Pros: works fast, it's very useful so easy to use, many options to clock in and out, its looks clean and organized
Cons: the option to log out from the app it's just a question, for me it should look like a button even though its blue the question it doesn't looks like an option

I have had a good experience with InMyTeam, it is user friendly. I like that it updates frequently to fix bugs.
Pros: It has great customer support. When we do need help, In my team has personel who is patient, goes with me step by step and ensures i understand. They have great availibility as well.
Cons: Sometimes it does lag taking a while to update any changes im trying to save. I do have to refresh the page often as real time updates dont appear by itself.

Overall I think the InMyTeam app is wonderful all the needed information for a patient is readily available and easy to access.
Pros: What i like most about InMyTeam is its ease of use. The ability to use an app instead of having to continuously fill out paperwork is a real blessing.
Cons: The only thing i dislike is the geo tagging, which i do understand the need for, i just feel trust in the employee whos using the app to be where they are supposed to be and with their patient should be under less scrutiny.

My overall experience with the IN MY TEAM app has been very positive. I have been working with it for over a year, and it has proven to be very convenient and flexible. The platform allows us to enter and manage information for both Home Health Aides (HHAs) and patients efficiently. It is highly recommended for HHA agencies, from small agencies that are just starting out to large companies with many years of experience. It allows us to schedule shifts perfectly, which greatly improves and streamlines our billing processes. The support provided is also very accessible and reasonable in cost. All of this helps us provide better care to our patients, which is the primary goal of our HHA agency.
Pros: It's a very easy-to-use app, very convenient to use, and it covers all the basic services for HHA agencies.
Cons: I believe it should allow more options to customize cases, that is, to be able to create more folders within patients, to subdivide their information.

It's very easy to use, and I can always count on the support team to help me with any problems I encounter.
Pros: The website is user-friendly. I can navigate the different sections of this program, switching from scheduling visits to each visit with a single click
Cons: So far, I haven't had any complaints about using InMyTeam, but perhaps more tutorials on different topics could be added.

When teams are active, the environment can feel motivating and encouraging. My experience has been very good; I haven't had any problems with the application.
Pros: It centers around the idea of having a team people who actively support your goals, growth, or challenges. That shifts the dynamic from passive scrolling to active encouragement.
Cons: I honestly can't find anything wrong with it. The biggest drawback is that the experience depends heavily on how active your team is. If engagement drops, the platform can quickly feel quiet or stagnant. Unlike large social networks where there’s always content flowing, InMyTeam’s smaller-circle model means momentum is fragile.

Cons: There is a slight learning curve when first setting up the system, and some advanced customization options could be expanded. For example, as a coordinator, I would like the option to create folders or custom groups to better organize caregivers or clients. Being able to filter people based on specific criteria (such as availability, certifications, location, or status) and then add them into designated folders would make management more efficient and streamlined. This would help when coordinating shifts, tracking specific teams, or organizing staff for particular cases.

Overall, it is not a bad system. It definitely needs some work in the areas of slowness. Once the system is running smoothly, everything else goes well. Overall, IMT is easy to use unless updates happen.
Pros: Scheduling: easy to schedule shifts and delete mass shifts at once. Being able to delete mass amounts of shifts at once comes in handy as some caregivers need weeks off for things. Customer support most of the time is very useful, sometimes they tell you that you are wrong in something when you're not and it takes 2-3 customer support reps to help.
Cons: IMT runs slow for days after updates to the point its almost unusable. Also, sometimes after updates, our documents look weird and then the administrator needs to call and get it all situated. Overall, it has been a good experience, especially after all of the issues we were experiencing were resolved (eg: duplicate shifts populating).
Pros: I like that there is a platform available to view and obtain all patient information for various reasons, whether it's for payroll or missed shift reporting.
Cons: Whenever InMyTeam has an update, the platform runs very slowly. This can make things difficult, especially when trying to process payroll.

Pros: It is an amazing upgrade from paper charting and manual billing/invoicing for our clinical staff and billing staff.
Cons: Sometimes features are hidden or not very intuitive, but IMT support is always helpful and responsive.

