Over all, I don't have any complains about AxisCare. It is easy to navigate and evert feature is designed in a way the easy to learn.
Pros: What I like most about AxisCare is how easy its features are to learn, along with the support provided if help is needed.
Cons: I haven't found any downsides to Axiscare so far, it's very user friendly and all of the features are intuitive and simple to understand and learn.

Overall it is a great program that allows us to keep most of our operations in one place. The few times I have had any issues or questions, the customer service response has been quick and effective. They provide us with notices and updates and offer training options and webinars to keep us up-to-date.
Pros: Real-time tracking of our clients, caregivers, leads, and applicants in one place that allows the team to be current on any new information regardless of where they are. They offer several integrations that make onboarding, payroll, and invoicing a much easier and secure process.
Cons: That there is not a timecard feature that is specifically for administrative staff to be able to make onboarding, timekeeping, and payroll a smoother process.

Pros: We’ve had a fantastic experience with AxisCare. The platform is reliable, easy to use, and truly designed with home care agencies in mind. Customer Support has been outstanding—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help problem-solve quickly. It makes a big difference knowing you can reach someone who understands your business when you need it most. From a communication standpoint, AxisCare keeps everything running smoothly between office staff, caregivers, and clients. Scheduling updates, notes, and alerts are clear and timely, which helps us stay organized and provide better care. The employee payroll features are another huge win. They simplify time tracking, reduce errors, and make processing payroll much more efficient.
Cons: Reporting could be better. While the system handles day-to-day operations well, the reporting features feel limited and not as intuitive as they should be. Customization options are somewhat restrictive, making it difficult to pull exactly the data you need without extra steps or workarounds. It would be helpful to have more flexible filters, cleaner layouts, and easier ways to export and analyze data for decision-making.

mostly easy to use, refreshes on regular usually no glitches, runs well in the background. Only sometimes it may not refresh on the app, but the desktop is good
Pros: Easy to use and if you make a mistake its not permanent. Easy to undo something if you have erased a visit.
Cons: scheduling block is what the caregiver is not available not what they are. Makes it hard to schedule

Pros: Its very easy to use and convenient and it so simple that we cant go wrong on it. All the features are great.
Cons: The simplicity of the app is great. Its easy to keep to go through all of the actions we need to complete the job steps.

I have been very happy with Axiscare and the fact that the development team really listens. I like the reports that can be run and they are always working on improvements and options for the system.
Pros: The great customer service. I feel like when we share suggestions that they are really taken into consideration.
Cons: The fact that telephony system for caregivers says the voice confirmation is optional. In our state it is not optional.

Axiscare is a user friendly application. If they do not have a fix their Great support team will typically be able to help you with a work around.
Pros: Their mobile app is very good in our area. We have quite an area to cover and it seem to work at most location. Their support team is top Notch.
Cons: do not show cancelled shifts on caregivers calendars need to run a report to see them or know the which client they usually are on.

Overall they are fantastic and tell future homecare owners about them. I courted several others and am glad I chose AxisCare.
Pros: Customer service. Always someone there when I need it. I often find myself needing help with forms and they are always there.
Cons: ease of integration to third parties like sandata. It is hard to manage the integration between the two.

Axis care is a good software for managing schedules and clocking in and out and it keeps us leveled with the things we need and keeps us from going over in hours.
Pros: I love Axis Care due to the alerts that they give us, to be able to get things done in timely manners and not having to go searching for things that have been missed.
Cons: I dislike that the hours don't always match the clock in and out times, it does make things alot harder when having to verify shifts you have to double work to make sure the times match

I have nothing but good experiences since getting in my role and using AxisCare program for our nonprofit organization.
Pros: The simplicity of the program after learning new features from the zoom trainings provided for support. The customer support is really great and easy to get in touch with for any issues regarding the program. The program overall has some many features to explore and learn how to use to make my job a little bit easier each time i log on.
Cons: I dont really have anything negative to say about the program. Sometimes i have trouble with running reports but that’s typically because i just never have made a new report for a certain subject so i get a little confused on how to navigate and what filters to use to get exactly what i want or need. Which i can learn with more zoom training videos.

I'm happy with it - one of the main reasons I switched was a system reliability issues we had with our old platform. AxisCare has had almost zero down time since we started using it two years ago.
Pros: The customer service is exceptional. They have live agents in the United States that answer your call usually within 30 seconds. Also, the sales team and onboarding team are great - they helped with multiple trainings for my team on the new system. The price was great as well - much cheaper than our old system. The VA billing team is amazing - they handle our billing entirely. Integrations with our training and WOTC and payroll vendors are really helpful and work well.
Cons: There's just a few little things, like the way the calendar displays overnight visits or visits longer than 24 hours.

System works well and has lots of options that we will be exploring. Sitting in on the trainings was very good to see what is new.
Pros: AxisCare houses all the information in one place with many options to use and share it. Our staff and caregivers all have access to the same information.
Cons: The constant refreshing when the system is idle. I would like to be able to turn that feature off. It messes up when we are uploading information.

