Pros: I like most how helpful GEOH is for example if I have any question or concerns I usually get an answer back with in the next hour. & I just love that [sensitive content hidden] is very very helpful to me & my company.
Cons: Not a thing I feel like it’s the perfect billing match for me. It’s very easy for me to bill & schedule for my business so that’s great.

I have really enjoyed the trainings and the flexibility of the app in regard to the ever-changing industry rules, while also accommodating unique agency guidelines.
Pros: Their support team and account managers are the most responsive. When you ask a question there is almost always a helpful answer or has been a refreshing change from what we were accustomed to. Every time we ask for something it's like magic, it appears right before our eyes. [sensitive content hidden] is amazing and so quick to respond.
Cons: I really wish there was a tab for prospective clients, as that is an important part of our agency. However, I'm told that this is in the process of being changed.

Pros: So far? The service! [sensitive content hidden] and her team have been so responsive and overall incredible. They made me feel like I've made a good decision.
Cons: So far, nothing. While we've just stated with the service, the team at Geoh has been so accommodating to our needs.

My overall with GEOH was outstanding. [sensitive content hidden] assisted me with getting my account setup and was there every step of the way to answer any questions I had.
Pros: I loved how GEOH was able to assist me quickly and with assisting me with getting my information uploaded into the system.
Cons: None at the moment. Everyone who I have spoken with has been able to assist me. And the turn around time is outstanding.

So far, my overall experience has been great. I was very fortunate to have had an agent that's knowledgeable with Geoh. [sensitive content hidden] always made sure we were confident enough in using the Geoh app before exiting zoom calls. Scheduling was confusing at first but by the end of our second zoom meeting, I feel a lot more confident.
Pros: I really enjoyed exploring the portal with [sensitive content hidden]. She was very patient and informative. Anytime I had a question or didn't understand something about Geoh, she always emailed me back or called right away.
Cons: Nothing, everything was self explanatory. Each tab tells me it's proper function. No different than learning a new skill, it's always confusing at the beginning. As long as you have an agent that takes as much pride as [sensitive content hidden] does in helping clients, you'll be fine.

This software was referred to me by another homecare provider and I can honestly see why. From the beginning my experience has been great! Ben was great with training, he made me feel comfortable navigating through the system. My overall experience with GEOH had been positive.
Pros: I find the platform easy to navigate. GEOH offers a range of different features, I appreciate the customer service process by my appointed agent Ben
Cons: I honestly can’t say right now because I’m still so new to the software this is only my 2nd week in.

Pros: Jaime made this process so easy for me to figure things out and get billing accurate. It too a moment but I was able to clock in and out
Cons: The first day was a little confusing just because I hadn’t learned to work the portal. After working on my own it was not bad

My overall experience with GEOH goes beyond measures, before I used this platform for our agency, I worked with other agencies and had learned quickly how to obtain everything within the application. It is a great experience to work along side some very amazing people and not just any people but ones you consider to be your family!
Pros: What I liked most about GEOH is that they made our agency feel like they were family, it was more than just doing business. It was more about making sure that myself and our agency were comfortable while doing there part, rather it was fixing a schedule, making sure the dashboard was clear and ready to submit for billing, as well as reaching out to our staff for any needs or concerns they may have while using the mobile application.
Cons: What I like the least about GEOH is having to see people who I have worked so closely with, who I considered them as a confidant having to step into another role but within they made sure the agency was taken care of and provided me with knowledgeable info and also set a meet and greet with who was now coming aboard.

Pros: I love my onboarding team, from the time I signed up to the time I completed onboarding everyone was very nice, easy going, very understanding and patient.

Overall my GEOH experience has been wonderful, I enjoy the informational webinars that are held.
Pros: I like how I'm able to easily navigate the screens on my own, without have to bother my rep.
Cons: I'm only able to have hourly rate and total amounts show for only one caregiver instead off all.

Pros: I like how they stayed on top of scheduling. I had an experience with working with a few people from GEOH. All of them were nice.
Cons: Nothing I really like the company. They re always polite and pleasant to speak with. If was ever confused about anything they helped.

At times your representative is hard to get a hold of or will reply the following week. Theres no teaching opportunities for certain services, only the option to pay them to do it. Cannot switch representatives if you wish to do so. Did not feel as listened to with [sensitive content hidden] , more so like she listened to respond not reallu understand.
Pros: The system itself is great and the top one to use. The system is pretty easy to navigate. It has a lot a neat features included with it.

I appreciated the patience and time that was given during the orientation phase of setting everything up. Nothing was rushed and I feel confident about our ongoing partnership!
Pros: I like the process order of Geoh, every section has a reason (there aren’t any dead buttons). Everything was easy to navigate
Cons: I couldn’t find many things that I didn’t like. Maybe a reminder email to agency owners if their staff doesn’t clock in on time or a reminder text to the staff?

Pros: Ease of the Scheduling platform for me as the Administrator, as well as for our caregivers. There have been no complaints, difficulties, or snags.

Overall, great experience with GEOH! I was provided all of the tools necessary to complete my clients visitations and billing.
Pros: Thorough explanation of how to use the software and friendly customer service. They broke down how to use the visit and referral management in a way for me to quickly learn and be able to navigate on my own freely.
Cons: What did I least like about GEOH? Nothing that comes to mind to be honest that I would least like about GEOH.

Pros: The support and onboarding with GEOH has been excellent. I felt overwhelmed with the idea of getting started. That feeling completely melted away. Our hands were held throughout the process of getting set up and the system is easy to navigate.
Cons: I don't have anything negative to say. Our expectations have been met above and beyond our expectations!
