Pros: Salesforce commerce cloud was extremely easy to use, had great customer support features, and I felt that it was generally pretty good with security. It was able to be customized and our team used it for our organizational purposes.
Cons: Because it is a pretty famous company, I felt it was quite costly and wished it was a bit more affordable, especially for small organizations.

It is just OK, only helpful for a very large organization, better off using something simpler and more streamlined.
Pros: I liked how easy it is to pull reports and to manipulate them to fit your needs. To find simple information you need to scroll through many fields so this was hard for me to use.
Cons: It is too cumbersome and not streamlined. It has too many features and not user friendly. Very hard to find information. Too busy and needs to be simplified.

Pros: The flexibility to customise storefronts and manage complex product catalogues is a real strength. We've found the API integrations to be pretty solid for connecting to our other business systems, which is crucial for efficient operations and product updates.
Cons: The user interface can feel a bit clunky at times, especially when navigating through deeper settings or analytics dashboards. It took a bit to figure out where everything was located initially, and sometimes the search function isnt as intuitive as I'd like.

An enterprise-grade platform with strong performance and flexibility, but best suited for teams with budget and technical resources.
Pros: Powerful scalability, deep customization and easy Salesforce integration made it ideal for handling complex commerce needs at scale.
Cons: High cost and implementation complexity requires expertise and time to fully configure and maintain effectively.

Used it for work, decent platform for what it is. Good for inventory and order management in the workplace.
Pros: VALUE FOR MONEY - paid for by work CUSTOMER SUPPORT - never had to use SECURITY - good INVENTORY MANAGEMENT - good ORDER MANAGEMENT - good
Cons: CUSTOMIZATION - limited, with much to be desired WEBSITE CREATION - not used on my end, controlled by company

I have been an active admin for over 10 years and learn new things every day. The community is incredibly supportive. 9 times out of 10, there is a solutions to a problem you are looking for!
Pros: The versatility Salesforce has is unparalleled. There is so much customization available, that it really does take a special level of support. It is a beast when it comes to customer facing portals, inventory management, website management, and helpdesk support. On top of that, creating ordering platforms with a high level of security, makes this tool far superior.
Cons: Sometimes it can get overwhelming with how much capability Salesforce has. Thankfully, to combat that, there is an extensive network of support available.

I am super please with the product extremely reliable for my business and sales team. There are other products yet I do not worry with Salesforce.
Pros: Exceptional product! I am able to scale my business with very little bug issues. Onboarding clients is great. Security is a no worries approach. Also, can keep track of the sales process.
Cons: More expensive than most of the database management software yet do not have to worry about being able to connect to the cloud; in office & in the field.

Pros: Salesforce is very user friendly, very simple to keep your files and data and reporting organized, can simply tag co workers in tasks they need to complete , the customer support was easily to be tagged on any task if you had a question on the process. It keeps all your orders in line with your date you placed on the file. Training or new developments was clear through online training or webinars via email.
Cons: The mobile user is not the same as the desktop version, you have to pay for features you don't need. The upgrades to the system from classic to lighting, was a slow switchover as the interface was quite different, the it is costly, but for large corporations it is well worth the expense,.

Pros: Highly robust, built in personalisation, multi site and global commerce support, strong developer tool.
Cons: Being saas platform, limited back end flexibility, cost both platform and development, business manager limitations.

It's been okay. It's fairly new to me, but I feel like I'm getting in a good rhythm and getting used to how things are set up!
Pros: I'm using it currently and I like that I can see all of the new clients in one place. It's nice that I can email and see information for my clients all in one place as well.
Cons: There are a lot of buttons to do one thing - lots of clicking involved with everything! I also am still getting used to the names of everything. Opportunities are new clients for me and cases are emails.

I love Salesforce. Salesforce has been around since 1995. I started using Salesforce at my first job doing mortgage loans
Pros: Salesforce CRM is very efficient. I was able to upload my prospect via excel xlms format and able to use the click to call function back in 2015. During the 2015, click to call function was getting to be popular
Cons: alot of the predictive dialers ive been using does NOT integrate with Salesforce information is input in the dialer and it would make it easier for it be integrated with Salesforce

