Overall I have had a great experience with cinc mostly in part to do with the team who is always willing to help.
Pros: Support team is helpful and considerate. The software is incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons: They are times where the file queue or batch posting takes too long to load or does not load at all.

We really have had a great time in using cinc! Even with the changes and learning we’ve found great options and ways to work through any issues.
Pros: I can’t wait for cinc connect to come out. We chose this platform for the easy to use accounting, and portfolio/management capabilities.
Cons: The Communications are not easily built - to be pretty, such as newsletters - but it’s coming and we can’t wait. Also looking forward to lifestyle capabilities.

Pros: The system itself is very user friendly. All accounting related reports are informative and concise.
Cons: I hear a lot that items are in development but don’t get additional information when it comes to future roll out dates

Pros: The software is web based, with so many reports available. Everything links together with different aspects to the platform.
Cons: There's so much we aren't doing that we could be. Sometimes knowing where to click can be difficult for my users. Like downloading budgets to the queue instead of the normal download area on the left.

As a first time CINC Up attendee, I wasn’t sure what to expect or if I would learn anything new. I was pleasantly surprised that the seasons I attended were informative and engaging.
Pros: I really enjoyed the General session with keynote speaker [sensitive content hidden] . His energy and message was a great way to kick off the day.
Cons: The thing I liked least was some of the sessions I would have liked to attend were offered at the same time. It would be nice to offer multiple times for popular sessions.

That you for having different session options, would maybe consider having some substance in Wednesday evening for a time slot to meet with our specific Cinc rep. So far they did not reach out to us and we literally have not seen them
Pros: Wide array of class options to be able to choose from, also enjoyed having many different speakers so could hear different perspectives
Cons: It felt like everything had the caveat of saying this is coming soon with possible dates, I would rather hear more about what is here then lots of ambiguity of future rollouts

Overall experience is good. Would like to have more on line training but the staff at CINC are very helpful when asked to anything.
Pros: Easy to navigate. Very useful in most everything but need help with more training…. Otherwise it’s all great.
Cons: I really like everything about CINC. But would say the least is training. Need to have more training

Effective cost saving software. Labor savings have been significant. SAS model has served WFH environment well.
Pros: Reliability - the software is reliable and responds quickly. There aee hundred of reporting options.
Cons: Customer communication could be better. Use training is online through video and whitepapers. Not best options for some employees.

We have been with cinc since 2009 and it has improved our property management services the many communities we manage.
Pros: Cinc systems are innovative and keeping up with technology. Cinc Systems has great customer service and meets the needs we require for our board members and homeowners.
Cons: Cinc will state programs or functions are still in development. Updates will change other criteria that we are unaware of until we run into the problem.

Great experience… their team is great to work with and I never feel like a bother. They go above and beyond.
Pros: Their team members are fantastic! System is great and user friendly. Very ambitious with staying on top!
Cons: Some support time of response can tend to lag. My only other complaint is sometimes emails get hung up.

Pros: Payments, the portal in general, the work order module…on a whole the product does a good job and serves its purpose - we’re very excited for the new offerings and enhancements to take everything to the next level.
Cons: The violations module, adding Board members with additional addresses and then adding to the directory, the eblast tool (not being able to have a draft version, a simple preview email, etc). Missing tracking e-consent on the owner portal needed for Civil Code. It would be great to be notified when a manager requests CINC Manager app access - I need to manually check it several times a day. Need more flexibility in the portal templates as well. Getting reporting on the owner portal data would be really helpful as well.

Great so far! The CINC team has been wonderful to work with every step of the way. You all definitely know how to curate a wonderful experience.
Pros: We are currently going through implementation. The team has been great and the process has been efficient. Looking forward to all the new features and how this will improve our operations and the residents’ experience.
Cons: The set up is overwhelming, as expected of course…….. but least like about CINC? TBD at this time :)

Excellent ! Our accounting team is knowledgeable and responsive. We have been happy with our accounting decisions
Pros: Our coworkers find Cinc to be easy to navigate from assisting homeowners to accessing reports for board meetings
Cons: I don’t log in daily so constantly waiting on. Code to access quick information it is extremely time consuming

Once the system is learned, it’s a great platform. The support and increasing functionality and user experience has been a positive one.
Pros: Being able to have all of the information needed to manage well in one platform. Being able to submit support tickets and feedback and know we’re being heard is great!
Cons: Some of the formatting and website functionality has been less user friendly, but I am encouraged by the updates.

Pros: Speakers were amazing. The information was perfect for a new person such as myself. I felt like I was not talked down to.
Cons: To be honest the is my first experience coming to an event like this. I don’t have a ton of input to offer but if anything maybe different food choices.

Great! Still need work out some internal issues, but ready for the new launches! Very excited for the future!
Pros: User friendly and the mobile app has been great for our homeowners to use. The accounting staff likes how user friendly it is.
Cons: Struggle doing large batches of violations . Closing out work order has been challenging when smaller vendors don’t submit the invoices with same work order number.

Fantastic. It has been incredibly helpful and informative. The general session was really great and the speakers were very engaging.
Pros: Information delivered in an easy, fun format. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and engaging.
Cons: Just signed on with Cinc, don’t know of any cons at this point. As of now, I haven’t found any areas that will require workarounds.

So far so good. We are in the implementation stages but the journey has been seamless and we are so exited to roll it out to the community.
Pros: The ability to offer so many ways to improve the resident experience. In addition, the opportunity for our Association to streamline our processes.
Cons: We don’t use it yet, just signed on with them but the onboarding process has been great so far. We look forward to the future with CINC.

A good learning opportunity, especially being my first time things went smoothly with my team. I will definitely be going to future CINC UP events. Also[sensitive content hidden] was awesome!!
Pros: The entire experience was great! Honestly had a great time being my first CINC Up. Meeting everyone for the first time will be something to remember.
Cons: There hadn’t been anything to complain about. Everything went pretty well, only thing would more live music!!

Cinc has made life so much easier for our accountants, managers, and residents. All inclusive and readily available.
Pros: Cinc is the only property management software that incorporates everything needed to manage your properties.
Cons: Inability to enter credit memos in the vendor invoice side has caused accounting issues for our associations and their vendors.

It’s been a struggle getting up and running. We needed to start way earlier on training before going live.
Pros: Learning about the new stuff that is being launched. Learning more about the system I was unaware of.
Cons: There are multiple steps you have to take to get one thing done. Not everything corresponds with the homeowner.

Pros: It makes my clients lives easier and more streamlined. They can use less tools and I don’t need to create work arounds.
Cons: Lack of easy customization in terms of email templates. The inability to delete images once’s they are uploaded.

It's too late. I'm overall it's been good. Support's been very helpful but the amount of data that requires to go in has been overwhelming and the login process was a nightmare and so I'm looking forward to the future.
Pros: I like the apps I appreciate the interaction between homeowners and boards, but there is a lot more that we can do
Cons: Not real pleased with the reporting processes. I don't like the fact that things are not dynamic so I look forward to the new app and seeing how dynamics will work, but yeah, there's a lot of room for improvement there.

I believe this software is the best in the industry, but the applications do not connect. I’m excited to see how AI will be implemented to address this
Pros: AI implementation: love the portal implementation. Would love to see this feature available to managers. Would like all applications to be linked through AI so they become useful
Cons: Customer support: team is quick to give basic responses. We have used CINC enough to have already tried these solutions on our own. They are quick to close cases. Managers are not at their computer all the time.
