Pros: Great customer service! I no longer have access to our account, but needed a report that we did not get out of here several years ago. The service team has been able to help me with obtaining that and it's going to help alleviate a number of headaches around this move out.
Cons: A bit more customization on the templates would be nice to have. Overall we were able to make things work though.

Pros: Onboarding was excellent and very much geared toward helping us with our specific needs and not a one-size-fits-all experience. From sales to going live with SnapInspect, all staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure that our solution was set up in a way that made sense for us.
Cons: Our industry is not SnapInspect's target market so there are a few gaps but any issues were addressed and work-arounds found.

Pros: I like the functionality of the product, it allows us to create a whole bunch of different forms for various data collection. Also the customer support is great.
Cons: There are some very specific forms that wouldnt work in SnapInspect. Collecting lighting information for individual light fixtures that would output into an excel for example. But this is more of a niche problem to what our company does. For 95% of what we do its great.

The entire process of getting a customized application was easy, seamless and timely. Snap inspect personnel were helpful, communicated well, followed up as requested and took care of our needs. Overall a great experience.
Pros: User friendly Reasonably priced. Good reporting platform. Great support with onboarding and learning the app.
Cons: No negatives. I anticipated potential issues with the time difference between the States and Snap Inspect Headquarters location, but the Snap Inspect staff is set up to communicate 24/7 and schedule calls at the customers convenience.

Overall, the experience was enjoyable and stress free. From the initial meeting with [sensitive content hidden] to the onboarding with [sensitive content hidden] - everyone at SnapInspect was incredibly kind, patient, and always smiling.
Pros: The ease of the program, the incredible customer service, the look of the final report - honestly, there is very little to "not like" about SnapInspect. [sensitive content hidden] especially, had endless patience with our never-ending questions.
Cons: This is minor, but I do wish that we could customize the questions per building/entity/asset vs that it is an umbrella questionnaire for all. I do also wish I could perform/complete an inspection on the desktop vs always on the app.

Our experience has been excellent, with a prompt response to our questions and concerns. I recommend giving it a try.
Pros: Customer service and tech support our first class. The onboarding process was complete and informative, and I look forward to working with Snap.
Cons: None. As of today, everything we were originally presented with has worked out, and any issues we had were handled quickly and professionally.

Great customer service, the overall product in my opinion has an enormous potential as it utilizes a structured step process that allows multiple layers of oversight. Overall exceptional experience.
Pros: The assistance in learning to operate the product effectively, SnapInspect has an amazing team in place. They provided our team with guidance and training working around our hectic schedules and timelines.
Cons: I can't say I dislike anything; I would like the ability to customize the templates more on a property-by-property basis instead of just by the usable templates.

Cons: There are a few customizations they are not able to do, but the overall functionality and the customizations they have done well override the minor things.

We have been using SnapInspect for a few years now and love it. The app is versatile and easy to use for a variety of situations, and the offline inspection capability is handy in areas with a poor connection. Any time I have had to reach out to customer service they have been very quick to respond. They go above and beyond to help, and are friendly and efficient, which sets them apart from many other online services. It's great to be able to get help quickly when you need to figure something out. I have recommended SnapInspect to several others, and will they will continue to be my go to source for anyone looking for a property inspection app.
Pros: The app allows multiple inspection types and checklists, and you can customize the inspection report.
Cons: It would be great if scheduled inspections could be added from the app, or rescheduled directly in the app as well.

I absolutely love SnapInspect and wish I would have found it years ago! Talia was so incredibly helpful in the onboarding process - it's easy to use and a comprehensive solution for our needs in a rapidly growing property management company.
Pros: Good value for money, excellent customer support, very easy to use! Allows our team to store information about properties in one easy-to-access place.
Cons: I haven't found anything not to like yet...one member of our team had trouble getting the platform to work on his phone, but the onboarding and tech teams at SnapInspect were diligent and resolved the issue for us!

