Pros: Very Easy system to use, all in one platform for, onboarding employees, onboarding patients. Payroll and Billing is a one stop platform to run an agency of any size

Cons: None that I found an issues with at all.

Pros: The ease of use and the information that can be entered. Payroll is also essential and is an easily accessible tool to use.

Cons: Adacare is great, and I have no complaints.

Pros: Customer service oriented from start to finish and always took care of your requests 100% in a timely manner.

Cons: Taxes were not flexible in being added to billing services through the software.

Pros: It keep everyone under 1 roof and it reminds you of everything .

Cons: It keep records of anything that's about to expire.

Pros: We are a small business and AdaCare is a great platform for us. All the features we need at a feasbile cost. Great customer support as well.

Cons: We have not had come across any cons. We have been happy with the platform.

Pros: I appreciate how user friendly this system is for scheduling, maintaining caregiver compliances, and for charting. I also really appreciate how helpful their support team are.

Cons: I can't think of anything that I don't like about AdaCare.

Pros: I love the ease and being able to see where my caregivers are. When I have a call off, I can see who is available without having to go through every schedule to see who is not scheduled.

Cons: We are a care management firm and are trying to adapt to Adacare, I would like to see more options for my care managers

Pros: I really appreciate the support. I use AdaCare daily. It is a must.

Cons: I do not have any challenges. Adacare helps me on a daily basis.

Pros: I like to flexibility and accuracy of the program, Also the ease of reviewing the schedule and making changes once familiar with the product.

Cons: It does take a considrable amount of practice and use to gain its benefits. Still learning some of its features that are very helpful. The training modules are very helpful.

Pros: The fact all of my info is right there on mt clients and I can get to it and change it as needed easily. And it tells you if the is a problem.

Cons: Sometimes the GPS doesn't line up right for my clients that live in the sticks. And sometimes it can be unforgiving if you hit the wrong button. However they're customer service is awesome. Always ready to help.

Pros: All the features work great for us the best part is the capability of staff learning about clients on their phones.

Cons: Not being able to select more than one answer on the assessments. We have clients who may need more than one service at a time in the same category.

Pros: We had Adacare for several years and never thought of trying another software after we started it. Adacare was easy to use and if we did need support they were always available to help us.

Cons: A actual APP for Adacare would be great.

Pros: AdaCare is easy to use and helped manage our scheduling, billing, payroll and financial modeling.

Cons: I would have enjoyed a bit more robust audit trail feature

Pros: Extremely easy to use. Cost is minimal. AdaCare Team is accessible and helpful

Pros: AdaCare set up process was very manageable. AdaCare was designed with the end user in mind. AdaCare support is always available and both knowledgeable and able to teach. AdaCare allows me to run our small home care agency

Cons: I have no CONS to report AdaCare support always has a way to provide what I need when I ask.

Pros: I appreciated how easy it was to learn this software. I also appreciated how well it works for the scheduling function.

Cons: The color coding could be clearer for a readable schedule.

Pros: This software makes scheduling simple and accurate. Our staff has no problem using this software at all. The reminder alerts the night before are fantastic!

Cons: Everything has been great so far! Our staff enjoys having access to their schedule on their mobile devices or computer at home.

Pros: Pt search is easy . I’m am new to the system . Learning curve fairly easy

Cons: I would like an option to look up previous patients more easily

Pros: We like the option for our caregivers to be able to check their schedules which makes them accountable for making it to their scheduled shifts. We also love the clocking in and our by GPS or by phone.

Cons: So far, we have no complaints about this software.

Pros: I find Adacare very helpful with documentation and use of the different colors to notify when a visit is complete and when there are 2 visits scheduled during the same time.

Cons: I don't have anything that I don't like with this software.

Pros: It is very user friendly. Easy to navigate! Makes my job a lot easier scheduling.

Cons: I have not found any down falls to the program for me. It has provided everything I need.
