Bridge is a learning management system (LMS) designed for midsized teams that conduct ongoing training and performance tracking. You’ll find it easy to use, with responsive support and flexible tools to build courses that fit your team’s needs. It’s especially effective for HR-led learning programs, though analytics often require external tools and survey customization is limited.

Pros: I like the way it holds a variety of training materials, and you can sort them by type and job function.
Cons: Maybe it's because I don't use Bridge often enough, but every time I try and use it to edit things or add modules, it's clunky and cumbersome and not user friendly. It's confusing to assign training materials to new employees, too.

Amazing Learning Management, easy to learn from the learners' and Administrators' perspective, and the integration with other learning tools is impeccable.
Pros: I have used the most popular Learning Management Systems, including Bridge. It has a great interface and is user-friendly for both students and administrators. It also has a reliable customer service, which is a plusfor learners.
Cons: Advantages surpass the disadvantages. I only notice that its interface needs more work to compete with other Learning Management Systems.

Overall it was user friendly for me and my colleagues
Pros: It was user friendly for the most part. It was helpful to have training at individualized pace.
Cons: At times it was a tad bit difficult checking was trainings were pending.

It's honestly a great platform especially for new employees to track their training.
Pros: BRIDGE is really great for companies who take their professional development seriously.
Cons: It's not really a con about the platform itself, I just always seem to forget to check my BRIDGE account for my quarterly goals and reflections.

I would rate 4.5/5. I just love the way it is.
Pros: Earlier we were using some different LMS for the course launching and it's enrollments tracking and their progress. But from the time we started using bridge, work life balance has increased. Reaching out to the customer service was never that easy, until we reached Bridge, and look at their TAT. It's ossaum.
Cons: Sometimes, i feel there should have been straight contact with customer support. I mean there are numbers provided, but being from india, not sure, how to deal wiith it.

Positive overall - excited to build out our program using Bridge
Pros: Flexibility of software, lots of functionalities depending on what you're trying to build. User interface is pretty. Support team is very available to answer questions and resolve tech issues. Good knowledge/resource database.
Cons: A little overwhelming for new manager users because of all the functionality they have access to. Analytics aren't all kept in Bridge, so some exporting of reports and analyzing in excel is necessary, which isn't great

We are currently building out Bridge, and I'm excited to see how it grows as an employee resource. It's a one-stop shop for me, and I know I'm only scratching the surface of what I can do or move into the system from my other day-to-day responsibilities as a Training Admin. Additionally, Bridge support is phenomenal! From office hours to asking quick questions in their live chats, my issues are resolved fairly quickly.
Pros: The more that I get into the Bridge the more I like it. This LMS is new at our company, and I was tasked with becoming familiar with it and moving our current continuous training content over from our existing training site. Courses are easy to create; from there, you can tie multiple courses into a Program or a Journey. For example, if I have multiple courses on "budgeting" then each course can be on its own or I can weave each course in a Program since all of the content is related and folks can go in and browse the courses they need to review. I'm starting to work on a "New Hire" Journey where recommended courses per job title, required compliance videos, and checkpoints to download training certificates can be uploaded which can have required approval! I also really appreciate the Analytics features. For required courses, we can pull overdue courses and share these reports with direct managers so that they can push their teams to go in and complete training.
Cons: $7e

Overall it's been an excellent experience. The support team is very responsive and helpful, and we love the platform.
Pros: I love Bridge's holistic approach to performance, learning, and career development. Their platform seamlessly integrates talent review, performance, and career visioning tools, making it easy to support and empower employee growth at every stage
Cons: Some reporting that we need is just data dumps, which can create more work on our end. There are also some data that doesn't have the reporting or visability that we would like.

Bridge is a solid LMS. Some functionalities are still needed for it to be even better; however, it's been 3 years since I last used it and they may have solved for the reporting issues.
Pros: I felt the UIX was intuitive and easy to use. My favorite feature was the ability to list content as recommended and/or required per user/role/group. Smart groups also made assignments super easy. The dashboards and visualizations were used a ton!
Cons: Bridge reporting was difficult to sift through. At the time, it required a lot of manipulation to get the information we were looking for.

Our overall experience with Bridge has been amazing. We are raving fans! It is a vital tool for us in our people strategy and has all the features we need. It is user-friendly and easy to learn and use. Its versatility makes transitioning to Bridge from another product (or no product at all) a breeze. Bridge's customer support is responsive and very helpful and our account support reps have been amazing to work with. I can't recommend Bridge enough!
Pros: Bridge brought everything we needed together in one product -- employee training, development, and performance management. Journeys are our favorite aspect of Bridge. We use these for everything from onboarding to career progression. They are so versatile that they can be used for nearly any type of structured learning or development program.
Cons: This is a difficult one because we love almost everything about Bridge. I have always said that Bridge is a 99.99% perfect solution for us, but if I had to identify one improvement, it would be the lack of the ability to categorize goals. We have performance goals and professional/personal development goals. Our employees are bonused off of performance goals, but not professional/personal development goals. While we have come up with a solution to differentiate these goal types through naming conventions, it would be helpful to be able to categorize goals within the system so they can be analyzed by goal type.

