Pros: Travelperk makes finalizing traveling plans for our employees efficient, simple, and timely. Having employees in multiple states the need for easy is a must.

Cons: The platform also feels clunky at times, with a confusing user interface that makes navigation frustrating. Prices aren't always the best available, and I’ve noticed hidden fees that only appear later in the booking process. Additionally, TravelPerk doesn’t always integrate smoothly with certain airlines or hotel systems, which leads to inconsistencies.

Pros: I liked payment processing, receipt uploaded, flight booking, and user interface. Easy to install.

Cons: I would say the learning curve was bad for some of the team. They were not picking up how to use some features.

Pros: User friendly platform. Wide variety of travel services, you can access hotels, flights, car rentals and train in one place.

Cons: Reporting. I wish the platform offered more reports which could be very helpful especially et the end of the month or year.

Pros: Having everything connected, flights and hotels is key not to waste time or money when managing corporate travel expenses

Cons: Sometimes, booking flights directly through TravelPerk can be a bit overpriced. You just need to check, let them know and price gets adjusted to be competitive

Pros: It’s ease of combining all elements of a trip together. Being able to book multiple trains and hotels at the same time is a huge time saver.

Cons: Sometimes the actual booking takes time to process but it’s a minor problem. It would be ideal as a network administrator if it could be set up to send a weekly report of international travel so that our IT team can use that data to adjust conditional access to ensure travellers have network access without having to raise a separate support desk ticket.

Pros: The ease of the website, the help functions and not having to go back and forth with an agent all the time. You can see things in real time, booking is right away and the cost is right there to compare!

Cons: In the hotel section, you can't read reviews of the properties, so I often go to my phone to check reviews.

Pros: Personally, I used this program very useful when I went on a business trip. I used transportation well without any problems with my schedule.

Cons: Personally, it was a really good program when I went on a business trip, but when the number of people was added, the complexity increased a little and it was a pity that individuals could not be set. Except for this, it was a perfect program.

Pros: Searching for different modes of transport, including trains, planes, etc all in one seamless platform. It also reduces back and forth internal messaging for approval, and reduces manual expense reporting, plus means I can book travel and hotels using company accounts without needing direct approval or a company card.

Cons: Attention entreprise malhonnête. Changent leur politique commericale en cours de route après votre onboarding et le service client n'est absoluement pas disponible. A fuir si vous cherchez une plateforme pour gérer vos voyage d'entreprise.