The software program makes scheduling extremely easy and organized. This software is a must have when scheduling in the medical industry.
Pros: The program makes my job so much easier. This software stores so much data and credentials that when hiring you can easily access any records stored.
Cons: When cancelling shifts it still shows on the employees end. Which can create confusion and the employee may still show if not notified properly.

I have been very satisfied with the system for the past 4 years. The system is designated with enough alerts and features to have an efficient workflow from scheduling to payment posting. The feature for tracking of employee certifications allows us to stay compliant with state and federal regulations.
Pros: Most of all, the value of the application for the financial investment. It is a very user-friendly system, for both users and caregivers out in the field. Real time alerts that allow administrative staff oversee the field staff and ensure we are supporting the needs of our clients; improves customer satisfaction. Love the integrations for the private pay patients -- the whole billing, invoicing, and payment posting is seamless. I greatly appreciate the quick response from customer support whether via phone or email. My requests have always been answered which allows me to fix any scheduling errors, billing/invoicing or even EVV issues in a timely and efficient manner. The background screening integration has made this process so much more efficient.
Cons: There are very few things. Blocking series of days for caregivers. The system is not flexible with making edits to a "block" of days.

It works. That’s the honest answer. We run the business on it every day and it holds up. But once you really start pushing it, you feel it. Billing gets messy, especially Medicaid, and you don’t always have a clear view of what’s actually happening. We end up double checking a lot outside the system just to be sure. They’re moving fast with updates, which is good, but it also feels like things are getting added on instead of fully cleaned up. The UI kind of shows that. So yeah, it works, but you’re going to have to put in extra effort if you want it dialed in. It’s not a set it and forget it system.
Pros: AxisCare does the basics well. Scheduling is solid, EVV works, caregiver management is reliable. You can run an agency on it without duct taping 10 different systems together which matters. API is probably the strongest part. If you know what youre doing you can build around it and fix a lot of the gaps yourself. Reporting is decent too once you figure out how to pull what you actually need.

It’s been a great way to stay informed and continue growing with the platform. I’ve also had the pleasure of connecting with new people, learning together, and sharing ideas. I really appreciate the ability to share forms, tips, and best practices with others—it creates a strong sense of community and collaboration.
Pros: Overall, our experience with AxisCare has been very positive. One of the biggest strengths is their customer support—any time we need assistance, we’re able to quickly get in touch with someone who is knowledgeable and helpful. That level of responsiveness makes a big difference in our day-to-day operations. In terms of features, the real-time scheduling view is one of my favorites. It provides a clear and efficient way to manage and monitor daily schedules, which helps keep everything running smoothly. Like any system, there are occasional bugs and issues, but they are typically addressed in a timely manner, and support is always available to help troubleshoot. Overall, AxisCare is a reliable platform that continues to support our team effectively.
Cons: One area for improvement would be the community scheduling feature. Expanding and enhancing this part of AxisCare would make scheduling more efficient, especially when managing community-based shifts. Additional tools or flexibility within this feature could streamline the process and make coordinating schedules much easier overall.

I would call it an 8/10. I am a tough grader so this is good. In my 12 years of doing this Axis has been pretty much the best software.
Pros: Customer Support has been phenomenal. We have had a much better experience than our previous vendor.
Cons: There are some things left to be desired when it comes to reporting capabilities. We need to be able to have more visibility there.

AxisCare has been really good to our company and has provided solutions for all of our asks and needs.
Pros: We love AxisCare for being a great CRM where our corporate team has a lot of oversight and collaboration with our branch offices. Their customer support team is also A+. We use AxisCare for all of our clients and our caregivers.
Cons: AxisCare does not have the most updated interface and it takes a roadmap to explain where many of their system settings are.

Overall I have enjoyed Axiscare and finds that it helps us run our business. The mobile app is very easy for caregivers to use.
Pros: It is visually pleasing - simple but with enough detail to differentiate different tabs that I use frequently.
Cons: I wish there was a way to charge different rates depending on what day of the week and what time it is. For example, our business charges different rates for daytime visits, versus evening visits or overnights. We have to manually enter this in each time. If a visit happens to overlap two different time periods, it would be great if the rate could change automatically - instead of us having to chain 2 visits with different rates.

Pros: Their Customer Service is great! Their features have evolved nicely with the times in home care and the scheduling elements are intutive and improve regularly. It makes my job managing more seemy business organized and keeps things running smoothly.
Cons: Sometimes fnd things I wish it could do. I know they put it on a ticket but sometimes my wish list remains a wish!

Been using for 5 yrs and I think it is great, can use with ease and dependable which is essential to client and caregiver management
Pros: Centralized information from anywhere, tracking and reports are easy as well as complete. The Real Time View is a Care Manager favorite.
Cons: Some of the forms seem to be glitchy after creating. Hard to save forms after being filled out. Not sure if it is a setting the creator of the form is not accessing.
