Pros: Ease of use - training time new scheduling staff has been reduced- less errors were made by scheduling. Case Managers like being able to adjust the care plan.
Cons: required lots of support during implementation. if we get the key stakeholders involved at the start - this really helps

Positive experience. What stands out is the responsiveness and dedication of the helpdesk team. Whenever an issue arises, they’re quick to investigate and work collaboratively to find a solution, which really helps minimize disruptions.
Pros: I value how AlayaCare consistently focuses on improving outcomes—not just through powerful tools like real-time data and mobile solutions, but also by fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and purpose.
Cons: Frequent updates and system enhancements are important but sometimes these updates result in unexpected glitches or disruptions in functionality. This can create temporary challenges for both staff and clients, especially when the issues impact critical workflows.

Pros: the easy amount of scheduling and seeing all the items needed for clients and the staff that are needed for services and for hiring
Cons: nothing, it works well and is very user friendly for our office staff members when they enter clients and staff

Overall I’d recommend. I enjoy the customization of forms and DE as well as decomisis capabilities for specific templates
Pros: Less glitches and more stable than Procura predecessor Mobile experience is better for user DE 2.0 is fantastic in customization
Cons: Slow ticket times and resolution of identified problems and product suggestions. Updates continue to trigger degradations occasionally

Good. I have enjoyed coming to two conferences. One was before we had switched to Alayacare and one after. So it's good to see how it's different after being a use for just over a year.
Pros: It's user friendly and the app has been good for my Frontline staff. They have fewer issues then when we had procura.
Cons: I don't really have an answer. There are a few things like the client search that sometimes doesn't search properly. Like it won't find a client with just the last name but sometimes it does.

The application is more user friendly than other scheduling systems. Also, it has capability to implement many technological innovations.
Pros: AI features such as Alayaflow and Layla. This will help SPOs improve on efficiency and data accuracy, and reduce manual work.
Cons: Data Exploration refresh time is currently every 2 hours between 7am-5pm. The end-user should be able to capture real-time data.

Overall our experience has been great, the switch to Alayacare 1.5 years ago has really made a difference in updating our operations to keep competitive with larger home care agencies.
Pros: Easy to use and quick implementation. Mobile clock-ins with auto and manual approvals. Comprehensive data and reports.
Cons: Some UE issues with the mobile app. Creation of reports in data exploration could be easier to use and create.

Great. The staff could easily complete their documentations. It is accessible. The app maximized care time.
Pros: You could navigate the app easily. It is very accessible to the staff. I like the idea of AI giving the health care staff a relief with documentations.
Cons: Could not think of any. The experience so far is amazing. Creating careplans are quite easy. I would really like the AI assistance in documentations.

I have been using since last 3 years. I find it is much easier and timely improvement in product and functionality.
Pros: Periodic Billing in accounting group. Its seamless experience for financial management in the accounting.
Cons: In the billing/invoicing systems- the feature with clients pay does no provide periodic statements of payment.

Pros: During the demo and training, we see that this system is easy to navigate, user friendly and will increase efficiency for our providers and caregivers.
Cons: Still going through implementation so will Learn more about it once we have it rolled out. It will be going live in Jan 2026.

Wonderful, and hopeful for what the future holds. I will be working to learn a little bit of everything in order to be a resource and backup help should our team require it. Being efficient in the basics will be my near future goal.
Pros: I love how, it is continually improving and keeping tabs on needs and changes within the industry itself.
Cons: Nothing really, if I had questions, out Alayacare assistant helps wonderfully, or will get us answers if she can’t.

Pros: Alayacare is user friendly and easy to navigate, it was very easy to learn how to use it and improve on how to make the best out of it
Cons: Some times it is redundant when entering data / filling out forms E.g. there are multiple fields/locations to enter some information and it does not integrate into each other

Fair still a lot to discover.permissions system can sometimes be restrictive. Getting that sorted early prevents friction later.
Pros: Ease of use of the scheduling features. Intuitive the platform is, especially for making schedules, viewing client profiles, and coordinating tasks.
Cons: Can't include images in notes only attachments.instability, app crashes, or problems when using the app offline

Okay been working with alayacare for 2 years, there are so many improvements needs to be done and better support from zendesk needed
Pros: The platform seems to reduce manual paperwork, duplication of effort, and helps streamline back‑office tasks like billing, payroll, documentation.
Cons: that it has many bugs and every month something breaks ans as a system admin it is headache and lot of work needs yo done

Sales and support have been fantastic to work with; helping make the system work for us. The ability to ask questions and create the right solution has been invaluable.
Pros: Rare to find a system that covers both rcm and EVV/caregiver ease. Alayacare does a great job enhancing the system and listening to the customer.
Cons: There are some steps during the visit verification process which can be tedious yet reduce risk. All in all very enjoyable.

Overall we enjoy using alayacare and it's advanced suite of technologies. The little struggles we have can be worked around. We are excited for all the new features.
Pros: Alayaconnector and Data Exploration. These 2 tools greatly enhance our productivity and insight to our care. Alayaconnector allows us to streamline workflows and make it easy for our office staff to do their work.
Cons: Time to implement features or suggestions. Features do not work right out of the box. We have had struggles with new features rollouts that are difficult to test with in staging/UAT. As well as parts of the features are broken in live.

Using the system for about 1yr now. Found it intuitive and easy. The employees and clients tabs are super useful.
Pros: The educational content. Looking forward to new AI features, monthly calendar and tri-cycle releases.
Cons: Seating was little uncomfortable. It would be good to have theater type seating so view is not blocked.

While I truly love the scheduling aspects I would like to see more features to allow for alerts or notifications for nurses to see when they clock in to a visit.
Pros: I really enjoy utilizing the scheduling features and being able to customize services taylored to the needs of our business.
Cons: I feel that reports should be updated in real time. It’s a struggle to have to wait the 2 hrs for a report to be accurate.

Overall AlayaCare is a great tool. There are always new updates and features that we can update and customize for our needs.
Pros: I really enjoy all of the scheduling features within AlayaCare. Being able to adjust and customize reports to fit our ongoing needs is extremely helpful.
Cons: If one thing could be improved. Updating report in real time would be very helpful. Having to wait for reports to update delays real time updates

Okay. I wish the process was smoother because i feel you have yo have multiple screens up to confirm a visit. Pot process is crazy long
Pros: That everything is at your finger tips as well as managing the nurses hours. I like that i can also see missed visits.
Cons: That the glitches of visit verification seem to be over complicated. When I'm trying to confirm visits that were self scheduled by employees its again over complicated.

We have been with AlayaCare for four years. The implementation training was very thorough, and the learning curve was minimal. There have been some bumps in the road, however, our account manager and customer support are extremely responsive and help us to find solutions that work for our company.
Pros: The thing I like most about AlayaCare is its ease of use. Client/patient management is detailed and thorough. Scheduling is easy and intuitive. The customer support is outstanding! Our account manager is fantastic and very responsive.
Cons: Data Exploration and the reporting functions are very challenging. AlayaCare has recognized that and has made improvements over the last two years.

Overall fair, we are currently revamping our entire system with their help to customize branches as we expand.
Pros: Improved functionality with recent improvements, user friendly reporting through Data Exploration 2.0. Also excited about Layla (new AI)
Cons: Difficulty receiving assistance through zendesk. We have had several tickets opened that remain open for quite some time with no feedback or follow up. Wish there was a simpler way to track overtime and see a client's first and last date of service accurately.
