I'm still a fan but wish they would take more feedback by people in the field working an using this software daily as we know what works and what doesn't work.
Pros: This is a very user friendly system. Our Boards find it an easy system to use and the love all of the access they have.
Cons: They make changes without warning and then you have to hunt and find and it's embarrassing when you are looking for something simple like a phone number and it no longer dislays on the owner' home page. Vantaca is missing a critical item which is recurring work orders. I have put in enhancement requests but never sure the anyone actually does something with the suggestions. Also changed the mobile app making it harder for our maintenance men to find their work orders. Making changes that make our job more difficult will never go over well.

Vantaca’s pretty awesome. Keeps everything in one spot, handles the boring stuff for you and the reports make life way easier!!! Took a little time to get the hang of it, but now it’s smooth sailing. Makes managing a community way less stressful.
Pros: Vantaca is super handy as it handles a lot of the boring, repetitive stuff automatically, which saves time. The accounting side is easy to use and you can see reports in real time. Homeowners and board members get their own portals, so everyone’s on the same page. You can tweak it to fit your needs and the mobile access is really convenient. Honestly, it just makes running things way less stressful and keeps everything organized.

Cons: The only tricky part about Vantaca is that there’s a lot to learn at first, but honestly, that just means it’s really powerful once you get the hang of it. The system has so many features that it might feel overwhelming at the start, but once you know your way around, it makes managing everything so much easier.

Great, truly the people working for Vantaca have been amazing through the years, so the customer service is superb.
Pros: The customer support is phenomenal, and the softwares tracking ability is truly outstanding. The system is completely customizable.
Cons: Creating steps can become a little convoluted and repetitive but likely due to user set up and time consuming to make changes and adjustments.

Transition was extremely tough and we didn't get as much support as we expected in setting everything up. We wish there was more transparency in terms of upcoming issues and existing concerns, as we continue finding dead ends and software limitations after we try to work through things.
Pros: The potential of this being an all-in-one flexible and customizable tool for management companies. The fact that we get to create our own workflows that perfectly reflect our internal company processes would be amazing if the tool was rounded enough to catch user errors instead of finding out about them after the fact.
Cons: Because the software is so customizable and there are so many moving parts to it (aiming for the all-in-one approach), there are unfortunately several things that don't work as intended or as sold.

Pros: The seamless integration from our prior software to Vantaca was a game changer! It made the transition so much easier.
Cons: There is A LOT to do up front to get things set up. We also ran into a lot of issues having to customize certain features as they applied to our state and our processes

Cons: Catching glitches can sometimes be delayed; our team identifies glitches before we are notified of a problem. This is also a user advantage; you tend to know issues before they arise.

My overall experience with Vantaca has been positive. There have been growing pains and frustration at times, but that is to be expected when you begin to utilize new software from the ground floor.
Pros: I love that Vantaca was built by knowledgeable people with HOA Management background. This helps ensure that the software works beautifully within this industry. I also love that the software is continuing to grow in its abilities and that updates are based upon customer feedback.
Cons: What I like least about Vantaca is how new the software is. This means we have all experienced learning and growing pains. That being said, it's been exciting to be on the forefront of Vantaca's software launch. I believe our company jumped into using the software in its early phases. I prefer Vantaca over other software we have used.

Mostly good customer service is not always as helpful or timely but when everything is work it is very good.
Pros: it is an all-in-one program so you don't have to look at different types of programs for permits and payments.
Cons: I would really like to have the Village field added to the Action items column selection. This would make sorting our over 400 action items for our department sortable by subdivision and we have 27 over miles we could dived them up by area and make tracking and scheduling easier so much easier. and efficacy would go up.

Pros: My experience with Vantaca has been progressively better as I learn more about it's capabilities. I love how it generates a manager's report!
Cons: Often I find that compliance letters are printed in multiples, even though there was only one letter and ATS per address. It wastes alot of resources.

If I would ever leave this job and go to another job I would not want to work in any other system then Vantaca. I really apricate how Vantaca listens to us and uses our ideas to improve Vantaca.
Pros: I have worked in other systems, Vantaca make doing your day to day work convenient to use. You can do your workflow in one screen verse having to have 3 tabs open to do one workflow.
Cons: Improvements on the AP side is still needed to make it flow better. Vantaca Pay needs to improve the turn around time. Waiting 2 - 3 days for something to post is hard at month end, it crosses over in months.

