Extremely good, customer service is very responsive. The reports are as detailed as you make them, and it is very easy to pay the invoice.
Pros: I like the expense management, mileage tracking, ease of use, security. I love that I can tailor reports to fit my requirements too.
Cons: Takes so long to get replacement cards. We have also experienced a cell tower outage due to storms and this means that the guys in the field were unable to use their cards because there was no wifi in that area

Coast has made it very easy to cover fuel costs and manage those expenses efficiently. Very happy with the system.
Pros: The card and overall system is well set up and very easy to use. Data can be tracked very easily and the settings are great to have limits on certain purchases, if neccessary.
Cons: Using the app to control account settings and an administrator. Would also like for employees to have better access.

With some hesitation, met with transition team. Ease of use, integrations and support excellent. The COAST Team are available to support our use and needs with Fuel Card Management.
Pros: The COAST solution through a targeted trial and test has made a challenging area of Fleet Management more flexible, beneficial and easier to order cards, assign cards, manage inactive/active cards, set protocols and policies to better review all transactions, issues, and errors. The ability to integrate with other systems drives standardization and efficiency. Other flexible options with Fuel Purchase for Equipment, discounts, use for purchase at vendor/suppliers looks most beneficial.
Cons: Still in beta testing, thus far, nothing to report. All features, transition team great. Will continue to monitor.

Pros: I love the rebates we receive back and most of all the tracking of the vehicles and amounts used on the card.
Cons: Only thing I can think of is on the time that it's taking to get the approval to increase the limit .

I would rate the experience and usage an A. Would and have recommended to our business owners i know .
Pros: Tracking fuel and mileage through our fleet of trucks and equipment is far better than the way we were doing it.
Cons: We have no cons about coast, from usage to customer support we have been very happy with out new coast cards

We have not had experience using other fleet card providers. However, overall, we have truly enjoyed our experience with Coast. Coast is very user-friendly!
Pros: What we like about Coast is the email notifications, expense reports, the flexibility to add, assign, or reassign drivers with ease. It has proven to be a good asset for our business. They’ve also continued adding new features that help simplify the overall experience, which has been a big plus for our team.
Cons: If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the QuickBooks integration. I cannot fully speak on its accuracy, as I currently resort to exporting the expenses monthly for my bookkeeping team to process separately.

Coast is easy to use and available when needed. The customer service is really good when you can explain yourself. It would be better if you could make it easier to access the different apps you have.
Pros: We really like the tracking and text and email notifications. The system is well secured and easy for our drivers to use.
Cons: Some applications are confusing to use and understood. We are not aware of many things available through coast.

Very positive. Much more user friendly then other fuel card systems that we have used. Coast has basically solved our fueling problems. Can't say enough.
Pros: Being able to speak with real people who are dedicated to helping us with our needs. [sensitive content hidden] in particular is fantastic.
Cons: I have no complaints. Whenever I call, someone picks up. Every time I called, we were able to fix the problems. Prompt responses and follow ups always came. Like I said, I have no complaints.

Overall experience with Coast has been very positive. We were having a pain point with different spending cards / accounts at vendors and now it's simplified into one platform. Also the rewards are fantastic and since we moved our marketing spend to this system, we are enjoying the increased rewards.
Pros: For our business we can use 1 card for both fuel and expenses with having some control of spending. Making day to day life easier for our field employees and managers.
Cons: Would like for the employee to be forced or reminded more to upload receipts and memos on purchases. Also would love more options for contact information than phone number.

Over all, we love Coast. We love the customer service and their efficiency. No other fuel card company has compared with Coast, on many levels. Can't go wrong choosing Coast for your fuel needs, etc.
Pros: We like the flexibility to use the card anywhere for purchases beyond gas and vehicle maintenance. We like the text nofications when a transaction is suspicious. We like the help we receive from customer service. We like that we receive 1% back on all purchases.
Cons: What we like least is we haven't been given an increase on our LOC in over two years, even with an excellent payment history. What we like least is the portal isn't the easiest to manipulate when it comes to pulling reports. What we like least is email and text notifications being sent out to all people listed under administration. This should be a selective list only of who receives any payment related notifications.

