I created a login with Vagaro as my facial and nail salons use this for scheduling purposes. This is very easy to navigate!
Pros: I use it mainly for scheduling nail appointments, facials, massages, and it is very easy to navigate.
Cons: There is nothing that I disliked about Vagaro. I use it only for scheduling appointments and never had any issues with it.

The system prevents billing from becoming a huge mess with auto-billing. Shocked to find that the AI Bot actually booked a customers session by itself today. Decades worth of information in here so it helps keep everything somewhat organized.

Pros: Does its basic job fairly well when checking students in to the yoga classes. Shows each person's class schedule on a calendar and I do not have to worry about remembering what we are scheduled to do. Wifi went out today but surprisingly the payments worked fine. Relieved the staff learned to use the dashboard as I did not want to tell them again.
Cons: Vagaro App is also very frustrating as booking a recurring appointment is an extreme amount of work. The trainers always complain about using this app. Extremely upset I cannot put internal staff notes that clients will see as it makes our studio appear unprofessional. Support told me "that's how it works" and that was extremely helpful, NOT.

Pros: It's easy to use on both the professional side as well on the client side. It's not too complicated but also has most of what I need.
Cons: The app constantly glitches when doing basic tasks like looking at past appointment dates. Occasionally the whole system freezes, and I have to accept different payment.

Overall it is a good application and I do appreciate it for scheduling and appointments most. There are areas it could improve but over all it’s solid.
Pros: Very easy tool for scheduling and appointment management as well as payment processing. It is a good tool based what it offers and cost.
Cons: Sometimes the navigation can be a little challenging and takes more clicks than what I would like to do to be efficient

It was really nice that I had an initial meeting with a representative to help me get it set up. We were easily able to navigate and build the things we needed.
Pros: Scheduling and forms with ease. I love that I can build templates for each provider. My team appreciated it.
Cons: Forms cost cost money to store and then trying to put them in the right place was confusing initially.

It’s an easy platform however no frills, so if looking for something simple and to make bookings it makes it easy
Pros: Universally used and easy booking system. Integrates well into numerous platforms across industries.
Cons: It can be glitchy when using the booking system which seem to just be tech issues and usually fixed fairly easily

My experience has been seamless. I had an onboarding call to walk me through and questions I had and it was simple to start.
Pros: Vagaro is an excellent customer management system. It's easy to use, has great customer support, and it's easy to schedule and keep records. There aren't ever any bugs or issues, and it's a good value for the money.
Cons: I don't dislike anything about Vagaro. It's really easy to use and I don't have any complaints about Vagaro.

Pros: Awesome service for scheduling and appointment management, as well as offering additional services like gift cards. Easy to use and integrates with Google accounts nicely.
Cons: System does occasionally glitch or time out and there is a learning curve to setting up the system smoothly.

Amazing! I’ve had little hiccups here’s and there but it’s been the best booking app that I’ve ever used!
Pros: I really love how easy and salon/business friendly Vagaro is to use! It truly has all the bells and whistles that an esthetician needs for her business. Client management and customer support has never been better! It truly is worth the money!
Cons: Just that we don’t have the option to close a day for specific weeks. It gives us the option to select hours but not close the day. So we have to block it off completely. But it’s not a big deal and there’s ways around it.

great so far for the value and all the add on options to be able to utilizing one platform more, for example I just switch from jotforms to vagaro forms for my waiver and I love how seamless it is with data integration etc.
Pros: great value for what you get, i also like that other people use it so its nice that some customer are already used to using it to booking other things.
Cons: it can be glitchy, ive learned to refresh and double check things, or if I get an error message when checking out a customer just go out and then back in and then that fixes it, but it does happen enough to report it as a known thing. I also have clients that do report it spinning for a long time to load class times etc and I experience the same.

Pros: The ease of use with scheduling and running reports for daily or monthly tracking. Clients find it easy to schedule and it’s helpful having the forms added on for client consents etc
Cons: Everything is an add on like the forms, selling products etc. Those can easily increase your cost with every addition being an added cost.

I love it wouldn't choose another system. My clients love it and so do i. I've got introduced to vargo with my first salon and i never looked back
Pros: I like the Sales view the most. It allows me to view and compare months or years. I also like how efficient it is. Everything is literally all in one app!
Cons: That texting isn't included in the price. I feel that there shouldn't be a cap on how many messages to send.

Pros: I really like how user friendly Vagaro is, especially for day to day use in my business. The layout is simple and easy to navigate which makes booking appointments, managing my schedule, and checking clients in very efficient. I also appreciate how everything is in one place, from payments to client history, which helps me stay organized and save time.
Cons: One thing I wish Vagaro offered is the option to pass processing fees onto clients or at least have more flexibility with payment processing options. As a small business owner, those fees can add up quickly, so having that option would make a big difference. Other than that, the platform works well overall, but that feature would definitely improve it.

