Transparency has been the biggest win for us. Now everyone know about everything and we don't have to worry about manually making sure that everyone is equally informed.
Pros: People can see financial records, rule changes, and minutes right away. This has reduced suspicions and unnecessary arguments. It keeps everyone on the same page, which is worth a lot in HOA life.
Cons: Reporting tools has some standard templates and it doesn't fully align with our branding needs. Wish that could have be slightly more customizable.

Before HOA Central, managing the HOA felt like the Everest of jobs. The platform has taken a huge load off our shoulders by automating reminders, organizing records, and making communication much more efficient. Now, we spend less time answering the same questions over and over, and more time actually improving the community. Board service feels manageable and even enjoyable again.
Pros: Automated reminders, clear records, and streamlined communication mean we’re no longer fielding dozens of repetitive questions. It has made board service less stressful and more rewarding.
Cons: Some residents have mentioned that the volume of notifications can be a bit much. While the information is helpful, it can sometimes feel overwhelming to keep up with every alert, control over the notification settings does this job pretty well.

We’re a younger community with tech-friendly residents, and this has been a good fit. Online amenity booking, parking allotments, virtual meetings, e-voting are all possible with a single app.
Pros: The mobile app is really smooth, and people love being able to check updates from anywhere. It has brought a sense of connection and professionalism to our HOA.
Cons: Might not be ideal for communities with very low tech adoption. The residents should use their mobile application to actually derive any meaningful results.

Before we started using HOA Central, our board meetings were often disorganized and ran off track. Now, with everything structured and accessible in one place, the meetings are far more focused. The platform has really helped us cut down on confusion and wasted time.
Pros: Since residents can access updates online ahead of time, meetings aren’t wasted going over basics. We use the platform to share agendas and notes, which helps everyone come prepared.
Cons: Some members still want in-person paper copies of documents and its always a hassle keeping both the soft and hard copies available at once.

Architectural change requesting was a frustrating process with lots of forms, signatures, and email chains. HOA Central has made it easy.
Pros: HOA Central streamlines architectural change requests. Residents submit forms, photos, and documents online. The board can review and approve digitally. Automatic status updates keep residents informed, boosting transparency.
Cons: The dashboard's design is not as intuitive as it could be, making it harder to navigate efficiently.

We were hesitant to move away from our old manual system, but within two weeks of using HOA Central, we knew it was the right decision.
Pros: The platform has streamlined everything from payment collection to maintenance requests. Before HOA Central, I’d spend hours each week answering the same questions over and over. Now, residents can log in, find the information they need, and submit requests without calling me. The automated reminders for dues mean fewer awkward conversations about late payments. I also love the event management feature. It’s a huge time saver and has brought our community closer together.

As someone managing 10+ different communities, I was always searching for a system that could keep me sane. HOA Central’s portfolio is the closest to what I wanted. I can jump from one HOA to another without needing another login and see everything in real time.
Pros: Portfolio dashboard, violation logging from mobile, ARC automation, easy vendor assignment for work and a lot more in a simple and intuitive interface.
Cons: The initial onboarding process for large portfolios can take some time, as it involves migrating significant amounts of data and setting up multiple properties. However, once completed, the system becomes much easier to manage and offers streamlined operations for ongoing tasks.

After trying two other HOA management tools, we found one that ticks all the boxes. HOA Central does what it promises.
Pros: This tool is the integration of communication, payments, and document storage into one platform. I particularly love the announcements feature - I can schedule messages in advance, and target specific groups. The payment tracking is a well designed feature - since using it, we don’t have to cross-check spreadsheets and bank statements manually.
Cons: Would love to see a built-in community forum feature to encourage casual resident discussions within the HOA Central app itself.

Our treasurer used to dread dues collection season. We don’t have to worry about that since we adopted HOA Central.
Pros: The online payment feature is seamless, and residents appreciate having multiple payment options. Automated reminders and personalized payment links are game changers for us. I also like that payment histories are stored, making it easy to resolve disputes. The platform also makes sending announcements so much easier. It has genuinely saved us dozens of hours every month.

We used to juggle 3 different tools - one for payments, spreadsheets for amenity bookings, and paper forms for violations. HOA Central has replaced all of them and is now the sole tool we use. You can just log in and see everything I need on one single dashboard.
Pros: Portfolio management, online payments, violation tracking, integrated communication tools, and great customer support.
Cons: The reporting section would be more useful if it included additional filtering options for easier data analysis.
