.

Cons: Not having the ability to do everything from your keyboard without having to touch a mouse. I think that this could make for a faster and smother process in the system.