Overall good at and easy to use once you get the hang of all the features with great capabilities and customer service.
Pros: Overall, I Vagaro is amazing. To have email marketing, point of sale system, booking, no fees on transactions, and 24 hr assistance is valuable. Customer support is always helpful.
Cons: The reason I give it a 4 star is that there are no 40 minute options for a service. It can't be that hard to add that as an option. It would tremendously help out my business and the way barbers work with their clients. 30 minutes too short and 45 too long and messes up booking by creating less availability throughout the day. I ask at least monthly for this to happen. Please change this as this would be the only reason I depart from Vagaro.

My overall experience with regard has been raged. I definitely prefer it over square I was gonna use Washington but decided to go with Vagaro because I saw so many websites that I really enjoyed navigating and looking at it is a pretty seamless process. I think what I don’t like also is that I have to make a profile in order to book but anyways, actually that is a positive thing so I’m adjusting well.
Pros: My favorite thing about Vagaro is the customer support. I love how every time I call they always ask my information they doubled down on my security question. They always check through everything thoroughly with me and make sure I have an understanding they even offered to do things they are able to do on their side if I’m busy and then wait for me to confirm that it has been done!
Cons: The least thing I like about Vagaro is the fact that I cannot do deposits without having the shopping cart purchased so I pay an extra fee just to collect fees to protect my business so that is an unfortunate side of it as well as I do not like that, you cannot customize the amount of a deposit per an appointment that it has to be a set amount per service.

I've been with Vagaro for 9 years. I think that about sums it up! I'm able to pull multiple reports such as sales, and birthdays that month to name a few.
Pros: Scheduling snd appointment management is perfect in that it is very user friendly and frees my time up from rescheduling when life happens. Customer support is always available and thorough in helping whenneeded.
Cons: I wish it had the ability to set up KPI'S for goals. I also don't like the new way of character counting for text message promotions.

I love the extensive records that I can access for clients and for business. It keeps track of everything, it’s all available right at your finger tips. I started with Vagaro and then thought about switching to something cheaper but I hated it and quickly went back to using Vagaro.
Pros: I love the ease of scheduling. I not only use it for my work schedule, I also use it for personal scheduling too. I have never had any issue with using Vagaro.
Cons: I don’t really have any cons. I’ve enjoyed using Vagaro. It’s super easy for me and for clients booking online.

It has been wonderful. The check out process is fairly easy as well as booking Cilents for their appointments.
Pros: It allows me to have more than one profile for service providers. This is extremely important to growing our business
Cons: 1. It does not come with national holidays already incorporated in the calendar. 2. I would like the contactless option for all Cilents 3. It’s confusing how the Cilent has to sign before providing a card to process.

Pros: Vagaro is extremely customizable and gives me a lot of control over my schedule and services. I love that I can: •Set specific services to be available only on certain days or times •Adjust availability by room or provider •Easily manage bookings, payments, and client info all in one place It’s especially helpful for a service-based business because I can fine-tune my offerings and create a schedule that actually works for how I operate day-to-day.
Cons: There are a few areas that could be improved: •The automated booking confirmation emails are pretty limited in customization — I’d love the ability to add images and create a more branded, client-friendly experience •Notification settings can be unreliable from the client side — if a client has text notifications turned off, they may not receive reminders, which can lead to missed appointments •Overall, I’d love to see more flexibility in how client communications are designed and delivered

I'm not going to lie. I hated Vagaro for the first 6 months I used it (I used another company previously that I liked better). Since I committed to the Vagaro website I felt stuck with it. I have since adjusted to the change and I like it much better, but some of the suggestions I listed above would make life easier for us.
Pros: From a business perspective, I like that Vagaro is linked to my website making it easy for me to add/delete services, make revisions, make price adjustments, etc. It has good reporting. From a personal perspective, I have used Vagaro to book personal appointments with other businesses and from a user point of view, Vagaro works great. I'm glad it is easy for my clients to use, I just wish it was a little more intelligent to make life easier on us business owners who use it.
Cons: Vagaro needs upgrades (from a business perspective). I would love a field placed in the client profiles where I can enter a customized discount for each client. Every time I rebook a customer, I am forced to enter that it is a returning guest and Vagaro should have the intelligence to know that if I am "REBOOKING" a customer - to know that it is a repeat customer. Vagaro could be smarter than it is which would make it less tedious on our end. I would also love a field within the customer profile regarding sales tax. I have clients who are Veteran tax-exempt and it would be nice to toggle sales tax off for them so I don't have to remember to do it each time they buy product.

Pros: Easy to use and very manageable. My clients love it better than the site I was previously using and that makes me happy.
Cons: There is absolutely no cons that possibly come to mind when I think of vagaro. I am so happy with the switch.

Vegaro has been the absolute best booking company that i've ever been with. I first used them as an employee at a spa in 2020. I now use them as a business owner and couldn't be happier!
Pros: Vagaro is absolutely amazing. Their customer support is unmatched. I appreciate the easy access of their platforms and the vaule for my money!
Cons: Lol there's literally nothing to not like about them. They are on point every time you call them, available 24/7. LOVE vagaro
