I really like how this program can house multiple types of employee data for HR. I'm able to include all time off types (including custom days), house training data, and employee title/pay history.
Pros: I love the fact that employees have access to their HR data and can enter their requests for time off. Then I'm able to set certain people who are authorized to approve or deny that time off, so I'm not solely responsible for seeking approval from the correct person.
Cons: The creation of reports in HR Partner for utilizing the data is somewhat confusing. I know the data I need but I'm not always able to create a report to get that data out in a way I can utilize it.

Overall, we are very happy with HR partner. We have been using it for almost a year and while it was a bit of a learning curve, it has made things easy for a team of about 36 employees. I cannot stress enough how much a mobile application would drastically improve the experience of HR Partner!
Pros: User friendly, lots of features! For the money, it is a very good platform for all business sizes. We have around 40 employees and this has made life for us much more simple!
Cons: No mobile app, this would drastically change things for the better with HR Partner!! I believe if an app was offered, more people would make the switch to this platform.

Cant say enough about it. Well worth the investment. Streamlines everything right from the point of hire through to termination.
Pros: It is just a great program. Makes managing people much easier with everything you need in the one place
Cons: There is honestly nothing that I can say I do not like about this software. Feature rich and ease of use. Some things have a learning curve when yo do it for the first time but that’s about it.

Overall, we are a team of 15-17 team members at a time and this brought a lot of organizational structure to our team. From hiring, to PTO requests, to org chart, and any other HR process is extremely intuitive to manage and handle in HR Partner.
Pros: The ability to handle many if not all of the HR processes that our team would need. Also, it is very user friendly. I also find the user portal management easy to manage.
Cons: I would love to see a better mobile app/version of the platform. I haven't used it in a few months but from what I recall the experience could be better.

I have been using HR Partners for almost a year and its been so nice and effective its all in one place!
Pros: I love how easy it is to use and understand. It's simple to add custom questions and track PTO. Simple to use.
Cons: Wish it had an app to make it easier on the employees to access. Would love to be easier to upload a form to be fillable.

Excellent, Cara is also fantastic contact with quick response times and always available to assist with any queries with operational use.
Pros: Having worked previously for a company that used paper files for all personnel information, HR Partner is a breath of fresh air. The easy to use program stream lines all personal records which makes accessing, storing and retrieving simple and efficient.
Cons: Not being able to link our finance information to the program so all data is then consolidated in one place.

We have used HR Partner for several years now and have had an overall positive experience. When we initially onboarded the system the HR Partner team were very helpful and were willing to answer all our questions quickly, however since the system is intuitive we no longer need to do this.
Pros: The website it very easy and intuitive to use, making it easy for our whole team to understand and get along with. We use it a lot for booking and monitoring leave and storing documents for staff. We've started to use it more recently- for document signing and recruitment which makes processes more smooth.
Cons: There isn't anything we particularly dislike about the system. There are lots of features but we don't utilize all of them.

Pros: The support we get from the team is excellent - they're responsive and genuinely helpful when issues arise. The platform provides a clean, straightforward interface for basic HR functions like employee records management and leave tracking. For smaller teams or organizations with simple HR needs, it covers the essentials without overwhelming complexity. The document storage and basic reporting features work reliably for day-to-day operations. The system also meets our strict security, privacy and compliance requirements.
Cons: As our team grows and expands across the world, there are some features that are more basic that haven't yet grown with our needs (candidate screening, forms and reporting). Some of the advanced reporting features require manual workarounds, and we occasionally supplement with external tools for more complex analytics needs.

I have enjoyed my overall experience with HR Partner. It is something that our business cannot do without.
Pros: This is a one stop shop for all HR needs. I like that you can have onboarding staff complete all required documents online before they start.
Cons: I loke all aspects… but some things needed more expiration or instructions. I also have needed support and we have a significant time difference

nice system, once it is set up properly, it works seemlessly. We have been using it for last two years.
Pros: Nice add on solved the Xero leave approval process limited only to admin users. we can assign each employee to their supervisor to approve leave.
Cons: one way posting leave to xero, but not update if it is changed. required some extra adjustment when anything changes.

