Pros: Easy to create assignments and push out information to students.
Cons: This program was missing live updates. If I made a mistake I had to delete the assignment from each class then reassign. Live updates needs to be added.

Kiddom is a wonderful resource to use that will save teachers a lot of time on creating standard based activities.
Pros: Kiddom provides a lot of engaging activities for the students to demonstrate their knowledge of the standards.
Cons: I cannot think of any cons with the Kiddom site. It is a great resource for all of the students to use.
Rachael W. · Teacher · Education Management · June 8, 2021
Overall, the experience was not a positive one. Implementing planned assignments was difficult, tedious, and frustrating.
Pros: Logging in was easy; honestly, that's where my positive feedback ends. Overall, the program was not user friendly for a high school setting where teachers have multiple sections of the same class or different subjects althogether.

Cons: Being able to copy an assignment from one class section to another would have been nice. Having to constantly maneuver the Timeline to grade/check late work is a HUGE hassle.
Caron P. · Teacher · Education Management · June 3, 2021
It wasn’t bad or good . The experience was just indifferent
Pros: This is another software that will help manage and the after school program. This will help with the disclipine of it all
Cons: The program can be burdened by the the fact that our after school program has many different programs that can do the sand thing
Reginald T. · Teacher/project director · Primary/Secondary Education · May 12, 2021
Pros: Easy to use. great desing good teachers
Cons: Sometimes information is incorrect few tests.
Anonymous User · programmer analyst · Outsourcing/Offshoring · May 5, 2021
Hated it.
Pros: The most acceptable thing is when I can close it.
Cons: It is not logical. It is difficult to use. It is not user friendly. find it a waste of time and money.
CJ A. · Teacher · Education Management · March 26, 2021
Pros: User-friendly, simple, sleek design that makes for a pleasant user experience.
Cons: A little click-intensive. Other than that, it checks all the boxes.
John G. · Teacher · Education Management · January 17, 2021
Pros: The customer service from the Kiddom team was fantastic.
Cons: It is difficult for teachers to review submitted assignments.
Adam K. · Teacher · Education Management · January 8, 2021
Overall, the program does its job, in a very simple manor. It is not fancy, which can be good and bad.
Pros: The classroom page is very helpful. The timeline for assignments is also very helpful.
Cons: Grading is not easy. Notifications from individual students are easily lost.
Kaitlyn T. · Teacher · Education Management · January 8, 2021
After some trial and error I have found kiddom easy to use
Pros: Very easy to create units, lessons and activities in an organized way.
Cons: I would like to be able to collaborate with fellow teacher easier with a sharing function that allows for editing.
Jeramey A. · Teacher · Primary/Secondary Education · January 8, 2021
Pros: It has great features such as the grade book and the software being able to grade multiple choice for teachers. It also is great to be able to see the work of students as they are working on an assignment.
Cons: Students find it harder to access the software compared to teachers, at least elementary age students.
Marisol R. · Teacher · Education Management · January 5, 2021
I can communicate and distribute information to my students who are distance learning.
Pros: Kiddom is user friendly, and their customer help team responds in a quickly manner.
Cons: I don't like that I have to upload material separately. Most of my classes use the same lessons.
Selina W. · Teacher · E-Learning · December 18, 2020
Pros: Kiddom provides an easy way for me to create activities for my distance learners. It took me a while to get the hang of using Kiddom and navigating the ins and out of all things Kiddom. Four months in to the school year, I can now create the daily activities for my distance learners and grade them all in one place. The team at Kiddom also uses our feedback and will do what they can to improve the software for both the educators and students.
Cons: Kiddom is not as user friendly for our distance learners who use tablets instead of laptops.
Leah T. · 2nd Grade Teacher · E-Learning · December 16, 2020
It was overwhelming at first, but easy to navigate after first month.
Pros: I enjoy being able to create assignments for distance learners.
Cons: When moving around in the program, it can be slow at times. Also, some students are not able to log in.
DJ W. · teacher · E-Learning · December 16, 2020
Overall, once I figured out how to use the program it has really been a great tool for me; especially as a first time distance learning educator.
Pros: The thing I like most about Kiddom is the ease of use for my students. They got the hang of this program quickly. I also like the fact that I can send them a private message after grading a lesson with specific details for them. In addition, I can post a message for the entire classroom for all of my classes.
Cons: This program has a lot of bells and whistles; which made it somewhat challenging to get use to and learn at the beginning of the school year.
