Cons: The only downside is the initial learning curve. It can feel overwhelming at first,, especially for teams not as teach-savvy. But once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing.

All of our web and mobile app development projects are agile and scrum projects, so deliverables are decided beforehand. We get deliverables from Signature at the end of every sprint cycle. We also keep getting regular build test tools with the new features promised during the sprint. Therefore, Signature is meeting the sprint goals over and over again, allowing us to stand out in front of our user base. Signature has great project managers internally who work well not only during our collaboration or our meetings because it's clear that their teams are always aligned. There's always a clear understanding of what they'll deliver, and they also communicate clearly. We have transparent and free communication with the developers and resources, which is great. There's no waiting time, and everyone gets to see the conversation, so nothing happens behind the doors. All that has been very good for us. We use Zoom and Jira to collaborate. Overall, my experience with Signature is really amazing

The Signature Organization works with the Agile methodology with our internal development team, so we have been shaping joint teams. We communicate through a Slack channel so that everybody has access to each other and use Google Meet for meetings.
Pros: I’m impressed by signature’s organization. The Signature organization has invested in developing their engineers and bringing them to a new level, adjusting to our market’s needs. The team is highly qualified and meets my expectations. Additionally, I appreciate having a certain level of control during the process. The Signature Organization is great at merging their team with ours and co-delivering. Recently, The Signature Organization has made their teammates more resilient to uncertainty.
Cons: The team is working on their way of communicating about things that aren’t working on our end.

In terms of project management, they are top-class. They're incredibly good, and this is consistent across everyone that I've interacted with at that company. They're all very responsive. They keep me and the project on track. They never miss a deadline. In terms of finding ways to optimize services to achieve optimal results, they're very proactive in their approach. They don't wait for us to come to them to ask for a service; they analyze how we're currently doing in the business and identify opportunities where we could see more results and grow further. They're very good at that, and it's always worked.
Pros: They're great about listening to their clients. I've worked with many other software development companies over my career, especially in developing websites, and I have often disagreed with almost all of them except for Signature. Signature is just a light year of a difference in terms of their whole approach to managing a web design project. Even their developers will get on the phone with us and problem-solve when that is not required. Their general approach to how they serve their clients is top-class.
Cons: Nothing at the moment. I'm really satisfied with everything.

Signature has assigned us a free project manager in case we have questions or need to arrange anything; we talk to him, and he coordinates stuff within their team. Thanks to their expertise, Signature’s team has also been very helpful in addressing our requests. In addition, we cannot think of anything they haven’t delivered as promised, and we take responsibility for the timelines together.
Pros: Signature’s engineering team integrated well with our internal staff and is competent, hardworking, attentive, independent, and great at making architectural decisions. They don’t work just as contractors but care about the project. In addition, the QA specialist that Signature has assigned to us is very attentive. Overall, we’re very happy with Signature’s team. Moreover, Signature’s team works hard and seriously, which is very important for us as a startup project to work with somebody willing to go the extra mile. The team delivers high-quality work despite the scenario we’re in. The team is also flexible and helpful whenever we go through financial difficulties.
Cons: I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. I have nothing but great respect for them and their flawless work.

It has been tailored to the specific needs of our industry and our business in particular, optimising our daily tasks and hopefully freeing up valuable time in the future to develop other aspects of our business. Not only have we been assisted closely and with great patience and professionalism during the system integration and training phase, but we are also receiving constant technical support afterwards
Pros: Signature has significantly increased the speed of our team's daily activities. By personally managing a huge amount of accounts, information and pricing, I have seen my productivity and speed drastically increased. Our developers in-depth knowledge and in particular Swadesh's years of experience in the travel industry have been an invaluable asset, as they have been able to sense our needs and respond to the questions quickly with a proactive attitude aimed at finding quick and effective solutions.
Cons: Given the nature of our business and the need to accommodate specific requests, it was challenging at times to find the right solutions by adapting the software and it took a little longer to develop. But all issues were resolved promptly and professionally with a can-do attitude.

Pros: [sensitive content hidden], our main point of contact, was always polite and professional. The software comes with an app that could have been interesting, if the software worked.
Cons: Essentially, nothing that we needed from the software worked the way it was supposed to work. Bugs everywhere and no quality control. The quoting module doesn't work. The reservations module doesn't work. The accounting module doesn't work. The templates we were promised (for quotations) were never completed to our satisfaction

We have been working with Sriggle team for almost 2 years and overall we had a great experience, they have been very agile and supportive will all requests and changes.
Pros: Sriggle comes loaded with a lot of pre-integrated API and hotel content making it easy to implement. Sriggle is one of the few travel solutions in the market with end-to-end DMC modules. They have a clean and easy-to-use B2B system and work seamlessly with static and dynamic rates. They have a unique availability calendar feature which is very useful for our agents. Sriggle is an ideal software if you are looking for an upgrade and make use of travel technology and grow your business. One of the main positive about sriggle is their team.
Cons: Need improvement in their accounts and report module.

This is the 3rd software I am personally using in my work span of 15 years. Other products were good but I will say Signature is the best.
Pros: The product is designed from a users perspective. Sriggle guys knows the need of end user hence it best fits to our need.

Had a brilliant experience right from the demonstration to explaining things in detail. THE TEAM, knows the subject as these IT guys apparently were a part of the travel business for more than 10 years , means they understood the business hence are thorough and detailed in the their approach. This application has made life easier for people in operations/ accounts and our travel agents/ tour operator partners. The turnaround time is much faster. in Uniformity Reports . Accounting is much easier and user friendly.
Pros: The best system seen so far which is complete in all expects.( it was a dream to see something so complete ----operations/ contracting/ accounting, all is in detail) If I may say this system will redefine travel industry with its voice enabled portal. Its a travel technology solution that can be mapped into existing workflows. User friendly platform for DMC's and Tour Operators.. Last but not the least , the hardware created is aptly supported by the software ( its people , always there to support its clients when required )
Cons: the only thing I would say is that a pricing can be looked at and made a bit competitive. Having said the above would say that this product created is invaluable, hence I guess you pay a price.

End to end solution to manage land suppliers and effectively and efficiently distribute the product in multiple countries to several different business audience. The flexibility of the team to take on inputs makes the whole experience super smooth.
Pros: versatility, flexibility and ease of use
Cons: It would be great to have more connection to industry partners ready available. With time these should come and future customers will enjoy the work done now.
