Hotelkey is a very good hotel management system. We complain of issues within weeks they have reprogramed that part and it is doing what we need it to do.
Pros: Very easy to use. Easy to learn. Customer support very knowledgeable
Cons: There is really nothing I don't like. This product was brought in by Motel 6 learned it by myself and trained others.

The customer service is excellent.
Pros: Ease of use is by far the most important thing and this app is second to none in terms of that. It's not perfect - it's sometimes slow, there are quirks with the usability, and it could be inefficient at times but its still one of the best out there.
Cons: If there was a desktop version this software could be much faster. The iPad makes it easier but also slower. I would like to see more features such as sms messaging to customers.

the software is good & fairly easy to use. sometimes it takes a lot of time to load if that can fixed it will be even better
Pros: There are several tabs that are easy to locate and we have search option in many sections to make things easy
Cons: looking for previous reservations is bit tricky.

Pros: HotelKey is a fairly simple program to learn. Easy to use.
Cons: There are times we cannot enter a customer credit card onto a prepaid reservation, which we require for incidentals. There are times we log in and have to log out and log back in because the information does not download and it shows 0 all the way across to in house, availability.

Checking people in in a lot easier and quicker with this system. Running credit cards and giving refunds are easier also. Guests appreciate that.
Pros: It's very easy to use. The Help Desk is amazing.
Cons: I don't like that when you bring up a date for arrivals or departures, it shows dates for before and after the date. If I have an arrival for 5/13/22, I don't want to see the arrivals for 5/12/22 or 5/14/22, Just 5/13/22! For adding a pet, we have to push several buttons, where one would suffice.

Overall experience is great.
Pros: The software was already implemented in, and when I first started to use it, the process was very simple and easy to teach myself and to my staff.
Cons: The amount of bugs and updates that this software has.

Other than a few glitches it’s pretty good

Overall OK
Pros: Simple easy to understand software. Most part customer friendly.
Cons: Too many clicks for every tasks. I feel we need a third number of clicks if we really decide to improve on this. Group bookings are complicated.

Pros: It is fairly simple to use, new employees pick up on it fairly quickly.
Cons: The group functions do not work properly. I have never been able to book a group and not have problems with entering rooming lists, setting up payment options, pulling reports, etc. Even with hotelkey support of group sales assistance, the groups don't function properly.

Pros: simplicity and fast checking. GUI is very user friendly and easier to train new employee.
Cons: they have lots of glitches and constant changes in the gui. making easier operation more complicated.

There is support but they are not always able to help such as the tax exempts. They have to escalate isssues if they can't help which sometimes takes a couple of days for them to get back to you.
Pros: The product is fairly easy to use if you have the knowledge, such as making reservations, finding past reservations or future reservations.
Cons: It saves everything instantly so if you make a mistake it shows. When there is updates, nothing is sent to us to explain the updates. There is a lot of functions that it doesn't let you do. ex: it won't let you make any changes for groups such as date change, rate change. Unable to remove or add taxes back on if guest has already checked out. Can not add any additional information to a reservation once checked out such as email address.

I like the hotelkey because when I'm call and when I need the help they will always help me .

Overall I think it’s a best system.
Pros: Fantastic System it’s small and compact iPad system which I like most the people at Hotel key are the best they help and take care of any problems very gracefully. They are well knowledgeable people on this system. I would definitely use their system on my other property as well.
Cons: I wish they would have more feature like pre-authorization on the credit card for incidental charges they may have but I don’t know on the Motel 6 thing they might not. And couple other features.