Very happy with the system overall when considering the cost and ease of use. Staff like the user friendliness.
Pros: The staff are very helpful, responsive and accommodating. The system is intuitive for staff and offers a lot of customisable features. The cost is competitive.
Cons: There are limitations on its ability to do more complex operations and work arounds can be needed. It is only suitable for a small team.

Pros: The HR Partner System help with internal communications via their Checklist function. In addition, I find the 'Reminder' notification capabilities very time efficient. Plus there support staff and very responsive to questions and issues.
Cons: The images are a bit naff - they could be a bit more sophisticated with the available graphics that is on the market.

There has been a recent rise in productivity among the company while integrating HR partner into the workforce.
Pros: Made it much more ease of management for online integration with our business and better quality of services for customers.
Cons: Nothing major comes to mind there are some things that were tricky at first but overall it seems rather easy to use.

Very good. I enjoy being able to find, share and manage our HR documents and the auto-hassle feature for chasing e-signatures, checklists and forms is excellent!
Pros: HR Partner have support who actually respond usefully and promptly every time, they have excellent online help resources and regular training. The streamlined onboarding and other HR compliance processes we have achieved via HR Partner are professional and time saving.
Cons: Some slight lag in processing time evident to us in Australia. Gives you time to reflect on the process you are undertaking!

Very good. We use it and continue to use it. Worth taking a look at and doing the initial trial use.
Pros: The ability to have records, onboarding , recruiting and documentation all in one platform is incredibly helpful.
Cons: Platform can be buggy at times and they always fix the issues but can take time to full resolve them.

A great experience! I have felt very supported along the entire journey.
Pros: [sensitive content hidden] has been an incredible point of contact form beginning to end. She answered all my questions (and if she didn't have the answer straight, she was very quick to get it!). An excellent resource of information and very personable.
Cons: The integration with xero isn't super smooth, but this is more because of xero.

Excellent. We're gradually tapping into more of what HR Partner is capable of and the adaptability and range of features is superb.
Pros: We've yet to find anything that HR Partner hasn't improved massively about our HR processes. The system seems really adaptable to any quirk (especially with holidays, leave requests) we've thrown at it and the support has been absolutely superb.
Cons: Users have requested access via an app, but that's about it.

Pros: I use HR partner for its hiring tools. I find the integrations with 3rd parties really useful for getting applications in - and the tooling that allows several staff members to vet these applications before they go through our hiring process is an excellent way of sifting through to find the best applicants. The interview feedback process is very easy and great for subjectively reviewing candidates as I find time tends to distort the views of the interviewers compared to when the interview was done - this makes sure we progress the right candidates. Being able to login and use the hiring tools frequently allows us to understand how close we are to landing the perfect candidate. Having used HR Partner for hiring candidates over the past 12 months it has been a great experience.
Cons: I think the user interface can be, at times, confusing and ill presented. Information isn't always where I would expect and its sometimes hard to differentiate between one section of the UI and another.

The platform has been great for our startup, allowing us the flexibility we required from our early days to our considerable growth in our second year of operation. The support team is always very helpful, and we can't fault their customer service. While the platform may be missing some features compared to some of the big players in the Australian market, we felt this was reflected in their lower cost and flexible pricing plans.
Pros: This platform's cost is fantastic compared to some of its competitors, and it has allowed us the flexibility we need for our startup business.
Cons: The platform does require a lot of customisation of settings and self setup, but this is reflected in the low cost. However, the support team is always on hand to help and guide you through the process. There are several features that the platform is missing compared to its competitors but they have been developing some of these and we've seen some new features this year which have been great.

Overall this product does what it’s intended for. We’ve experienced 1 system glitch but other than that we’ve had to major issues.
Pros: We use this platform to manage leave and employee records. It’s fairly easy to navigate through both as an admin and as an employee.
Cons: It doesn’t calculate the leave entitlement automatically so you have to manually input this information. Also, the custom forms don’t also download correctly as a pdf.
