Happy with all the features they offer, the price point is competitive, and the support is top-notch.
Pros: It was really easy to learn, and the layout was very intuitive. Support was amazing, and if we ever had a question or a glitch, we could get it handled almost immediately through live chat. We also never had issues with segmentation and delivery. And when building campaigns, you have an AI block that helps you come up with more creative language.
Cons: We used it as a standalone sms program, so integrating with our email platform and trying to navigate who does what where added some time and difficulty.

Overall, a great partner for our brand. I’ve been working with them for over 6 years and they are consistently wonderful.
Pros: They are constantly innovating and always bring the latest technology to the table. They offer great service and always offer opportunities to participate in beta tests.
Cons: Some of their tools require additional costs that are unfortunately not within our budget. We had to forgo using as a result.

Its ok not too bad but as a startup, I wish there was more integration.
Pros: I like the fact it can help us automate things in marketing and help us grow by controlling SMS and email going out. It has AI as well which is life changer.
Cons: its growing fast and got a lot of product to choose from so makes it more complicated

Great overall experience. Got the job done and gave us the tools we needed to be able to make successful business decisions when running marketing campaigns.
Pros: Easy to use and gave our team all of the data to be able to send SMS marketing messages and successfully segment to the right audience and track KPIs that were important to us.
Cons: No real downside to Attentive other than it being more expensive compared to some of their competitors.

Overall they were helpful but i had so many technical issues that i ended up not being able to properly use the service to it's fullest potential
Pros: I enjoyed the automated cart reminders and text alerts and text blasts
Cons: I didnt like the pricing, and their landing page to sign up for texts was awful It wouldnt finalize the sign up for text alerts if the customer clicked the landing page from facebook

Excellent! It is great for a small business like ours and the scheduling and analytics are extremely helpful. The app itself doesn't require consistent attention outside of that as long as you have your flows set up correctly.
Pros: I love the ease of use, the extremely quick and efficient customer service, and how often they launch new products.
Cons: Integration of some of their new features was not possible without hiring a developer on our end. Since we don't have a developer in-house this was an additional cost to us that we didn't forsee. I was not impressed with the email platform in comparison to Klaviyo which we've used for 10+ years.

Very positive. The sales person was a little... persistent for my personal tastes, but very friendly and professional - and you know what? It worked for her so I can't even judge. They've done great things for our email sign ups, and while SMS has been slower to grow, we see good returns and that growth is continuous.
Pros: The Attentive team are... well... Attentive! They stayed lock-step with me every step of onboarding, and have been extremely quick and helpful if I run into questions. The platform works well and we've seen good returns. I was especially pleased that they haven't charged us their minimum charge, only for what messages we've sent. (But don't tell them that... ;) ) OH! I forgot the best part! The sign up units work like a hot damn. We saw massive amounts of sign ups in comparison to our old system. Very happy.
Cons: Once or twice I've run into issues with not being able to delete campaigns. I also dislike the way they set up the dropdown for choosing a send time... very small complaints!

Excellent support, easy setup, great features
Pros: I love the possibility of reaching prospective buyers and re-engaging existing customers where they spend most of their time - on their phone.
Cons: I wish they offered a performance-based alternative, where users pay per click or sale.

Overall, Attentive has been a strong partner for our brand and we are consistently happy with the level of support we receive.
Pros: The ease of use and functionality for our growing company and marketing team is key. Attentive is a great partner when it comes to impactful initiatives that help us grow our lists. What is most beneficial is that we have a partner in Attentive and not just a software.
Cons: The only con we have encountered is not always having the capabilities to integrate new services due to web integrations. It would be ideal if these were out of the box integrations but result in significant development on our side.

They are annoying and spammers.
Pros: None. Their sales people love spamming potential customers to the point where they go out of their way to leave negative reviews.
Cons: Their salespeople are rude and spam your company emails. We've told them to STOP EMAILING us but they keep persisting. We NEVER joined their lists but somehow they are spamming us.

Pros: I liked the performance of the software, but despite the great performance the pricing structure for month-to-month plans as well as long-term agreements didn't make sense.
Cons: I disliked the requirement to sign long-term agreements to get decent pricing. Additionally, some of the sales presentations had carrier charges listed in a small, gray text that made it more difficult to see the overall cost per SMS you were getting.

The software is great. I wish our account rep helped more with creating monthly campaign strategy and kept us updated with feedback on what is generating the most revenue across all their clients.
Pros: Features that are the most impactful are the ease of setting up a campaign and the reporting feature allowing us to quantify performance. The analytics dashboard is also very helpful.
Cons: Some journey and campaign editing functions are confusing.

Overall, the experience has been awesome. Incredible ROI, competent team, and they're always trying to get us a great deal along the way.
Pros: The set up was super easy, Attentive's White Glove service was amazing. We were ready to go within just a few days of starting their free trial. The ROI is excellent and was immediately apparent for us. They meet with us regularly to help us optimize our campaigns and always provide excellent advice.
Cons: I feel like there could be more room for in-text customizations - other than just inserting customer name or product name.

Pros: Attentive has been useful in helping us to more easily and quickly collect user emails and phone numbers to allow for better engagement. Their white glove services are helpful in design and problem solving.
Cons: We've noticed that the conversion rate and ecommerce values are reported higher on Attentive than our Google Analytics, but we've created our own reporting dashboards to get a better idea of value.

We've found that response on SMS are much higher than it is on email. Our open and click rates significantly better. With this we implemented an abandoned cart campaign for SMS in addition to our existing email campaign. SMS has proven to be one of our most viable channels.
Pros: The personal care that they show is what makes Attentive stand out to me. Since Day 1 I've had a dedicated account manager that not only got me started, but also makes sure I am keeping up with enhancements added to the platform and offers suggestions on future campaigns.
Cons: There's not much to dislike. If there was one thing I'd like to see would be the ability to manage my own database of subscribers rather than having to go to their white-glove team to remove subscribers. When we get requests from customers related to CCPA it would be nice to have manual control over our contacts.

Pros: The interface is very user-friendly, making the messaging scheduling process far more effective and streamlined.
Cons: Apparent perception of scaling limitation, specially when other Business Units are required. Each is treated as an individual entity.

Attentive has helped us to disseminate specific messages to their intended audiences in a way that is intimate and immediate. We have a great success rate with activities we promote via SMS.
Pros: We have tailored our customer journey to our needs and have been able to build segments for more effective targeted marketing.
Cons: I would prefer a bit more hands-on help with implementation of new ideas, rather than a how-to from the white glove team on how to make something a reality. Even just an upsell option like "we can go ahead and implement this for $x more"

Cons: Not fully integrated with our email marketing and other databases. Limited data on users, no profile page for an individual user like you see with email tools.

I can trust that we are using the platform that ensures the best deliverability and focus my time on SMS strategy and execution.
Pros: The SMS industry is nascent so it is important to find a partner that helps navigate regulatory challenges to a successful SMS strategy. Attentive makes it so I don't even have to question whether or not we are using best practices.
Cons: It gets expensive fast at 1 cent per message, but so far it has always been worth it to send out a campaign.
