Overall, FieldWorker has significantly improved how we manage our field operations. It saves time, reduces paperwork, and keeps everyone from field workers to supervisors connected in real time.
Pros: Easy-to-use case management software that has made our scheduling, reporting, and case management so much smoother. The mobile app is very intuitive; our field staff can record client visits, update case notes, and sync data in real time without needing extra training. It has strong features like time tracking, document management, and electronic visit verification (EVV), which help ensure compliance and accuracy. I also appreciate how responsive their customer support team is whenever we have a question or need help setting up a workflow.
Cons: In areas with poor internet connectivity, the mobile app can feel a bit slow to sync. I’d also like to see more integrations with other tools we use, like payroll and analytics software. The reporting setup took a bit of time at first, but once configured, it worked perfectly.

Overall, FieldWorker has been a solid tool for our team. It’s easy to use, reliable in the field, and helps streamline our workflow. There are a few areas that could be smoother, but it gets the job done well.
Pros: FieldWorker is super easy to use. I really liked how quickly we could get started without a steep learning curve. The mobile app works great in the field, even when the signal isn’t strong.

I liked ease of install but very confusing as to if you had everything done correctly. You have to finish and then find out if it was filled out right.
Pros: Value for money, Customer support, team support are some of the things i liked about this software.
Cons: Ease of use can be very frustrating at times. Not very good with details. Needs a few more tools as well.

It is very easy to use and helps me keep track of my caseload. I can easily add my time to my timesheet and see my uploaded documents.
Pros: Fieldworker is very easy to use. Having the MT forms automated allows me to complete my assignments, get my approvals quickly, and download the forms into my files.
Cons: Any issues our agency has are quickly resolved. We had an issue with the MT form expiring and not saving the information. The MT now has autosave.

Excellent, no complaints. Avaiable when needed-good customer service. They hosted multiple training sessions to accomodate our employee's schedule.
Pros: User friendly, meets DDD guidelines, good reports-makes life a lot easier and save hours of your time
Cons: Nothing really and if they are missing something or it is not the way it should be, they are very flexible, open for discussion and would make the changes if the request is appropriate.

I have really enjoyed being able to use this system to create monthly monitoring tools for my clients, I've enjoyed giving my feedback and letting the team know what would be helpful from an SC's point of view.
Pros: This system pulls information from iRecord that we don't have to worry about looking up, typing and starting each document from scratch. This prevents missing data or typographical errors. By this information being pulled automatically, this greatly helps in cutting overall time for completion of MTs by more than half. This system is also useful in keeping the items that require follow up from the month prior presented as soon as you open the following month's report.
Cons: I don't appreciate that it sometimes kicks me out and it doesn't always save the report exactly from where I left off.

Good experience thus far, great support system.
Pros: The support system is awesome. [sensitive content hidden] is extremely patient and helps at all times to navigate the system.
Cons: It's functionality on Android phone is terrible. Creates distress for Android phone users. Does not support clients with dual addresses The carenote system is not standardized

The team at Fieldworker has been wonderful accommodating our needs when first transitioning from our previous provider and currently, as we identify new needs. They have been able to customize and add fields we needed to meet reporting requirements.
Pros: Our company loves the many conveniences that Fieldworker offers, such as talk to text, availability of an app to access on our cell phone and tablets, and with those features, real time documentation. This saves a great deal of time in documentation, which is always a struggle for any case manager or social worker.
Cons: Occasional glitches occur, but all have been correctable and support has always been available from the Fieldworker team.

Using FieldWorker has helped our company schedule and keep track of all of our field staff, using an easy to operate portal.
Pros: Everything was customizable. Our staff worked closely with FieldWorker's team to tailor the product to our companies needs.
Cons: It was our first time using software of this type. There was a learning curve but because of the software's intuitive features and the help of FieldWorker's Support staff, we were using up and running in a short time.
