Good value for money Customer service was good and fast
Pros: Easy to book appointment and complete notes.
Cons: Unable to do invoice after few every few visits or end of month

Overall positive experience always available and helpful.
Pros: Its ease of use and understanding, and the help you get if you have any problems.
Cons: When system goes down and needs to be rebooted at PPS end, the timeframe can somtimes be quite drawn out.

Cons: sometimes it can be frustrating when system crashes but generally sorted promptly - also having to memorize log in at first can be annoying as system isn't set up to remember so takes a while to get head round it as such long random words

Too much time required to set it up to departments needs, not adaptable in viewing terms. We have not used it in the last two months.
Pros: store patient details and print end of day reports
Cons: Not adaptable. does not allow you to add comments into cancelled appointments. Once cancelled they disappear. We cannot change the set up to how we need to view the screening, we need 10 columns showing 2 rooms mon-fri but this is apparently not possible. You have to scroll vertically constantly to view both rooms. Causes headaches and eye strain.

Used to be great but due to the slow system I am considering migrating elsewhere
Pros: Easy to use and straightforward. Basic functions for a good monthly fee
Cons: Express system is now very slow to the point where screens can take over 10 seconds to load. Doesn’t sound like much but gets frustrating during a busy clinic

I've been using Private Practice Software for well over 15yrs & plan to stay until retirement.
Pros: The diary for appointments is great, clients get email confirmation & text reminders of appointments. They have always said how good the reminders are, it's really cut down on missed appointments. There support service team are so very helpful whenever needed.
Cons: There is nothing not to like, has more than enough great features.

Excellent. Lots of options and functionality and you can use as much or as little as you like

The product is easy to use and works well for clients. I especially like the email reminder option.
Pros: As a sole practitioner is a great to be able to access your patient notes wherever using the app. I like the ability to create custom forms and there is a great way to integrate this into clinical practice and the business
Cons: Some of the new features in the program create obstacles to being able to make a clean consultation such as checking medical history, et cetera and I would like to be able to turn these off. I’m also disappointed that the price is increased quite a bit from when I first joined a few years ago

A simple to use software package that covers all my software needs.
Pros: Simple. Intuitive. Excellent support when things go wrong with clear instruction.
Cons: Receipts sent via email often don’t arrive.

On a daily basis, it helped me schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle billing and invoicing efficiently. I had stated it was old-fashioned but got the job done.
Pros: It has an advanced billing and invoicing system, which is one of its best features. The system creates invoices automatically, tracks payments, and simplifies billing procedures for easy financial management. It guarantees reliable and up-to-date financial records and eliminates the workload for administrators like myself!
Cons: Its older-fashioned than most software today, but it gets the job done

Only practice software we've had, we'd done everything on paper till we installed it in 2011. We have considered changing when other companies run promotions but always come to the conclusion that we're getting good value and service.
Pros: Most functionality easy to setup/amend and provides information in a clearly. Support team quick to respond
Cons: Integration with 3rd parties not always as smooth as we'd like

Great service and would highly recommend.
Pros: Good customer service and quick response if needed. I have used this for over 10 years. Works for me.
Cons: Occasional problem with not being able to connect, but sorted out quickly.

Was good when it was first launched. I would definitely go for something more reliable if chosing again.
Pros: The basic functions are easy to use once set up. The email support service is generally helpful but only if you can ignote problems for a day or two at a time. It was a great pity that they abolished their telephone support when they all started to work from home instead.
Cons: A nightmare to work with online. Constantly logs out and takes ages to go through ridiculously cumbersome login procedures a dozen or more times each day. Very complicated and non-intuitive accounting functions. Difficult to design forms. Poor integration between hosted and express versions.

It's been very good for many years but appears to be becoming a little clunky of late.
Pros: Appearance. Ease of moving around the features.
Cons: Drop-down lists don't work properly and haven't for years. The database has reached a size where backups no longer work. Backups now have to carried out using an external zip application. This is a new problem and really is irritating.

PPS software implementation across all of our clinics was one of the best operations decisions we have ever made.
Pros: Ease of use and great software support. The team are swift to respond.
Cons: It was a steep learing curve but initial detractors have become its greatest advocates.

customer service is very good- If i have any issues a quick email to PPS support gets the problem sorted promptly
Pros: easy to use easy to produce end of year account reports easy to send mailshots
Cons: lost the ability to produce reports in graph form which i found useful when it was available Seems to be too easy for clients to unknowingly unsibscribe to emails which means they then dont get appointment confirmations etc

I have remained a customer as PPS has had good customer service and whist not perfect is good across all areas.
Pros: PPS is great for managing your healthcare business across the board with good patient records section and strong account management
Cons: PPS does not always link with the prominent exercise tools software available at market

software is just OK, serves most of our purposes but feels very dated and lots of frustrations with it, support people are generally excellent
Pros: Online tech support is very good, but frustrating that phone support isnt as accessible as it used to be.
Cons: Bugs that never get fixed, system failings that don't get addressed, lots of aspects of the system that never get improved so its very time consuming to use.

Pros: fast booking and amending comprehensive client details easy and fast invoicing especially with Healthcode detailed history of activities the support team is amazing and is always ready to help.
Cons: a bit tedious in some aspect of managing files reports to be improved or use simplified only connected to desktop not one drive

Excellent! The team at [sensitive content hidden] has always been incredibly helpful and supportive of the unique environment we work in with a sports event. They provide a solution for managing notes at an event and also customising it to suit our various Therapist's needs/wants
Pros: Ease of access on PPS Express from mobile phone without need for WiFi signal which is essential for sports events where internet may not be available. Customised forms which PPS Support provided for us to enable team members to use their preferred assessment tool.
Cons: Can be clunky at times to get to what you want.

Generally good over the years but feel I under use it. Could do with a refresher course and start doing notes electronically.
Pros: Easy to access and find data needed. Can email invoices and send appointment reminders.
Cons: Can’t find patients unless know the surname.