Pros: Salesforce has helped tremendously with Sales Management, because before Salesforce, we were using a Google spreadsheet that took a lot of time and effort to manage. When we made the switch to Salesforce, we were better able to track leads and revenue through customer profiles, and we've seen the different already.
Cons: Salesforce customer support is terrible. When we signed up for a new plan with Salesforce, they completely botched the set up process, not completing any of the steps that we asked for multiple times before we signed our contracts. I've had good experience with Salesforce customer support before, but every new experience seems to be worse and worse. On top of that, this platform is hard to learn and has quite the learning curve. They ask for more money to help guide you but after quite some time, my team and I got the hang of it.
Brianna K. · Marketing Director · Civic & Social Organization · October 18, 2025
Pros: It enhances my overall shopping journey. I also value how the platform offers comprehensive insights into customer behaviors, sales patterns, inventory, and much more. Whether you are rapidly expanding or facing slow periods during certain seasons, Salesforce Commerce Cloud adapts effortlessly. There is no concern regarding server handling or interruptions during peak times.
Cons: I have really no dislikes in regards, everything is easy to find and I really enjoy all the features
Jackie S. · Self employed · Retail · September 26, 2025
Pros: I like the flexibility and scalability of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, which makes handling complex online stores much easier.
Cons: The learning curve is steep, and customization often requires costly developer support instead of quick adjustments.
Elias S. · Marketing Coordinator · Financial Services · September 9, 2025
I've used Salesforce Commerce Cloud as a complementary CRM consumer data-keeping platform to inform our overall marketing strategies and planning as well as to plan for and execute outgoing digital and email campaigns with increasingly individualized messaging based on the consumer data collected.
Pros: It's a scalable yet enterprise-level platform tool for tracking customers throughout their journey, increasing data on them, segmenting them, and leveraging list-building and CRM to ensure that you're providing the best outgoing marketing messaging for particular users at particular times. Great support, extensive capabilities. I'm a big fan!
Cons: Prices can sometimes be less adjustable than certain mid-size businesses may require for their needs but you'll always get good value with what you pay.

My overall experience has been great with salesforce. Its a good software and fulfills all you business sales needs.
Pros: Sacked is an awesome software. I use it for customers data for my business. It's very easy to navigate.
Cons: Nothing. Salesforce is pretty awesome. It helps you to keep up with tracking leads and sales. It also keeps track of customer support tickets.
Angelika M. · Company Owner · Design · June 5, 2025
We are very pleased with the software. For the most part, the software is user friendly, at least most sections.
Pros: We were able to utilize sales resources in one place and the reports were amazing. Instead of printing numerous reports we can print one report with everything included.
Cons: The initial installation could have been easier however, it wasn't too difficult. Training should be more user friendly.

Overall a positive experience, it’s a unique technology that has a lot to offer.
Pros: It improved order management (visibility, tracking, etc.) across the team.
Cons: A complex software to master, may be out of budget for some small businesses.
Emilee T. · Administrative Assistant · Entertainment · May 3, 2025
Pros: I really like the platform because it has great personalization tools that help tailor the user experience. It’s perfect for meeting the needs of international business and cross-department collaboration.
Cons: The platform can handle a lot of tasks and has many features, but it can be overwhelming and tough to navigate, especially for beginners.

Powerful but costly and complex to customize
Pros: I like the most Salesforce Commerce Cloud for its scalability, AI personalization, and seamless integration with other Salesforce products.
Cons: High cost, complex setup, and customization limitations
Arturo V. · Cmo · Retail · March 3, 2025
Pros: I like the features Salesforce offers in AppExchange. UI is can be customized to user need.
Cons: The monthly cost is not affordable for small businesses.
Ibrahima B. · Bah · Consumer Goods · March 2, 2025
It's a must in every sales team, needed to have a perfect commercial experience, track everything with dashboards and reports.
Pros: It's the basis of our organisation's sales activity. Allows to track our activities, opportunities, tasks and follow-ups.
Cons: Could evolve in terms of look and feel, as well as being a bit more flexible and dynamic when it comes to adapting to third-parties softwares.
Luca R. · Business Development Manager · Human Resources · March 1, 2025
My overall experience has been nothing but positive and keeps getting better!!!
Pros: I love that its your go to for all your online buisness needs from selling your things to services. You can personalize it to your liking/needs, it has AI to help you with promoting etc, and keeps track of all your sales, orders and accounts. So it most definitely your guru for all online commerce stuff
Cons: There is nothing i can say thats bad about saleforce my experience has been awesome
Tiffany G. · Sole proprietor · Construction · March 1, 2025
Outstanding experience, questions were answered quickly,
Pros: It was one of the best and easiest programs for Commerce Cloud - Simple to understand, very easy to deploy.
Cons: The graphics can be better... Salesforce has plenty of talanted engineers to fix the issue.
Randall V. · CEO · Real Estate · March 1, 2025
Overall, the experience is great for handling all the minute customer interactions that can be extremely time-consuming.
Pros: The AI that powers much of the customer automated experience is seamless. It's superior to foreign person-to-person contact - feels less stilted and more intuitive.
Cons: Because it is cloud based, lack of signal in some areas can be problematic.
