Easy to use and enjoyable for our employees. Helps us track and grow our employees which is a huge win.
Pros: Ease of use and clarity on how to make courses and assign them. It has been great for our company to scale and develop and a good cost.
Cons: Would love to have more access to 360 reviews on the platform and integration with trainings done outside of the company lms.

We are still learning all the functionality available to us, but we've gotten great feedback from our users about how much they enjoy it!
Pros: We love the ease of creating and publishing content for our Organization! The admin side of managing our LMS is also very user-friendly. When we have run into technical issues or questions, the Customer Service response time and assistance have been amazing!
Cons: We have encountered some issues with My Team reporting functions on the user side. Primarily, it saves the last filters used when a supervisor logged in, which can cause confusion the next time they log in, if they don't reset the filters. It is an added training step on our end for our users, because it's not intuitive that it saves the last filters... they just think the info is missing.

We've been very pleased with iSpring LMS, the tech support offered, and the customer experience. We've renewed our contract twice now and plan to continue until our funding runs out. It's been a great investment for our training program.
Pros: The cost of the system is incredible for the features it offers. You get most capabilities found in other systems that cost almost double what iSpring does. Their customer service is fantastic - they see issues through to the root causes and close the loop with you quickly on your requests. Our users have also found the system very intuitive to use, and from an administration standpoint - it does everything we need it to!
Cons: There are small ease-of-use things we wish were in place, or small design tweaks we'd like to make, but nothing substantial enough to influence our overall extremely positive experience with the system.

My overall experience with iSpring LMS has been excellent, as it provided our organization a seamless transition to online training. It has proven to be a great investment for our facility, offering robust authoring tools and top-tier customer support.
Pros: I really enjoyed the customer support. They were quick to respond and assist when needed. I have not encountered any software issues at all. The online learning and authoring tools were easy to work with. The employees reported no issues with understand the instruction on how to use the program. It was definitely worth the every penny.
Cons: The only real issue I had was not being able to change information on the quiz once it was uploaded. I had to adjust the scoring in after staff completed their assignments.

Very good experience, straight forward tool and integrate smoothly with PowerPoint and such. Wide range of file and LMS platforms support
Pros: Live support to help get exactly what I need in shortest possible time, and the smooth integration of the tool with existing PowerPoint slides so you don't have to reinvent the wheel.
Cons: As a new user, could not find the information I need right away. Fastest way was to check with support so I can be up to speed with utilizing the tool.

Pros: Ease of use and creation of courses! Love the platform!! Host sales webinars and do warehouse trainings!
Cons: Needs some enhancement features for Learning Tracks to auto go to next course. Have submitted several enhancement requests and awaiting implementation!!

Our overall experience with iSpring LMS has been excellent. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and very easy to manage, which has made delivering and tracking training far more efficient. Cons: Limited customisation. The platform works well but offers fewer options for branding and tailoring the learner experience compared to larger enterprise LMS platforms.

I have been using this for several years. Last year I added video narration to all 59 modules. It.was easy to do, and materially enhanced the quality of my training program.
Pros: Perfect balance of user ease and professional features.Report features are very comprehensive. Learners enjoy their experiences
Cons: Hard to set up people who can monitor learner’s progress. Need a little better instructions for the administrator.

We have many courses within our on-prem solution, and the users are enjoying the solution with many positive reviews. Reporting options and filtering can be better.
Pros: The simplicity of building courses in PowerPoint with the iSpring tools and publishing the course. Support is very responsive, and errors are addressed and attended to.
Cons: iSpring Suite Max licenses are a bit expensive, and customization of the overall look and feel of the solution is a bit limited.

Easy to use, easy to manage multiple admin roles with very little effort. Great reporting automation and customizable reports that can be sent to our floor supervisors. Very easy integrations when needed.
Pros: The price is right with enough customization options without additional costs or expensive consulting fees to customize.
Cons: Customer tech support and sales support seems slow at times. Typically a 24 hour turnaround or longer. We don’t have a designated success manager.

Cons: There is much that I don't like about iSpring. I wish that we could have instant, live customer service agents - not a chat but live people on phones.

