We’ve had a brilliant experience from bau support, to the impact project team, they are responsive, supportive and innovative
Pros: The pace at which new features are devised and released is great. They really listen to their customers and are open to suggestions and growth.
Cons: The struggles we have with connectivity to our internal systems is our biggest challenge but feel it’s an internal problem

Pros: I enjoy the user friendly interface and the way different modules can interact with eachother, makes for a seamless experience.
Cons: Audiences, but I am looking forward to the new features around spaces that have been launched today.

Cons: Not sure but maybe not having enough info on what’s on offer. Definitely would like to be able to access more information on how to maximise everything on offer.

Overall a great all round system, best out there. Staff and support are always amazing in all honesty.
Pros: Range of features and love the event management feature. I adore the campaign feature and the ability to share lending via system notifications.
Cons: Lack of training materials when more products launch. I think this would really benefit customers if done.

Great first 6 month. A very steep learning curve but the team, have been freat and the Zen desk have been very helpful
Pros: Great platform, and perfect to use from my point and users. Easy interface and looks attractive to all users
Cons: Admin heavy atm. Some teething issues with the audiences butbmost of the issues have come from the 3 weeks from signing to launch

Excellent. Support from implementation could not be faulted. On going support & driving us forward and on our toes all year round.
Pros: Customer support from implementation to innovative ideas supporting us is achieving success. Held our hand all the way through.
Cons: I’d love it to be integrated with a skills platform. While we can highlight skills, supporting with career progression would really help.

Very good overall experience, our Account Director [sensitive content hidden] has been excellent in helping us launch the system within our businesses.
Pros: The reporting features and the ability to have such a large variety of reporting options. As a over arching company with several businesses we are able to easily separate out work
Cons: It is rather admin heavy, and as a result is rather time consuming, for example moving people into audiences who are on mat leave and long term sick

I'm pretty new to thrive as I've only been with my company for 3 months but not only is it easy to use, the team have been super helpful
Pros: The user dashboard breaking down usage it's very easy to navigate and visuals are great. The platform is easy to navigate also and easy to update
Cons: The Kiki bar isn't as visual as I'd like it to be, it would be great to have a picture of the kik robot to draw users attention

Pros: About the learning platform and Kiki, I think with the new integration, it’s good to have teams and Microsoft all in one please

My personal experience has been amazing and how help me expand the group knowledge to all our people no matter where you are in the world.
Pros: How the platform is adaptable and constantly evolving to support all there customers. I love how it is not base just for UK but can support our Learners across the Globe.
Cons: For me specifically the audiences rule of 24 hours can limit me in how how I can onboard our people on day 1 as assigned content may not appear especially if start date is day 1 for the learner.
Christina N. · Lead Europe Projects · E-Learning · December 3, 2025
The platform is brilliant in itself even if there are some bugs, but I know I can reach a member of the teams easily to get support
Pros: It's an easy to use platform that can be accessed through any device, which for retail works wonders as they don't have laptops.
Cons: I do find I'm getting lots of bugs coming up which involves having to clear cache and cookies as the solution, and having to help our users do this can be a challenge.
Jade H. · Digital Learning Coordinator · Retail · December 3, 2025

Good always work well with the team and are here to help if needed. I do think the system has lots of positive and great features and look forward to rest to come.
Pros: The new features and the fast nature thrive updates and changes is best. I like that they are ahead of curve and looking forward.
Cons: Sometimes the need to fix and get back to basics so many little things that would make it easier in my role and for users just get overlooked for new features.
Joel M. · Digital Learning and Engagement Lead · Food Production · December 3, 2025
This has been positive and I’m glad Kiki is now working effectively. I am looking forward to the new updates
Pros: The way you can use this as a central hub across all departments to ensure clear communication. The quizzes and different ways you can test your knowledge
Cons: The accessibility and ease of use I believe this can be you’re complicated and it can be hard to find things this can be resolved though knowledge and guides.
Caitlin B. · Senior Patient Coordinstor · Hospital & Health Care · December 3, 2025
Absolutely brilliant, changing out group for better experiences in learning, more updates are only going to excel our peoples learning
Pros: The customer support of getting things done that aren’t working. The customer service is brilliant when there are bugs that need fixing.
Cons: The desktop to mobile scalability. I find as a designer some of the assets don’t work for Mobil, thumbnail becomes blury where as it would be great to have a mobile and desktop upload version
Chloe B. · Graphic Designer · Retail · December 3, 2025

Thrive has been great supporting communication across the business especially as we continue to grow
Pros: The design and usability of Thrive is my favorite feature. It helps making learning and communication easier
Cons: It would be great to be able to log in as the user to troubleshoot as this can cause lots of problems when signing off compliance modules
Terri R. · L and D specialist · Food & Beverages · December 3, 2025
fab! It’s a great way to share learning, communicate and ensure we have a compliance culture across all the business
Pros: Ability to use on phone - reach all colleagues as our workforce across the globe can have learning in their pocket
Cons: be able to log in as the user to deal with issues and provide advice and support. Whether it’s human error or a system problem

Exciting, new and bright - it’s a way to creatively express important and fun learning - bringing all teams together
Pros: It’s interactivity and how many people can use it at once. It’s a way for us all to interact and support one another

Great all round experience from the platform to everyone we interact with at Thrive. Working in partnership together on how we can improve and making suggestions is so refreshing
