VectorCare is a no-code patient logistics platform that connects hospitals, payers, and vendors across transportation, home health, and durable medical equipment (DME) in one seamless workflow. Built on SMART on FHIR, VectorCare integrates with Epic and other EHRs to enable real-time coordination, location tracking, and secure messaging. Care teams can broadcast requests to a network of credentialed providers, compare response times, and monitor live status updates—all from one dashboard. With AI-powered scheduling, dispatching, and reporting, VectorCare reduces manual work, speeds up discharges, improves patient experience, and increases visibility across the continuum of care.

satisfied with overall use of the system
Pros: -convenience -mobile option -real time update
Cons: -have some kind of alarm system of any changes/delay even if user is logged out

Pros: Ease of entering in info. It's easier than calling and being on hold for 20+ minutes.
Cons: -Ability of dispatchers to change info that was put in by original requester, too often it is changed inappropriately to meet the Transport Hub's needs. -Looks clunky -Inability to choose common routes to start a request (ie patient goes from home to dialysis clinic routinely; there would be an option to name a route and choose that roue without having to reinput all of the info again).

Love it. Would definitely recommend it to anyone out there who is looking for this type of transport service.

Cons: All the paperwork involved, but it is necessary. Just timely.
Kristine H. · RN, Telemedicine specialist · Hospital & Health Care · May 18, 2024
Pros: It sounds convenient but the form can be simplified by having access to save some frequently used futures as a favorite.
Cons: too long form, at times calling the vendor to schedule a transport seems simpler if the transport company representative answers the phone.
Emebet S. · RN · Hospital & Health Care · May 14, 2024
Pros: ability to use at my computer/ desk.
Cons: the length of response and lack of availability for good transport times
serina s. · care coordinator assistant · Hospital & Health Care · May 13, 2024

Cons: Late and not able to go through by phone
Zahra Minoo N. · Case Manager · Hospital & Health Care · May 12, 2024
5/5 still since vector care is reliable and user-friendly.
Pros: Real time response for any query and issues with transport.
Cons: You have to set the pick-up time/transport 1 hour later.

it needs a better format. redo the whole template
Pros: its simple to use .................................
Cons: all the bugs, the constant lagging, the jumping around, its run so slow. The pointless Notification bell that drops down randomly so the wrong trip gets opened. The template lay out makes no sense.