Angel W. · Reading Interventionist · E-Learning · December 13, 2020
I think Kiddom continues to make improvements, but the growing pains in the meantime were frustrating, as were the overly complicated screens.
Pros: It was single sign on compatible and was able to upload my student rosters
Cons: Using it to communicate with students and that students could mark work as complete without doing it.
Heather E. · Teacher · Education Management · December 11, 2020
It's been a mostly positive experience.
Pros: It is easy to use for me as the teacher and for my students. I can give my students feedback.
Cons: My students press they are complete and the parents see it and think they did something when they didn't complete the actual work.
Lisa P. · Teacher · Education Management · December 11, 2020
Kiddom is a far more complicated alternative for distance learning resources. Though it does the job of connecting students to each other and the teacher, there are more effective resources for e-learning.
Pros: Kiddom is a useful app to use for E-learning when other resources are limited. The app can be added to clever, so students can easily access and login to the resource. However, it is more complicated than typic apps.
Cons: This software is difficult to use and not user friendly. Creating assignments is excessively time consuming and the constant updates inhibit young children's progress in maneuvering through the app.
Emily B. · teacher · E-Learning · December 11, 2020
It has been a struggle to teach and maintain my classes in Kiddom, but activity making is really nice!
Pros: Activity making is great, though sometimes glitchy
Cons: The interface is a bit of a mess. The students have to transverse a lot of steps to get to assignments and they have to check each individual class to see if they have assignments instead of one timeline for all of their assignment.
James B. · Teacher · Education Management · December 11, 2020
Pros: I like that I can create assignments with different types of questions.
Cons: That you can't duplicate a questions in an assignment.
Winter S. · 2nd Grade Teacher · E-Learning · December 11, 2020
Overall my experience has been good. We had to learn how to operate the system in a very short period of time and it has become easier and easier each day.
Pros: I really like how the classes are easily laid out and accessible for my younger students to find. I also really like how many different types of activities and questions can be created within each unit. The updates have made the program much more user friendly and I appreciate the constant improvements being made.
Cons: One of the cons I have noticed about using Kiddom is that you are not able to move around assignments and activities once they are created. I spent 30 minutes making an assignment and then realized I had made it under the wrong class and I could not share it with my team. Another con is the lagging that seems to happen within the app. I will create a question or a text box and when I click out of the box, all of the words disappear and I have to redo the entire thing.
Ashley R. · 2nd grade teacher · Education Management · December 11, 2020
Overall this has been a learning experience for all of us. I wasn't going to use kiddom in the beginning but once I started using the program I have been enjoying it.
Pros: I like that it is easy to load and is user friendly. I also appreciate the customer service and how they are listening.
Cons: I dislike how students can just hit submit without submitting anything. I would also like to be able to change things once I have pulled over for the day.
Amanda W. · 6th Grade Teacher · E-Learning · December 10, 2020
I use it daily for school and distance learning. I'm not very fluent with using it, but it's getting easier everyday.
Pros: I love how it integrates to Clever. Once the kids have gotten used to it, it puts all of their assignments in one place. I like being able to drag and drop assignments for the week.
Cons: I would love to be able to easily move assignments around, Drag and drop to different classes and what not. It would be nice to be able to set a time for an assignment to "open up", for instance assign it for the week, but kids cant open it until a specific day. Creating assignments and putting them where I need them to be is a chore for me every time I try to do it. Maybe some kind of "File system" would be beneficial. So things can easily be moved. I'd love to be able to edit thigs and save them without editing everyone's entire lesson. We share a lot of these resources and once it's been edited, it can not be changed back to. Online training course would have been great at the beginning.
Chad H. · 3rd grade teacher · Education Management · December 10, 2020
Pros: Loved how Kiddom allows students to respond in whatever mode is best for them, audio, video, or writing. The product and customer service teams have been responsive to my needs and I have really appreciated their in-time support. Really helpful as a communication tool for giving feedback.
Cons: Did not find that the Library was all that useful, especially as the different programs do not "talk" to each other. I would not use Kiddom as my overall grading system because it was easy to navigate or customizable.
Alison A. · Sixth Grade Teacher · Primary/Secondary Education · December 8, 2020
Pros: Ability to use districts single sign on service to input classes and keep rosters current. Tool to share instructions asynchronously with students.
Cons: Inability to quickly change assignment dates or rearrange and make corrections once they are assigned.