It's good! I generally like the system, its a lot better than our last system and I think the company tries to constantly make changes to better the interface, which i appreciate.
Pros: I like the options it has and streamlined look. I also like that theres constant updates to the system. I really like being able to search via phone number, its very helpful.
Cons: There are glitches in the system. I wish there was more tracking to see who did what - working on a team, sometimes we work quickly so being able to see who copied a shift, who canceled a shift, etc - that would be extremely helpful. also when sending staffing blasts, there are major issues there. it should geolocate them based on the aides location but also when I'm sending it out I select 15 miles and it brings up 30 miles out. then also, it shows the shifts the aides are on so we could select who can go but if a client is on hold or if the shift was canceled, it doesn't show that on there. so an aide that could potentially be available, it shows shes full and i would have to pull her up to see but when we're talking about 50+ caregivers, that is too much.

Overall, my experience with IMT has been positive. The platform is easy to navigate and has greatly helped streamline our workflows, improve coordination, and keeps everyone aligned with updates and changes.
Pros: IMT is super easy to use and keeps everything organized in one place. Communication is seamless, the support team is quick and reliable, and the regular update makes it easy to stay aligned on top of things
Cons: One limitation is the lack of a.built in feature to track authorizations based on visits used. Having this functionality would make it easier to monitor utilization and manage authorizations more efficiently.

En mi caso se ha mejorado el sistema y eso nos hace más precisos con nuestros cálculos esperemos sigan mejorando.
Pros: En In my Team es util en muchos aspectos laborales porque me facilita la facturación y programación en el mes ese dato ayuda de gran manera lo que se generó al final del mes es util en el area contable.
Cons: Que a veces no deja ponchar en tiempo y forma se debe de notificar corregir manual y eso atrasa al personal.

Using In My Team is straightforward and informative, although it might have frequent logouts, I still like how they do it with the reports
Pros: What I like most is that the reports are comprehensive, easy to access, and user-friendly. Plus points to the programmers!
Cons: What I least like is that it logs out immediately, disrupting my work and causing frequent frustration.

Easy to remember where to go to. Easy to navigate. Easy to schedule as well. What you can improve under coordination plus is to have features like we can see the route when we try to assign multiple patients to 1 nurse. Same with google maps, point 1 to point 2 to point 3. By this, I can easily visualize where to start from the professionals' house and where to end. While doing this, you may show the mileage as well.
Pros: In My Team is user-friendly and updates features when asked to as long as they can. Supports are helpful and nice.
Cons: some bugs, especially in scheduling, keeps saying unauthorized visits but when I count based on plotted authorization, it's still within the authorized number of visits and within the dates, and support is not always reachable. Needs to call multiple times and sometimes routed to voicemail. Maybe it can be improved, like I am willing to wait on queu. Just not lead me to voicemail after a few ring.

Not impressed have had many "challenges". Staff is still able to clock in out even when not in a window
Pros: Schedules roll over easy to move visit from one day to another. Not enough to fill box requirements.
Cons: To many to list. Keep being told good question will get back to you but dont. Cant add e/o to master schedule. Cant be notified when field staff send message. Reports i need. Focuss seems more medicare and we are not a medicare co.

Pros: How easy the whole process is , it really makes it simple , I have a positive experience using this healthcare system.
Cons: I did not like that at the beginning I could not print a full schedule. The system meets basic operational needs however there are areas that require improvement.

Other than a few glitches with the skilled patients, my experience is a positive one. I like the flow from referral to admission.
Pros: Ease of use- Workflow is organized. User friendly. Customer support-[sensitive content hidden] are very helpful. Always responsive to issues.

Has made our payroll and scheduling alot more automated and has increased our workflow exponentially.
Pros: Really beginner friendly introduction as well as very helpful costumer service always there to help with any questions or inquiries that may emerge.

I welcome it. It is not too complex. We have our operations manager that works with IMT to update system to fit our needs for maximum use.
Pros: With In My Team we are able to put the services under one scheduled visit. You can also schedule recertifications every 60 days in advance for a long period of times. It is also great for payroll accuracy.
Cons: I don’t like that the episodes that we are in for each patient is not easily visible. Originally we could not upload the care plans under care plans but since then, IMT has made it to where it is now possible.

I can easily do my tasks smoothly and effectively. It’s easy to use and so helpful in any way. I just love it.
Pros: I can easily use it, and it makes my work productive. It’s not complicated to use. And I can enter details smoothly.
Cons: As of now I cannot think or I don’t have any least like for InMyTeam. Or maybe it’s just sometimes some of my patients names disappear but I think it’s manageable.

10/10. It took some time to learn the system and get good at it. But it was easy to learn and it helps my job every single day.
Pros: It is very easy and convenient!!! Makes scheduling visits easy. Communication is perfect and flawless.
Cons: My employees complained about getting missing documents when documents weren’t missing. But the issue was fixed very fast.
