So far it has worked great to track management on what they are asking for customers I think it brings more value to membership members as well
Pros: I am a user and like how management is able to communicate with me with ease on any questions or news that go out.
Cons: Sometimes the history of a chat is not saved to be able to view later, I think it would be good to be able to go back and see the history of that chat

Overall positive. I really love the app, I just wish the setup was easier and the connection to smart watches was not so finicky all the time.
Pros: Great fitness tracker app. It’s ease of use and deployment make it very attractive to use. It is not hard to find your way around the app or its functions at all.
Cons: The setup of the app/account itself takes a very long time. Way too much information required to get using the app. There is also some issues connecting to certain types of smart watches.

I loved it. I used to to set up a fitness program for home workout groups and it worked amazingly well.
Pros: Ease of use. It is very user friendly and quite flexible. I also like the ability to create a community. It is very motivating and makes it easy to track your workout.
Cons: Set up is a bit time consuming and there is a learning curve.

Cons: 1. Limited customization when compared with other gym management. 2. It may not integrate with third party applications. 3. Cost is expensive for small gyms.

Overall experience was good, but the platform was not something that could be financially sustained.
Pros: This was a great product. Worked everyway that I desired for it to.
Cons: The subscription pricing and services add-on fees were the highest that I have seen.

Very easy to use and convenient when on the go. Especially when you go to the gym early in the morning and how easy it is to use and communicate on.
Pros: It's great for keeping track of your steps and it is motivating to keep challenging yourself. And it connects to your gym membership which is convenient.
Cons: The time for it takes to charge and the glitches it can encounter.

Pros: Tracking customers through their journey from lead to trial to member has been imperative in managing and growing our business as well as automated tasks making the process more efficient, saving us time and money.
Cons: The client app for booking workouts is new and still being developed.
