Overbookings are gone with the linking processes of today! We are so well pleased with Guest Suites!! We feel it's by far, the best system ever!
Pros: The ease of the set-up, the operation and the maintenance of this software, I find to be exceptional to any others I have used - far above them!! The customer service is exceptional, no doubt; it's the best that I've ever dealt with!
Cons: There's really nothing that we dislike about this system because we are able to pull any reports we need, with ease.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team treat each of their customers like they are the only one which is outstanding!
Pros: I like that the software works well with the Shift4 gateway product and allows users to secure critical payment data in a PCI-compliant manner.
Cons: There is nothing that I don't like about this product.

The support team is my favorite part, Anytime you upgrade your computer they are there to make sure you do not have anytime down on your software. Also the software is easy to operate and helps with turnover in staff training.
Pros: The ease of use of this software and the support team has been great, Anytime you have a question or need an upgrade they answer you questions within minutes.
Cons: I do not have any complaints, The program is simple to use a perfect fit for my 18 room hotel.

Pros: We have been working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] from Guest Suites for over 12 years. They are great to work with and have continued to provide a software that is effective and easy to use for our customers. Guest Suites is also pro-active when it comes to making improvements and releasing new features. One of the things I like most about the company is if you have a question they are always very quick to pick up the phone or respond to your email.
Cons: It would be great if Guest Suites could push min. night stay requirements to the Availability Online booking engine. But this is a feature that would only be used by a small portion of Guest Suite's users.

Pros: We are an integrated technology partner of the GuestSuites platform. What I love about the platform is how they have combined a modern, cloud PMS with the versatility of a PMS that brings organization to properties from traditional hotels and resorts to VR, Condo, B&B, and campgrounds. Combined with SiteMinder ChannelManager, the GuestSuites platform defines how a next-generation PMS creates time and money-saving opportunities for users. Finally, I have worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] for three years, and he is always responsive and helpful to partners and customers.
Cons: The improvements we hear about are mostly around improved reporting and data insights. I think the biggest issues come from when propoerties are moving off of an older, legacy system, which makes the learning curve a bit steeper.

Pros: We've used this software on and off. Does it's job, it can be installed on-premise or deployed over a secure Internet connection.
Cons: The only cons I can think of is the overall appearance of the software, it could use a makeover or update.
