Trakstar is a good bang for buck ATS product. It's considerably cheaper than ATS competitors and while it does lack some of the features that something like Gem or Greenhouse provide, they have good customer service and the product works as intended.
Pros: Very user friendly. Not a lot of features but the product is easy to use.
Cons: No automated workflows, no knockout questions, no automatic tags. Everything was manual.

Overall my experience was okay however when we need to hire again I will choose a different product. It did effectively serve as an ATS. If you don't need to hire very often the free version will likely suit your needs, however if you have a high turnaround you will likely need the paid version.
Pros: This product offers a free trial and a free version. It is relatively easy to use. It is useful for hiring and job posting. I did like the career page and the ability to customize it. It was nice that the applications were customizable and had the questionnaire add on. Everyone who's involved in the hiring process can share feedback and communicate. This product can be integrated with social media and allows you to reach a large number of candidates.
Cons: There is no mobile app and at times that can be very frustrating and inconvenient. The customer service wasn't satisfactory and I did not enjoy my experience with them. The duplicate application prevention does not function properly. Overall it could just be more polished and straightforward.

Being able to work as a team and share the recruiting process with the right people in my company really made the whole experience super easy.
Pros: Recruiterbox really helped me slimline the recruiting process. Our HR team was able to filter the appropriate candidates and they have a great system for declining/approving candidates for the next step.
Cons: Sometimes sharing thoughts on a candidate's CV was clunky and it was not always clear who had made which comments.

Positive. I would recommend trying this for small to medium companies.
Pros: It is quite simple to follow the process of hiring someone. It asks you only the questions you really need to answer and fill in the boxes you need. It doesn't overburden you with settings and different ways of doing things.
Cons: It was great during the free trial and I used it to hire one person. A year later I tried it again and it worked but it became more aggressive with upgrades and getting you off the free plan.

Pros: I like that you can customize the interview process and workflow for each role.
Cons: I don't find it very intuitive to use or easy to review other peoples' comments on interviees.

Good experience overall. There are definitely a few things they can improve but this is leaps and bounds better than systems I have used in the past.
Pros: -easy to look at applicants and share them with colleagues -easy to schedule interviews and see what interviews others have scheduled with the candidate -nice that everything is in one place -transparency of reviews and ratings
Cons: -The review process is a bit confusing. There is a quick review which is apparently different than a regular review. If you do one instead of the other you keep getting the email reminders to complete your review. On the bright side when I eventually decided to email customer service about this they got back to me very quickly to help me figure this out -I wish you could choose to hide other people's reviews and ratings until after you complete your so that colleagues' opinions don't have any effect

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] from Recruiter Box did an amazing job walking me and my counterpart in the UK on how to use and get jobs set up. He was very patient and did not have a hard stop where we had to reschedule. Our 1 hour call, turned into 2 hours and he would have stayed longer had we needed him to.
Pros: It's easy to use and that it links with Trakstar once a candidate has been hired.
Cons: Wish the reports were a little more detailed, but we only purchased the basic package.

I forsee this being a viable option for our company for quite some time. Any issues have been pretty minor, and have been addressed by their attentive customer service team. I gotten positive feedback from my hiring managers as well.
Pros: Ease of use and customization, it requires very little training with new users - it's quite intuitive. A handful of customizable options (including Open API) but no overly robust. Great value for our budget. Customer service is great as well.
Cons: The job boards section is a bit "all or nothing" - I do with you could track, for example when a post is live and closed (or sponsorship ends). Once you add a job source, it's there.

Good tool, low cost and responsive customer service.
Pros: It's easy to use and to teach managers to use effectively. You can also tailor applications and processes for each role, depending on how the hiring manager/team preferences.
Cons: Sometimes sending emails via the tool makes them format a little funny, especially if you are inserting a table.

It is a good platform, it has many good solution inside. But they are so much closed for small world of clients and cant see the world outside. They dont have portuguese and spanish features for example., either port/span support.
Pros: Easy to set up. Good vibe at all in experience inside platform.
Cons: Cost. All great internet companies that succeed has its goals, but of you need to pay $2450 a year for something in the code world that probably must has to be an Tesla unique something., as Recruiterbox yet show. I see that if the company does not find yet the world in clients and has this cost, something goes wrong. I wish you better luck seeking most clients you can to serve more and help more first instead of getting rich first !

It's little tricky, almost most of the functionality are hidden or very complex to use. Every user should've went through a demo session first before using the RB.
Pros: 1. Just one click away to check duplicate data. 2. Customized opening and interview round
Cons: 1. Can't raise requisition. 2. Can't cancel calendar invitation sent to candidates 3. Unable to fill the form customized for candidates while Recruiter upload the cv 4. Most the time resume not parse information accurately 5. Unable to integrate with most of the job portal and online assessment

We're trying to hire new staff. It could be that the way it was set up is the problem, and not the product itself, but the product isn't intuitive at all.
Pros: I only use it from the backend. I like the main screen where all of the applicants are listed.
Cons: Chattering isn't intuitive and it's difficult to know where to respond to what. I also think there has to be a simpler, easier to understand way to know where exactly the interview process is at.

Pros: Recruiterbox is simple to use, customize, and navigate! When I'm hiring with our hiring managers, Recruiterbox has been secret weapon to keep all aspects of the recruitment process moving. The software provides simplicity in the interviewing process - especially to those who don't hire everyday.
Cons: Recruiterbox does not integrate with our other HR software and programs. This is a minor detail for us though and we can function and perform our processes without the integration.

Cons: The dash board does not remind me what I need to do. Only if I go to it. I would like an email reminder.

Overall I really enjoy using Recruiterbox! It's an absolute pleasure communicating with the customer support and it is an excellent tool.
Pros: I like how it is very easy to learn and use. It's really organized and easy to navigate. The agencies can see how their candidates are progressing through the stages. I get emails for updates that I need directly from Recruiterbox.
Cons: I wish it was easier to find candidates matching key words

It is an easy way to get our applicants directly to our hiring managers as soon as they apply. It has been really a lifesaver as far as recruitment goes.
Pros: Very easy to use, affordable and great customer service to provide support whenever we have questions!

I cna send out the posting for an immediate hiring and RecruiterBox sends this out to alot of other recruitment sites

Cons: I think the only issue I have ever had is trying to import bulk resumes into RecruiterBox for storage of all applicants. It doesnt allow me to do this because some of the titles have characters not allwoed

With the system we can keep track of our call for applications. It gives a holistic picture of the entire process and the status of all the call openings. It makes it easy for recruiting managers to screen applicants as soon as they apply and to rate and write comments immediately.
Pros: Easy to use and to integrate with our email and very easy to set up.
Cons: We could not integrate our calendar with the system. However, we knew about this limitation. This will be sorted from our end since we will be upgrading our email client.

Pros: I have loved the ability to track job postings and associate candidates with those openings in one easy to use site. Our team can collaborate on postings and candidates and individualize process flows. The fact that we were able to integrate postings with our website was a major plus. Recruiterbox has become my sole resource for hiring and interviewing needs.
Cons: The interface seems to change every 6 months or so. It always takes me a little while to adjust.
