Dynatrace

Pros: J'aime beaucoup cet outil, je le trouve très performant. Le système d'alertes est très efficace, les analyses d'incident peuvent être très poussées.

Cons: Je vois un nette dégradation dans le support. L'année passé, j'étais bluffée de l'efficacité du support et trouvais systématiquement réponses à mes blocages. Maintenant, je passe des heures à expliquer et réexpliquer mes problème, à un, deux, trois différentes personnes du support, sans aucun résultat !

Pros: It is really easy to use and get going with Dynatrace for any log management or issue tracking devs might need.

Cons: It is definitely pricey but worth the product considering the benefits. It is not even that bad compared to other alternatives.

Pros: Dynatrace is an accurate monitoring and observability solution that helps us understand our business better. I am highly impressed by the simplicity of reliability of Dynatrace.

Cons: There is no single feature that I do not like about Dynatrace. Dynatrace has been so amazing and flawless.

Pros: This is a very useful software. Easy to use and very fast, almost no glitches. I am very, very satisfied with it.

Cons: la curva de aprendizaje es larga, el soporte tecnico y atencion al usuario es lento. Algunas de las configuraciones como el manejo de alertas vuelve tediosa la configuración.

Pros: Dynatrace can be an extremely powerful and intuitive tool, great for tracing your network. Customer service are incredibly well imformed and enthusuastic about helping out with issues

Cons: Unfortunately can be a bit laggy, encountered bug often. Sometimes can be inefficient showing multiple layers what arent necessary

Pros: Dynatrace is innovative and high impact product, collaborative and learning culture,reduces complexity and improves user experiences.

Cons: Pricing can be high for mid-scale companies,UI is complex for beginners,High Expectations ,product complexity.

Pros: Davis, Dynatrace's AI engine, automatically detects performance issues and pinpoints root causes—significantly reducing mean time to resolution (MTTR).

Cons: The cost can scale quickly depending on the number of hosts, services, and add-ons used. It’s best suited for enterprises with the budget and scale to match.

Pros: i just put one agent and it finds everything. like, everything. all our servers, the apps, the database calls. i dont have to configure nothing. the ai part, davis, it just tells me "hey this is broken" before users even call me. its crazy smart. saves my life.

Cons: the cost is... wow. very very expensive. my manager always talks about the bill. and sometimes its too much information. my screen is just full of lines and charts and i get a headache trying to find one simple thing.

Pros: Easy to use, innovative and comprehensive. I like how the layout is and the software gives alerts in real time.

Cons: There is limited application access and documentation options when you do first use this application.

Pros: I especially appreciated its Smartscape topology and Davis AI engine, which made it easy to identify root causes quickly and visualize complex application dependencies in real time.

Cons: While Dynatrace is a powerful platform, it can be quite complex to configure initially, especially in large-scale or hybrid environments.

Pros: Real-time monitoring and threat detection. Dev ops functionality. Energy usage monitoring for ESG reporting.

Cons: It is challenging to explain how it works and the features to non-IT and non-cybersecurity stakeholders.

Pros: This product is just amazing. Out of the box, plug it, give it the minimum needed inputs and ... there you are ! The results come really quick and you are able to start working on what you really should do : optimization.

Cons: Well, the price could be more aggressive. It worths it, but remains expensive. There could be more options to reduce this, based on what we really use.

Pros: The dashboards are really easy to customize and give a good overview of our system's health. The AI-driven alerts saved us a lot of time when it came to root cause analysis. It integrates well with our cloud env too.

Cons: Licensing is get confusing and feels expensive for small teams. Some of the UI sections lag a bit, and the learning curve for advanced features is steeper than expected. The documentation could be clearer in places.

Pros: Dynatrace makes it seemless to monitor application performance and stay ahead of outages.

Cons: Setup requires some handholding by implementation resources - but overall great experience.

Pros: I like the best about the Dynatrace is it is very easy to setup. We can easily create dashboard and use to monitor them for various types of tasks such as incident management,etc.

Cons: I didn't find any difficulties while using Dynatrace.

Cons: The pricing can be on the higher side, especially for smaller teams or businesses.

Pros: We use Dynatrace to a certain degree to improve data center operations, the observability and ease to use is good.

Cons: There are much cheaper and relatively better tools out there.

Pros: The App offers very good feedback about Applications Performance, with excelente diagnosis about issues that may impact in its performance.

Cons: Sometimes it is required to manually implement some integrations because of lack of APIs, mainly in old Applications or old technologies.