Not the best experience. Not very user friendly. Also support always has an excuse for why it is doing odd things. I have utilized several other software programs, and this does not compare.
Pros: Using it through internet rather than corporate server is easy but I don't feel very comfortable with how secure the information is.
Cons: It does not allow for collection notices to prior owners without great manipulation. We cannot create editable notices. You cannot get from one 'step' to a next step without going through a third. Sometimes 'step' works other times you have to 'edit'. It seems to have a lot of glitches. We used to be able to view payments and can no longer do so. It is terrible for collection processes.

My overall experience has been a good one. I know that there is still alot that I need to learn in Vantaca but so far experience has been good.
Pros: The pros are it tracks everything in one spot on the homeowners. I love being able to see if a homeowner has read an email. One other thing I would like t see happen is being able to forward a homeowners email to the board in Vantaca when there is a dispute.
Cons: I am not a fan of the new mobile app. I wish that the violations showed different colors for the violations that have been monitored. That would be very helpful.

Over, I love Vantaca. I believe it is in the beginning of something amazing and has the potential to develop into a master program for residential Associations. Keep asking these questions and getting feedback. There is a lot of value that can be gathered form the end user.
Pros: I like that I can find everything I need in one location. It took me a little time to learn how to navigate, but now that I use it daily, I'm extremely comfortable.
Cons: I would like to be able to see an action item at all stages. Maybe that's available and I just don't know. When creating an action item, I'm sometime confused on which action item to select. Perhaps there could be a drop down when you hover over the action item to explain it's purpose. I would like for Vantaca to integrate with other systems. We need to streamline our systems and make it user friendly.

Both service providers and homeowners have mentioned that the system isn’t very intuitive, and that it can be difficult to locate older messages or view the full context for action items. This often leads to confusion or extra follow-up communication. Improving the platform’s usability and visibility of communication history would make it much more effective for all users.

It gets the job done. This seems to be a functional program for our company. Looking forward to any changes made to make viewing easier.
Pros: Customer support is outstanding. They are able to answer all questions and come up with a solution. They had a representative come to our office to do training and a representative to take notes for all to view.
Cons: Too much navigation to get to one task. I would prefer less clicking to place a work order and better viewing for completed or open work orders.

It’s been a pleasure to work with it. Aa delightful and seamless experience overall. The system is genuinely user-friendly, well-designed, and easy to understand, allowing me to quickly grasp how each module works without much effort.
Pros: Having the ability to track my correspondence and see when messages are read and responded to would be very helpful.
Cons: Retrieving the reports has been a bit difficult, as they aren’t easily accessible within the current system and often require extra steps to locate.

We loved them from the very beginning, but as of late it seems as though they have lost focus on customer support and maintaining the integrity of the everyday systems. They now focus on the latest and greatest items but oftentimes the basic system is broken. We share feedback constantly and have meetings with leadership to address items and they are never addressed.
Pros: The platform is great and has great features to be a single software for community management. The software allows users of all experience levels to use it flawlessly.
Cons: Customer support is non-existent. It takes extended periods of time to get responses to issues, even recurring ones. Many items are not even answered and many emails go without any response at all. Our assigned customer success manager has changed numerous times in the last year, so as soon as everyone is on the same page and items are resolved; we get a new manager assigned to us. Additionally, the cost of services just keeps increasing while the service level continues to decrease.

Overall, I am happy with Vantaca. It provides the most organization of any platform I've ever used. Being able to track communications for each file in one place helps.
Pros: I enjoy that I can track tasks with action items. It keeps our community maintenance running smoothly and also alerts our maintenance supervisor of the daily tasks.
Cons: What I like least is when running a task report for work orders, if the work order is scheduled on the calendar for automatic daily tasks, when I run the report, it won't show the work order details.

Would like more training. Better help topics, try to be interactive. While working through a management company, training can be hard.
Pros: All in one application, can access all ares of the community and homeowners. Document section is well organized.
Cons: Owner history with violations not easy to export. Tenant search is not easy, should be able to search by name of tenant.

Customer support is the single most atrocious system I have ever interacted with. From gaslighting, to blaming everything on user error, to jumping the gun, to giving false information, to not reading through the entire support thread, to not listening to any explanations, to long response times - the list goes on.
Pros: When it works correctly, it makes the work easier. The idea surrounding the suite is great, but I'm not sure if they are innovating compared to the rest of the industry.
Cons: The amount of bugs that pop up on a day to day basis, or the amount of old bugs yet to be fixed while Vantaca keeps adding new features is frustrating. Fix the current issues first.