Easy to deal with. Prompt service. The website requires a little time to navigate, but it does everything we need.
Pros: This card is very versitile: It has eliminated employee fraudulent use, but at the same time we can "release" the card so that all types of purchases are authorized as needed and restrictions return.
Cons: No negatives to report. My managers are satisfied, and so am I. The card is easy to use and works for us.

I enjoy the cards and the flexibility to have new cards turn them off and on and the communication is awesome.
Pros: The security with checking in everyday for our drivers to help keep fraud down. It gives the driver control and reasonability to take care of their card.
Cons: I guess the emails weather or not the driver is in an area or not that will send me an email but it's not really that bad it proves the company cares about the customer.

It is the best card for my fleet needs. Makes maintaining my vehicles very easy for my drivers and office personnel.
Pros: It is accepted all over at all stations which accept credit cards, can use it for vehicle repairs and needs.
Cons: Nothing at this time, everything is working out just fine for us. I wish I knew about it a long time ago

Pros: I didn’t like Coast. “Coast approved my application and took all my information, but after that I couldn’t get anyone to call me back. I left multiple messages, spoke to a representative who promised a return call, and still never heard from them. The lack of follow‑through and customer service was unacceptable.”
Cons: “I didn’t have a good experience with Coast. I was approved, but after that I never heard back. I called multiple times, left messages, and still got no response. After 37 years in business, I can tell when a company isn’t reliable. WEX has always been the better, more professional option.”

Overall, I am very pleased with the accessibility and support from our designated Coast reps, the program is largely easy to use, and we are already seeing savings due to the larger network of fuel vendors and the better rebates per purchase. Plus as we roll out our fleet management program with Merchants and utilize Samsara for our GPS and video monitoring, we have an active ecosystem of driver safety and accountability.
Pros: Simplicity and functionality wrapped up into a great app and program for handling my organization's fuel purchases in the field. Also love how it is compatible with Samsara for asset tracking and accountability of driver purchase behaviors and mileage tracking. Security settings are easy to customize and can be changed at any time.
Cons: Utilization of the app has been a little tricky for some technicians - sometimes there is confusion on checking into the app before trying to pump, which inadvertently locks technicians out of the system.

Overall I like Coast very much and so do my coworkers. It's very user friendly and I like that you can change things when someone doesn't work here anymore.
Pros: I like that Coast can sync up to Samsara which is what we use to track our fleet. I also like that it can be used by any driver as long as they are registered and text that they're at the gas station
Cons: What I like least about Coast is I'd like to be alerted when we get close to over the limit. Because it's our only gas card so then if it gets denied we don't have a backup

I can't complain. Coast was easy to transition into and setup. It's easy to navigate through the account and the app and maintain and monitor spending.
Pros: Coast was very easy to transition into using. It integrates into systems that we currently have in place, such as our GPS's in our company vehicles, making it more efficient to monitor fuel usage and spending.
Cons: There were minor issues once we got setup, but quickly learned that is was not Coast's issue, it was stemming from the merchant directly.

Coast is really easy to work with and we have not had any problem with our services. We chose Coast to replace another service provider we had been using for a very long time and because they became no longer as easy to work with and we had many problems with them we looked and found Coast the "best" for our needs.
Pros: The choice of options for our fleet services.
Cons: At this point, we find our service very good and we don't have anything we don't like about it.

our experience so far has been really good. We are very happy, the process was simple, we have saved time and money, and the cards work everywhere we have gone so far.
Pros: The system keeps better tabs on how and when our employees are using the cards and seems to have put an end to any wasteful spending or misuse of company funds

Good overall. We appreciate the customer service.
Pros: Just the convenience of having a fuel card that is also a VISA card. And the customer support is good.
Cons: Some of the policies are hard to understand and implement. We have had issues with that. Times where the card was not able to be used when we needed to use it.
