They always solve my problems with their quick response and very clear explanations. I'm really happy to receive their help.
Pros: When I ask a question, they respond quickly, and even if I ask a follow-up question, they respond immediately. They always attach photos to their responses, so it's easy to understand and they always solve the problem. I'm really grateful.
Cons: When statistics by country are required, group reservations cannot be registered by country. When making a series of 30 group reservations, you must always create each reservation individually. Although the contents are the same, repeating this process is extremely time-consuming.

An team made up of hospitality tech professionals who understand the business, the lingo and the common gotchas that many other inferior products fall on repeatedly. Partnering with Shiji and their PMS offering was an experience I would love to repeat.
Pros: The platform manages to balance having real depth of data and ease of implementation, this is something that 3rd party systems like Duetto love!
Cons: Nothing really stands out as a negative. The experience of partnering with such a knowledgable team was excellent.

It's mostly very efficient and relatively easy to use once you get the hang of it. The only thing that, as many programmes, it can be improved, so it would be easier if those improvement can be implemented in an easier and timely manner.
Pros: In most cases, I don't have a problem doing several things in the same programme at the same time. I would be checking in 3-4 guests at the same time, and, in the meanwhile, arranging something else in the same programme with the reservation/rooms/etc. There is no overlap, no mix-up. As long as the internet working good, all of the open pages work seamlessly. I really love that you can track the changes in the logbook, and see when and what was changed and by which user, since a lot of people are working within the same system, so it's nice that when you need to track something, you can see who and what was changed so you can contact that person if needed.
Cons: It would be easier if some of the features can be adjusted easier by the user. For example, room types. If we can add descriptions/comments, or even better, that each user can add their own notes on the rooms, etc. And some of the things can are done manually, can be automated since it's the same process. For example, I can pick several rooms and put one email for all of them. Or, when I need to reinstate a group reservation, I always need to adjust the room grid, which I think, can be added automatically in the system.

Pros: The flexibility with which it can be adapted to our needs and wants.
Cons: There are quite some bugs and issues that need to be handled to make it more accurate and reliable.