Great experience! I have used it at well over 2500 different inspections for all the properties that we have.
Pros: Ease of use, great customer support! The template is easy to use when doing the move in and move out reports. Also, for random inspections.
Cons: The camera sometimes. It can take a little bit of time to focus. And will take blurry pictures if you aren't paying attention.

I loved the customer service, They provided us with all the support we needed. I know whenever we have questions we can call [sensitive content hidden]AGAIN!
Pros: We attempted to use snap inspect last year 2024 and we ended up not using it. Long story Short [sensitive content hidden] reach out to us to check on use in 2025 and he SOLD US
Cons: [sensitive content hidden] took the time to help us with items we did not like. There were items such as when we do follow up inspections we have to reload the current inspection to edit and modify. It would be nice if we could do this in a bulk step.

Excellent. More companies need to onboard customers in a similar way. We have a fairly unique use-case and we were able to customize it in a way that should work for our team long term.
Pros: After reviewing and trialing multiple platforms, SnapInspect was the only one we found that could achieve the majority of our goals for on-site surveys. The ability to customize the checklists and more importantly, add and edit on the fly, were the two key components that led us to move forward. Their onboarding team, along with everyone I interacted with, was professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with through the process.
Cons: Very few downsides. There are a handful of minor user interface tweaks that could be made, but the full package is the best I've found.

The best part of choosing this software is their customer service. I have worked with other vendors for over 30 years and SnapInspect does customer service better than any other company I have worked with, quick response and typically has a solution in minutes.
Pros: We have been using the software for almost two years and I have requested several additions to the product. Each request was implemented very quickly so I could customize the templates for our specific needs. Easy to use and easy to train new employees on its use.
Cons: Some functionality to make changes after the inspection are uploaded is limited but.....the team is working on changing these issues.

Overall, my experience has been fantastic—inspections take less time than other inspection systems, reports impress owners, etc.
Pros: It lets me tailor every checklist and report to match our exact needs, and their responsive, personable support team helps problem solve.
Cons: The main limitation I’ve run into is the inability to exactly plug into our custom systems. This disables us from trigger an exact next step without human intervention.

We’ve used several platforms for suite turnovers and inspections, but SnapInspect stands out. Our Canadian teams are loving it, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. It’s reliable, customizable, and ideal for property management companies of all sizes. Highly recommended!
Pros: The customization options, BI dashboards, and how easy it is to use on mobile devices. Also, being cloud-based makes syncing seamless across our team.
Cons: Nothing major- if anything, we’d love to see more advanced automation/scheduling features in future updates.

From the beginning I've felt supported by the SnapInspect team. [sensitive content hidden] was phenomenal in the introduction and explanation of services and [sensitive content hidden] has been wonderful helping us with the onboarding and learning to use the system.
Pros: The platform is highly customizable and easy to learn how to use. Steven was phenomenal from the start and we've loved everyone we've worked with so far.
Cons: While the platform is relatively easy to use, the setup can be overwhelming. This may simply be the nature of things, considering how customizable everything is.

Everything from using the software, contacting support has been super nice. There is a 12 hour time difference but their staff are waking up at 4 am to answer my questions.
Pros: How much time it save me and is easy to use on the go.
Cons: Nothing so far. Everything has been customized to my needs.

Wonderful company and people. Our onboarding person Vicki Rothwell showed extreme patience with our unique requests and a change of our representative during the onboarding.
Pros: We critically reviewed at least 10 different software packages and developed a spreadsheet of all the inspection features we wanted. SnapInspect outshined all other available software.
Cons: I would like to have a title above each dropdown. This can't yet currently be done for all of the options.

Great organization with helpful, kind employees. Everyone was always willing to help and the entire team catered to our schedule for training.
Pros: Simple, easy to use software with plenty of features that make executing inspections quick and efficient.
Cons: Getting us to customizing templates takes a little bit of practice, especially if you need multiple templates, but the SnapInspect Team is extremely helpful in their guidance.
