Great software for any startup and growing agency. we started with caresmartz in 2021 without any prior experience with home care software. We have been happy with experience, the software have improved overtime. Customer service is excellent
Pros: Caresmartz 360 is the only software product we have used and we have been happy with it. I like the workflow and i like the interface
Cons: The reporting feature needs improved, especially now with AI, it shouldn't be very difficult to find relevant data that can help with decision making and overall operation of the agency

Overall I love the app and appreciate the wonderful customer service. They are quick to respond to and solve any problems we run into.
Pros: I love that staff can report about their clients on the platform. This keeps clients families and the office staff well informed.
Cons: There is always room for improvements. If I had to choose something that could be better I would add some more functionality to the already wonderful app.

As a home care agency owner, I would highly recommend Caresmartz30 as a comprehensive solution to timekeeping and all asepcts of homecare.
Pros: Fair and budget friendly fees. One stop shop for all services; billing, payroll, scheduling, timekeeping and reporting
Cons: As much as I enjoyed the training process for onboarding as a new client, the timespan was 6 weeks. I would have preferred a shorter timespan.

Overall, it has significantly streamlined our agency’s operations. Tasks that used to take hours—like scheduling and billing—now take minutes. Pros: The platform is extremely comprehensive—scheduling, billing, EVV, caregiver management, and reporting all work seamlessly together. The interface is user-friendly, and the customer support team is outstanding. They respond quickly, provide clear guidance, and genuinely care about solving issues. Frequent updates show they’re constantly improving the software.
Cons: There’s a slight learning curve at the beginning due to the number of features. Some advanced reports can take time to customize, but once set up, they work smoothly. I’d also like to see even more mobile app enhancements for caregivers.

Outstanding. CareSmartz360 has completely transformed our agency. It streamlined every part of our operations – staff management, client care, scheduling, and billing – and saved us countless hours every week. The platform is intuitive, constantly improving, and the customer service is genuinely the best we’ve ever experienced (fast, friendly, and they actually solve problems on the first call). We love it and recommend it to every home care owner we know!
Pros: The scheduling system is hands-down the best feature – it’s a total game-changer. No more scheduling conflicts, last-minute scrambles, or missed shifts. Everything from caregiver availability to client preferences is handled seamlessly in one place. Pair that with how smoothly it manages staff profiles, client records, billing, and compliance, and it feels like we finally have full control of the agency without the usual chaos.
Cons: Honestly, there’s very little to complain about. If I had to pick something, it would be the initial learning curve when we first onboarded – there are so many powerful features that it took a couple of weeks for the team to feel 100% confident. But their fantastic support team held our hand through every step, so even that turned into a positive.

Overall good. Training is excellent. There's lots of online help available. this is a huge step up over paper.
Pros: Lots of functionality. There seems to be an option for everything I want it to do. There's plenty of opportunity for personalization, and it should continue to work as my organization grows. Absolutely love the built in AI for in app help. This is the best I've ever experienced in any software I've used. I can get 95% of my questions answered quickly and easily using it. Backing it up with a real person makes it 100%
Cons: Old looking user interface, occasionally slow to load, Agency owner app has very little functionality, Some of the day to day operations are not intuitive (I don't need everything to be simple, but day to day stuff like scheduling should be). TEXT MESSAGING! - That format is nearly impossible to work with. I need something intuitive that all of my office staff can see and operate easily.

RIGHT NOW I'M IN THE EARLY STAGES AT THE BEGINNING. HOWEVER I CAN TELL YOU EVEN LIKE NOW I AM ABLE TO STUDY AND THEN MEET UP WITH SARAH TO MAKE SURE THAT I AM COMPLIANT AND DOING THE RIGHT THINGS !!!YOU JUST CAN'T BEAT THAT.
Pros: THE OTHER COMPANY THAT I HAD RUSHED THE PROCESS SO BAD UNTIL WE HAD A LOT OF MISTAKES AND A LOT OF DECLINES CLAIMS DUE TO EVV SETUP. I COULDN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF THAT COMPANY. WITH CARESMART'S 360 I WAS VERY RELUCTANT TO JOIN BECAUSE THE BEGINNING PROCESS THE COMPANY HAD TO WALK IT ALONE....OH I REALLY FELT BAD ABOUT GETTING INTO ANOTHER SYSTEM THAT I HAD TO FIGURE EVERYTHING OUT! HOWEVER THEY MADE ME CHANGE MY WHOLE MIND ABOUT HOW I FELT AFTER TALKING TO MR SINGH. NOT ONLY DO I HAVE SOMEONE TO WALK THROUGH THE PROCESS WITH ME I HAVE "HUMAN" HELP ASSISTING ME TO LEARN EVERYTHING THAT I NEED !!!! Again, they are professional to a tee. I can reach them any time that is needed and their follow up is reliable.
Pros: They are so professional. Their personalized customer support is outstanding and makes it very easy to use.
Cons: There is nothing I have to complain about. My team finds the app easy to work with and have adopted it easefully.

