LegitFit

Pros: I took over managing PFS Carlow about a year ago and getting up to speed with LegitFit was honestly one of the easiest parts of the transition. It's a really straightforward platform to get your head around and day to day it just works with bookings, payments, memberships, all handled without any hassle. Running a small group personal training facility means keeping a close eye on how things are performing and the reporting side has been really useful for that. Everything I need to make sure the place is running well is right there without having to go digging for it. Any time I've had a question the support team have been brilliant with quick responses and always helpful. Overall it's made managing the business side of things a lot simpler and gives me more time to focus on what actually matters, the members. I've been dealing with [sensitive content hidden] and I can't say enough good things about it.

Cons: Nothing. .

Pros: The user interface, it’s so easy to figure out and quick & simple which is so important to us, especially whilst running a business, we wanted something that helped us improve operations, which we have gotten with legitfit

Cons: We don’t really have any cons at the moment- all is working great and we are really happy we moved to legitfit

Pros: It made it easier for me to manage membership payments and keep track of who paid and when. It has also saved me money because the app automatically charges the membership fee once the agreed period expires. Before, I struggled to keep accurate records, and members would ask for refunds if they didn’t use their sessions

Cons: Everything is fine for me. If I had to point something out, it would be that I’m currently using the app in English, while I’m from Croatia. Since I live in a tourist city, most people understand English, and I also understand that the app can’t be available in every language. However, this might make it a bit more difficult, in my case, to use for the older population.

Pros: The AI features, ongoing support, ease of use for my members and me, the migration of payment and member details from a previous provider, the onboarding, and the business advice I got

Cons: None that come to mind. The only downside is that I didn't get started sooner but that was my own fault. I was too worried about the migration and transition but it was simple!

Pros: I love how LegitFit makes running my studio simple and pain-free, allowing me to spend more time coaching rather than being stuck in processes and data. My clients enjoy the ability to book their classes in a simple and efficient way and love recording their workout metrics. The customer service is outstanding, and nothing is too much trouble for the team. The software design is clean and user-friendly. The onboarding team, especially Bella, was incredibly helpful in setting our system up and walking us through how everything works. The initial setup was incredibly easy.

Cons: I havent come across anything I don't like about the software yet, which is rare as theres usually something.

Pros: booking system is helpful and easy to use. Good to have the timetable option to embed and this made it look more professional

Cons: not able to add general link to join the legitfit system as a potential client without having to make a booking

Pros: Intuitive system with a very small learning curve. Client support is excellent and includes 3 on boarding calls with one of the team which are incredibly useful (Thanks [sensitive content hidden])

Cons: There is no ability to delete block bookings in bulk (yet. I believe they're implementing this soon)

Pros: Very easy to use, with a fantastic support team whenever needing help, clients find it easy to use for the online booking system

Cons: I would prefer it if there was a way to have clients booking for day passes in the gym or recovery room - without having to put it on my timetable (makes it look messy)

Pros: Client support is great and ability to access the LegitFit team. Scheduling is. easy and accessible.

Cons: LegitFit is more costly than most other platforms which I would say is the biggest on the 'cons' list

Pros: Simply it allowed me to earn more money & stop diary mistakes being made. It’s good value for money.

Cons: A lot of the features are not available to me as I’m on the lower tier. The workout programming was not the easiest to understand how to use

Pros: Effortless booking combined with an exceptional client experience makes LegitFit easy to use for both coaches and clients, saving time and reducing friction.

Cons: There isn’t much to dislike overall, but as with any platform, there is always room for small feature improvements over time.

Pros: It’s easy software to use and much better value for money than the old company I was with. I also love that we have an app. We look more professional and our clients love it to.

Cons: Just need to make the scheduled workouts smoother like truecoach. I would be willing to pay extra on my subscription to legitfit is their online coaching software was up to scratch with truecoach. Also, please keep the A.I. Notes in the software and you’d be much better than truecoach

Pros: I like how easy LegitFit is to use and how customisable it is. It’s been a great product for my clients.

Cons: There is not much I don’t like about LegitFit. I wish it would link in with a coaching app online coaching platform.

Pros: My clients find it user friendly, easy to maneuver through timetable and purchasing of products. It was an easy download and set up of the app.

Cons: I cant edit or delete programs assigned to clients. As I issue a lot of rehabilitation programs this is a draw back.

Pros: Legitfit is easy to use and has all the features I was looking for in a member management system. They are always adding updates and improving their services. Being able to update the timetable or even sign members up through the mobile app makes the process so simple.

Cons: I think the packages section could be simpler on the member side, especially when there are a lot of membership options.

Pros: Very good customer support Easily available Quick resolutions Great introductory offer Easy to use

Cons: One of my customers could buy an intro offer twice I lost the ability to book clients in at short notice

Pros: The ease of navigation and learning process is so good. Overall, it is good value for money. The Client Support and Respect is outstanding in responsiveness and integrity. I never think twice about reaching out to the Support Team.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Now, there's a thing in itself. If I was pushed I would say an alert of an upgrade and when it will land on the site.

Pros: Excellent product that does exactly what it says on the tin. Customer support is 10/10, which, for a product like this, is very important. For small and medium-sized gyms it is the best booking and billing provider on the market today.

Cons: Reporting feature could be better but they are always adding to it. Other than that everything is pretty rock solid.

Pros: How easy it was to make the switch. The staff that helped we were very processional and went above and beyond. The online t&c,par q and client program is a fantastic addition

Cons: Nothing to do with LegitFit but I don’t like that the payments only arrive in my bank account once per week.

Pros: Excellent customer support. Automation of business systems essential for business progression. Good value for money.

Cons: Steep learning curve compared to other systems I have used. User interface not as smooth as other systems I have used.

Pros: Everything you could need from scheduling to payments is there. Looks the part, customer support is top notch.

Cons: Nothing, everything was brilliant. Very good product. Could not fault the software at all. Absolutely top notch.

Pros: LegitFit provides great support so your not left to figure it out alone, some great features for my business to grow , I think it’s so easy and accessible to use for myself as the professional and for clients too.

Cons: The professional app isn’t great, I would prefer more access to everything that can be viewed from the desktop view point

Pros: I can set my payments to all arrive at the same time or customise as I please. Once I got the system up and running I have not looked back.

Cons: If I set payments up for the first of the month and a client does not pay on time then the payment is reduced the next time its taken as it thinks the client has only started. This is my only issue with the system.
