Pros: hourly is a very good value for the handling of payroll and organizing our team. The platform keeps our information secure, and setting up employees took less time than expected.

Cons: Sometimes, there are small bugs or glitches, and it took a bit to get the hang of the accounting features.

Pros: Hourly software is a comprehensive platform designed for small businesses that integrates payroll, workers' compensation, and time tracking into one application. It allows users to easily run payroll, track employee hours, and manage HR compliance, all while simplifying paydays with just a click.

Cons: Overall, Hourly is user-friendly and efficient, but one thing I liked least was that some features felt limited in customization. For example, certain reports or scheduling tools could benefit from more flexibility or integration with other platforms

Pros: It made it easy to work with external teams on projects that needed billing, splitting hours up to bill them to different project codes.

Cons: It sometimes takes a while to refresh when it has been updated so it's hard to see exactly what the current situation is with my projects at times. This does generally resolve fairly quickly.

Pros: The feature I like most is geo location time clock, which only allows the employee to clock in when he/she is in a designated area on the job site.

Cons: My least favorite feature is with the app. Overall it is a good starting point but it tends to be buggy. I believe with a little refinement it will be very good.

Pros: hourly provides a very easy and intuitive interface that allows for simple payroll processing, and an API integration with QuickBooks. Also handled all the Time an Labor functions without the need of a 3rd party . Hourly provide the best price model we have ever seen. you can run daily payrolls and pay one flat fee a month

Cons: PTO tracking could be better. Example: a calendar view with all employees listed per day

Pros: Pretty user friendly and I enjoy this app

Cons: Occasionally trouble in logging in and out could be frustrating at times

Cons: There are actually no cons, I'd say its a very good app its not laggy at all

Pros: Ease of use. They have an amazing customer support system any issues you may have are responded to and fixed really really fast. Also having everything together and in one easy place to find helps get the job done very fast. It also saves things from years ago so you can get the info you need right at your finger tips.

Cons: Cost. Although they do offer taylored to you products. The price to include everything your company needs can become a little pricey.

Pros: A simple app which can use by anyone as everything is very clear and navigation is so easy. An affordable service for most of the small companies.

Cons: While using it, I felt like some features could be improved so we can do some "more" things with it.

Cons: The system has worked great and never had a real problem but occasionally the website and or the app does not display current information immediately. This is always resolved quickly just seems like there are occasional quirks.

Pros: It is a very easy platform to navigate. It includes everything necessary for my clients. It has extra features with no extra costs.

Cons: The payroll reports are not as clear as QuickBooks. It takes some gettting used to.

Pros: Pros of Hourly: Very user friendly, every employee can set up their own profile and have access to all paystubs at the tip of their fingers. It is very quickly used when determining the daily payroll cost, and all tax forms are also online for me going back years. The customer service is fantastic, also getting back asap and very helpful. The cost of hourly is great.

Cons: The only con is that I have been inquiring about workers comp multiple times and have never received any information on it.

Pros: it's saves time & it's cheap compared to the alternative.

Cons: nothing to complain about, but if I get there I've got a rep. ready to help during biz-hrs.

Pros: The mobile app is very important as it allows our employees to track their time accurately while in the field. It also helps us in the office accurately track labor time and bill customers.

Cons: Sometimes the app & portal do not update in real time. have to manually refresh to get updated figures. they also do not currently support prevailing wage payroll which is an important feature for the construction industry.

Pros: We find Hourly very useful for our administrative team as well as our employees at the job site. It is easy to manage both on the laptop as well as on your phone. It is very user friendly. We appreciate being able to track hours, payroll, locations and tax info all in one spot.

Cons: On occasion we have had an issue clocking in at a job site when there is poor cell service. But aside from that, we value all that Hourly as to offer.

Pros: Easy to use portal. Great, timely and efficient customer service with a dedicated payroll specialist.

Cons: Not many features like variations of vacation set ups. Reports are limited.

Pros: Hourly has been a great payroll provider for our small business. It's easy to use and has all the features we need, like time tracking, tax calculations, and direct deposit. The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend Hourly to other small businesses.

Cons: Its fiddly to adjust bartenders tips so that they can take tips each day.

Pros: Hourly is accurate, service is great and staff is supportive and handles all documents accurately in my experience