The company had Great communication and customer support. They are very contactable compared to the program we currently use.
Pros: Clean layout and having ability to questions answered quickly through chat by live person and AI during off hours.
Cons: It did not fit our unique scheduling requirements. Which are not typical of agencies and Auto contract renewal.

CareSmartz360 mobile app is easy to use for caregivers, allowing them to view schedules, clock in and out, and track tasks on the go.
Pros: I like it's all-in-one functionality that streamlines scheduling, billing, and communication, its user-friendly and work smoothly and its excellent customer support that offers responsive assistance and training.
Cons: I don't like the cancellation policy where you will have to pay a certain amount for cancellation if it's not up to a year of usage.

The platform was easy to adopt incredibly easy to use made payroll and billing very easy. I would’ve liked to see more integrations with third-party vendors.
Pros: The support team is the best out there. The AI features to kick off support make triage a breeze and then if you need any actual help, they’re always there to pick up the phone get on the chat. They’re not afraid of getting engaged quickly.
Cons: Not as many integrations as I would like. I would’ve hoped to see Moore around training. CareGiver rewards AI scheduling things of that nature.

I have enjoyed using a cloud based scheduler. Must better than paper and pencil! I appreciate the ongoing improvements and the attempts to get feedback from customers
Pros: I love the ease of the platform AND the customer service. I appreciate that I receive almost immediate help, when I need it! Help is always available
Cons: Sometimes the mobile app just isn't enough. I wish I could do more from the mobile app, as this is a very part time position and Il not always at my desk.

Our overall experience with CareSmartz360 has been very positive. The platform has made managing our homecare operations much more efficient, from scheduling and billing to caregiver communication and compliance tracking. While there’s a learning curve in the beginning, the excellent support team has always been there to guide us. It’s become an essential tool for running our agency smoothly.
Pros: What I like most about CareSmartz360 is how comprehensive and user-friendly it is. Everything we need, scheduling, billing, time tracking, caregiver management all in one platform. The mobile app is great for caregivers in the field, and the real-time updates improve communication. Plus, their customer support is outstanding; always helpful and responsive when we need assistance.
Cons: Minor glitches once a while in the mobile app. That said, the support team are very responsive and usually quick to resolve any issues with no time.

Although we didn't use it for very long, our overall experience was good. The initial impression I had about the team was quite positive, and I found it to be very effective.
Pros: CareSmartz software is designed to meet the demanding needs of small and large organizations alike. It offers robust features, high reliability.
Cons: CareSmartz is not very intuitive or beginner-friendly. It can be quite challenging for new users to navigate the platform without prior experience or training.

Wonderful. There are no issues or problems. Anytime we call they are there to help. We always get the help.
Pros: Someone is available when I call if not, I will get a returned call. The staff is always pleasant. The system is very easy to understand and navigate thru.
Cons: No issues the system is great. I have no problems in the office. The staff have no problems with the system.

I like most of its functionalities, especially the ability to generate reports, as this is crucial in managing a business. Additionally, having multiple report formats available is also beneficial.
Pros: They have excellent customer service. The technical support team is very attentive and always ready to help. You get quick replies and they guide you on navigating the system in a very professional way.
Cons: For someone, who is not as tech-savvy as I am, it takes a bit of time to explore and learn all its features. They provide tutorial videos and webinars; you just have to invest a little bit of time.

Exactly as I had hoped but with a perfect price tag. It is everything you need from the caregiver, the client and the owner's perspective.
Pros: It is intuitive to navigate, the customer service is always available, they supply endless training to be a wiz on it and the price is extremely fair.
Cons: There are a lot of great features to take advantage of. Learning all of them can take some time but well worth it.

Pros: it is very user friendly and easy. It is very efficient for what work I have to do and I must say it is probably the best software I have used in a long time.
Cons: too many updates. we get updates all the time which makes the clock in and clock out difficult. I get too many calls from caregivers about not being able to clock in and out as the result of these updates.

My experience has been a great one from the beginning. Excellent customer service with quick friendly support staff. Caresmartz360 is constantly building and improving features and accommodating the requests of our organization. The app is very easy to use for admin and caregiving staff alike. Highly recommend.
Pros: Caresmartz360 is exceptionally user friendly and rapid to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. Their IT/and customer support staff is amazing and helpful.
Cons: I don't think I am able to describe something I don't like because any issue I've encountered was fixed immediately.

Over all it has bee what we needed for this point in our business. It was easy to get started and now with FIN easier for me to get issues handled. I can get the answer to my question and not have wait on anyone to get back to me.
Pros: Having client management/scheduling and caregiver stuff all in one place has made life easier.
Cons: When you need to add a reoccurring charge to a client invoice such as an admin fee. The system sends the client 2 invoices, one for hours the client has service and one for the admin fee. Not client friendly.

Our overall experience with CareSmartz360 was excellent. We were provided with training and help support throughout. The program also includes all the bells and whistles someone could need. It is a superb product.
Pros: CareSmartz360 has the best support team. There is online help which is very fast and responsive. There is phone help which is exactly the same. They are always there to assist you with any questions.
Cons: I don't have anything that I didn't like about the program. If something was not working for our business format CareSmartz360 modified our program to address the issue.