I use the page feature which you can create on the cloud and edit on Mac. That has been easy overall and has lots of features. Pretty easy to set up and organize too.
Pros: iSpring was very easy to use, has great features, and has helpful support. Overall, a good value for price.
Cons: You can't use the full creator tool on Mac. That was my biggest issue since we are an all Mac office. I run PPT on my Mac, but can't run the iSpring software.

Pros: Easy to use, simple to create & edit courses, learning the admin side is mostly straightforward. Highly recommended.
Cons: Limited out of the box API options, customization options are limited. Could use more choices for user roles.

Wonderful company and people who have a clear goal and want to improve their product. I've used them for a few years now and have seen great improvements over the years.
Pros: iSpring LMS has great features like: news posting, a knowledge base/library, scheduling trainings, online module delivery and a comprehensive reporting system. They regularly update, and customer support is really helpful. Whenever i report an issue they fix it. Couldn't be happier.
Cons: Notifications can get a little overwhelming for staff - I would love a better notifications system (but you can turn them off if you really want to).

Overall, I've selected iSpring as my LMS at two companies. iSpring has great support and a ton of great features that many other larger LMS providers don't have.
Pros: I love how many features iSpring has. They are always willing to listen to what you want and/or what features would help your business. Its been great partnering with them and watching how many features they have launched!
Cons: I wish that it was easier to add photos to the Knowledge base and that they had a larger selection of free courses included in their LMS platform.

After five years, I have to say that we are still very satisfied with iSpring. Lots of new features and integrations. Useful features for instructional designers and managers. Even for HR.
Pros: Really smooth UX for both users and admin. And... AI features are coming! The online support is outstanding. My account manager helped me even during the weekend with a problem. You can choose between different price options to start, so that you don't have to worry about the costs.
Cons: The active users you have to pay for (but you can ask for overdraft and can get a discount if you have lots of extra users).

I would recommend iSpring to any organization! It was easy to implement, works decently with our Active Directory scripts, and there are tons of options for standardizing knowledge across our organization.
Pros: It's easy to learn and use. We have not experienced any bugs or issues. The desktop suite of apps give you enough creative tools without being too difficult to use.
Cons: The reporting options for learning history are hard to customize. We went from an in-house built learning application to iSpring, and we are used to having flexibility in reporting. We are running into a few issues with calculating total seat time across trainings and courses.

Great product! Straightforward and simple to use. Pages also allow us to avoid using PPT for short trainings, which makes it much easier for us to amend the content when needed without the need to download and reupload slides.
Pros: Many functions provided, catalog and pages with AI. The fact that we are able to create modules based on the training needs it's very helpful.
Cons: Nothing really.

So far, I am really content with the features and service provided bij Ispring. The collaboration works well.
Pros: Great system with a lot of features. They also provide great service. There is always someone available to help with questions or to provide with insights via a demo. I had some demo's with [sensitive content hidden], this week and he was really helpfull.
Cons: So far, they do not have an integrated function for the development plans and onboarding. These are coming later in 2025. We are also waiting for the integration with our e-leaning supplier GoodHabitz. Ispring and GH are working on this one. Hopefully they manage to fix it soon.

The iSpring LMS is easy to pick up and use iSpring. Pretty intuitive, and the customer service is awesome.
Pros: Customer service and support are great. The LMS is nice because it is all in one with the content creation and LMS without having to use multiple tools.
Cons: Catalog page set up, you cannot link a catalog page to mini-catalog pages. You also cannot control the order of courses in a catalog. The courses list alphabetically.

I have had an excellent experience with iSpring. The support that is provided by there team is unmatched. Everyone we worked with at iSpring were not only very knowledgeable but also nice as can be.
Pros: The number one think I love about iSpring is that it is very user friendly. It is also great on the administrator side.
Cons: There isn't anything that I really dislike about iSpring. I wish it had additional features. iSpring representatives are really good about passing on information to get features added in.

We've been using ispring learn for a number of years now and have had a great overall experience with it as a product and have had excellent customer service throughout.
Pros: I really like the ispring user functions and management of users as well as the overdraft function when you have more users than planned on a given month. Also the customer service is excellent.
Cons: I haven't really got much to say here - its a great platform and I have found it easy to use and the customer service is great whenever I do need any support.
