Little Green Light

Pros: It works smoothly, it's well-designed, and it covers aspects of donor management that I didn't know existed.

Cons: I can't think of anything that it lacks or that needs any improvement. Like the saying goes: it just works.

Pros: Easy to use, great for a smaller non-profit budget! I appreciate the tutorials and videos and the Knowledge section

Cons: I haven't figured out yet how to code a deceased spouse from a file without causing the file to show deceased?

Pros: LGL is awesome! It's very simple to navigate and cost efficient.

Cons: I don't have any negative things to say about LGL. It's perfect for our nonprofit donor management.

Pros: Little Green Light is low-cost and perfectly right-sized for an organization of our size. It is relatively flexible and intuitive, and with the help of 3rd party tools can be easily connected to other software.

Cons: There are some limitations, and if you aren't able to build integrations that work well then it can pose a challenge to enter gifts.

Pros: It has been a great CRM tool for working with our donors and tracking contributions.

Cons: Our account wished it had a better intergration with other accounting software.

Pros: I have used LGL for over a decade and have brought the CRM to many nonprofits. The platform is robust and intuitive. It has fantastic functionality and integrates with other services. I can track donor relationships, generate giving metrics, track appeals, and generate communications with ease and accuracy.

Cons: There is nothing that I dislike, but I would make improvements to the email function. Currently, you cannot schedule emails to be delivered at a specific time, and customizing emails with branding and graphics is challenging.

Pros: It’s a really great tool for donor/fundraising management. It’s a cam designed specifically for fundraising.

Cons: It can take a bit to understand the interface.

Pros: Using and maintaining this database is very intuitive. I've run other systems in the past that required almost a computer science degree to be successful. LGL is so adaptable, very customizable, and their customer support is the best in the business.

Cons: Gosh, it's hard to think of anything I don't like about Little Green Light. As time goes by they continue to make improvements and always seem to address my current wishes. Not quite sure how they do that but, yay. IF there was anything I could wish for I would ask that the addressee and salutation fields were a little more robust. Adding class years, and in our case degrees, manually opens the door to errors. Would love to have a customizable table that can be pulled into exports. Having a method of batch entry for gifts (other than import) would be a game changer for busier offices. Coded batches help prevent data inconsistencies.

Pros: Simple design and straight forward functionality. Good email and forms capabilities and excellent customer service.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind, it is web based so no install is needed.

Pros: I really love the forms and integrations. It is the donation platform that comes with the most bang for your buck. Importing data is a breeze and once your database is built, keeping track of giving becomes so easy.

Cons: It's an deep dive into this software and the learning curve is steep for an new donor manager. I still haven't learned all the ways to use this amazing tool. I wish I could have signed up to go to a training seminar when we began using the program.

Pros: It's appearance of a simple database, but actually has incredible depth in its functionality. It can do sooooo much for the money spent, and has made my life easier every time I use it. I especially love Flex Importer Undo functionality!!

Cons: Its limited customization of the look of the forms. They look very basic. I wish there was more ability to change the forms' appearance (functionality is great though). I also wish it had automated emails set up to certain groups - like new constituents, etc.

Pros: It's simple to use, quick, a light interface and I like that I have full remote functionality.

Cons: Dashboard, wish it was easier to customize dates and year to year. Also would be nice to have shareable reports. Wish the forms were a little more intuitive on their integreation

Pros: Little Green Light is very user friendly. There are alot of training materials that are useful for learning how to use it as well as a very responsive and knowledgeable Help Team.

Cons: Not being able to do a bulk import of gifts that is sent to the QKB que automatically. When we do a major donation push, I have to spend alot of time doing manual entries so that our bookkeeper sees them in the que. That feature would be super helpful.

Pros: Full-featured functionality, very responsive and knowledgeable tech support. We have been using LGL for 4 1/2 years at a small religious nonprofit and we have been delighted with how well the product and the support team serves our needs.

Cons: There are many comes-by-default fields in the constituent records that we don't make use of, but we can't hide them. We can only collapse them and learn to ignore them.

Pros: It is so simple to use. It is cost effective. The ease of pulling data out are a huge benefit to our organization

Cons: There are minor customization that would be helpful.

Pros: The thoroughness of the offerings including the ability to include volunteers, send letters, track top donors and those who have not donated for awhile

Cons: Very difficult to learn. The tutorials and videos go so fast it's hard to follow. Some instructions are not intuitive at all. Good for Tech people, not so good for those of us who are not tech gurus.

Pros: Simple to use, amazing support/help team, and intuitive overall.

Cons: There are a few export features missing (like including multiple specific date ranges for a donor to compare FY gifts over 5 years). I'd also love for an add-on where you can create a sort of thermometer that updates real-time on a webpage when compared to a specific campaign in the database.

Pros: the usability. Its very easy to use and edit and very organized. The pages aren't over-full of information making finding the donor I'm looking for a very simple process.

Cons: It doesn't have a lot of functions that other even programs have so we don't use it for events, auctions etc.

Pros: I like that it's modular so you can use the parts you need and develop detailed history on donors.

Cons: some of the screens are too spread out and a bit clunky. could be streamlined a bit

Pros: We needed a donor management system that delivered more than just a spreadsheet. After much research, we decided LGL met all our requirements--and more and at a reasonable price.

Cons: Nothing that comes to mind. We are very happy with LGL.

Pros: Little Green Light is easy to use and assists me in keeping track of my fundraising, donations, and constituents. I like that I can create mailing lists, emails, and generate thank you letters after my organization receives a donation.

Cons: Little Green Light is a little dated and is not as aesthetically pleasing as other CRMS.

Pros: Easy to set up, easy to use, and allows multiple levels of user access.

Cons: It doesn't provide a simple accounting side as part of the product. You must purchase and integrate a separate accounting system.

Pros: LGL gives or org an easy solution for CRM, Events, Giving and volunteer tracking. It was easy to pick up and train people on and fits our needs.

Cons: Some of the email features take a bit of tweaking found it easier to use MailChim or others.