Overall experience I would say is great! Bridge is the first step in my work flow when batch processing or renaming files.
Pros: I like the ease of use and simplicity of Bridge.
Cons: None that I can think of. I really like all of the features which is why I use it daily!
Gary W. · photographer · Media Production · October 7, 2022
Pros: It is elegant in designing. Absolutely beautiful and clear.
Cons: It doesn't have certification feature. Permissions are a little difficult.
Ufuk Y. · Teacher · Education Management · September 7, 2022
Pros: This software is really simple for new hires and has a good reminder process for annual trainings.
Cons: There aren't as many quiz options as I would like for the trainings

So easy to automate with QQ Catalyst. Getting everything from one system to the other was sooooo simple!
Pros: Texting is so nice, clients love it. Esign can be difficult, but options to send via email or phone number is extremely convenient for all parties.
Cons: Esign runs into a lot of errors. We were given good instruction on how to fix it, but the issue is on-going.

BRIDGE has saved me hours and hours of training with my sales team, but just as importantly I can be sure that they're all learning the same thing the same way. Uniform training in sales is so important across sales teams and this has allowed me to do that.
Pros: Running a sales organization is difficult from the perspective that there is constant turnover on the sales team. Initial training and ongoing coaching is already difficult to do, but taking the time to create sales training content allowed me to deploy an automated training program that will ensure that all sales reps. get uniform training no matter what. The time saved is spent on one-on-one training that can't be easily replicated. Great software.
Cons: I wish there was a way to purchase sales training content that I could simply upload, rather than always creating my own content, but it's still worth the work.
Anonymous User · Director · Marketing and Advertising · July 23, 2021
Pros: Bridge keeps our trainings for internal users organized.
Cons: I feel that there could be updates to the software to allow better previewing of content/courses.
Anonymous User · Sales Operations Specialist · Computer Software · October 7, 2020
It has a simple and clean interface, and it is very customizable. Maybe some navigation could be improved.
Pros: It shows your courses in a simple way, it is easy to see what courses you already did, those that are pending, etc. Its left menu bar is very useful too. Besides that, it is very customizable, so you can put custom tools on it, to add your own organization tools/links.
Cons: It could have a simpler way to navigate through course modules because it is less intuitive, so you end being on the homepage again, needing to find the course, open the next module, which adds a few boring extra steps.
Danilo N. · Engenheiro de software · Internet · June 18, 2020
Excellent learning software, I'm a really big fan!
Pros: I really like how easy it is to not only consume trainings, but also create them. There are several tools to help learners learn (surveys, quizzes, etc).
Cons: I suppose its the nature of sequential learning, but it follows a specified story/journey where you can't easily jump around to different topics while in an active session.

I’ve had a very good experience overall using Bridge. Would definitely recommend to industry colleagues!
Pros: I use Bridge for training courses in our company on a weekly basis and from that perspective, it’s awesome. Really easy to use and has a really nice UX.
Cons: Even after coming up on 2 years I’ve never had a an issue using Bridge. It’s been a great tool for e-learning in my company and I have no complaints.
Samantha R. · Customer Service Representative · Computer Software · May 8, 2020
It's a great place to track your progress within your role and what you hope to accomplish within the company. This is a great way to track your ambitions with your manager.
Pros: We use Bridge to track our personal goals within our roles, our 1 on 1 discussion topics with our managers and company wide learning programs. It has a wide range of possibilities and is easy to use.
Cons: I don't have anything I dislike about this software. It accomplishes everything I need it to and is fairly intuitive.
Jenna P. · Technical Recruiting Coordinator · Information Technology and Services · March 26, 2020
Overall our experience is positive but with room for improvement. I think Bridge knows what needs to be improved but they're not moving as quickly as we'd like.
Pros: The user interface is simple and easy to learn and it's easy to construct your own content within the platform. Authoring and Insight capabilities are good for our team's use.
Cons: The speed of the app varies widely, being fast to login and move between pages one day and much slower the next. It also feels like a lot of product updates and new features are promised that don't appear. Support is not very responsive.
Mike H. · Director of Customer Success · Computer Software · March 10, 2020
Pros: Bridge has a great interface and is designed with an easy to use interface; presenting you with the most relevant information as you need it.
Cons: The people who are responsible for selling Bridge LMS are incredibly unreliable; two weeks later and multiple emails for a demo to be set up and no response, even after one positive video meeting with an ex-employee of theirs, now it seems that they're ignoring my emails; it makes you wonder what level of support you would get after signing a contract.
Alister R. · Group Platform Support Manager · Commercial Real Estate · February 4, 2020
Bridge has given a new experience for our program, very easy to create and easy to use. However, surveys and quizzes need improvement as they are very limited and have many clicks .
Pros: Initiative and easy to become familiar with how to Author content.
Cons: some functionalities are still very limited, especially on creating surveys and quizzes.
