Pros: I like the most about Carecenta is that they have very strong customer support, always responsive and helpful, especially during problem solving and customization requests.
Cons: It takes time to learn how to use at the beginning, it will be great if there is better onboarding training provided from the company.

We have been with Carecenta since opening our Adult Day Center in 2016. Originally we had to modify the Home Care platform to meet the needs that we had for our Adult Day Center. Despite this, the willingness to work with us and adjust things as needed was outstanding. Customer Service. Since our inception and growth, we have now transitioned to the Adult Day Center platform (which has improved tremendously), and we are very happy. Along the way we received continued EXCELLENT customer service, and we are very happy with Carecenta!
Pros: We really like the Personalization and Customer Service - outstanding. Whether we needed a modification, training, or problem solving the staff is always responsive. This makes me feel like a valued client!
Cons: Originally they did not have the Adult Day Center platform that met our needs. Has improved dramatically!

Pros: Carecenta is a very resource platform to use. They are like a one stop shop, features are easy to use and very affordable especially for starting new business. It appears to be easy to use no matter that age group for the customer. I am really glad I found them.
Cons: Presentation was pretty quick but she did leave plenty time for questions. I wish the first onboarding would have had more information

Overall, I have truly enjoyed using Carecenta it has been user friendly and I would recommend others to use this platform.
Pros: I have used Carecenta for managing both employees and clients, I can confidently say this platform has been a valuable asset to our operations. Carecenta offers a user-friendly, all-in-one solution that makes it much easier to handle scheduling, billing, documentation, and communication—everything needed to keep things running smoothly in a care-focused business.
Cons: I was say the only con at this time would be not being able to reach certain departments over the phone you have to email them.

Cons: The scheduling feature in Daycenta is a standout, especially on the client side. While employees have a different interface, the client scheduling tool is clearly designed for efficiency. It simplifies what used to be a time-consuming task, making it easy to set appointments and manage availability with just a few clicks. It’s intuitive, fast, and has saved me a significant amount of time compared to older systems.

I HAVE HAD A GOOD USER FREINDLYY EXPERIANCE WITH CRECENTEA EXCEPT FOR WHEN THEY UPDATED MY SYSTEM . I WAS TOLD THERE WOULDBE NO CHANGES AND THERE WERE MANY SIGNIFICATN CHANGES. IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET BACK TO WHRE WE LEFT OFF BEFORE CHANGE.
Pros: NICLEY ORGANIZED PROGRAM. ALLOWS YOU TO INTUITIVLEY ENTER ANDD RETREIVE CLIENT INFORMATION WITHOUT TRAINING.
Cons: FUNCTION NAMES SUCH AS REPORT NAMES ARE NOT VERY CLEAR. IT WOUD BE BETTER TO BE ABLE TO SELECT THE FEILDS YOU WANT REPRESENTED IN YOUR REPORTS AND NOT HAVE TO CLICK THORUGH SEVERAL TO SEE IF THE RESULTING DATA IS USEFUL.

I love Carecenta. I find it easy to use and very reliable. My first time using the product it was pretty easy to navigate around and become familiar with it fairly quickly.
Pros: It's very accurate and I never experience glitches or issues. It is easy to find tabs that I am looking for.
Cons: There could be more functions in the clients profiles. Also there could be more spots for emergency contact information.

Cons: I would give it 5 stars if we didn't have to constantly do manual changes like unclicking the DO NOT PAY box for administrative employees. We change it and it doesn't stick.

it has been a great experience with Carecenta, everything is self explanatory.
Pros: The details and the ability to text/email all the staff of certain thing happening within the company through the program/site.
Cons: I wish it was an easier way of checking the clients signature instead of having to open each individual appointment

schedule calendar and P schedule module is perfect. Otherwise, EVV and duplicated authorization issues always confuse us.
Pros: The quick response to the current issues.
Cons: EVV issues. Overtime above 2hrs not show up in the schedule. +0.25~1.75hrs shows well.

Has a lot of great features that we hope to implement as we go along.
Pros: We are not a home healthcare services provider but we do provide services and this program tracks our therapists very well and keeps up with their schedule wonderfully!
Cons: Having to enter all the info to get started. It had to be done but once it was, the program worked great!
