Pros: Easy, fast, self-explanatory. Helps everyone with scheduling and gives us the aibilty to communicate with well as a team.

Cons: Could use an in-office scheduling system. For tasks being giving from out on the field such as ordering....

Pros: Buildbook makes it easy to manage our multiple projects, communicate with clients and track our finances.

Cons: Nothing. It's a great program that is easy to use.

Pros: it is very easy to work with so far, like being able to upload pictures and documents

Cons: There isn't a way to enter a return material receipts. It would also be nice to have a separation between receipts and subcontractor payments

Pros: The ease of use and the rapid fire response if I ask for help with something. The support team is outstanding.

Cons: I wish it had a financial summary across projects but I understand they are working on it. And I wish it had a direct way to split up estimates into sections without having to work it out through cost codes.

Pros: Very simple to use. There was no training needed.

Cons: It’s a communication tool. Not an actual project management software.

Pros: The ability to share all the information for the project with our Pro Team and and clients the ability to access their selections.

Cons: WE have just started using it, so I haven't found anything I dislike.

Pros: Organizing jobs, budget, contacts are all in one place, complete the job from start to finish.

Cons: When you click on daily log photos you can't scroll, you have to individually click each photo to view

Pros: The level of ease that I was experiencing using it.

Cons: I’m having some issues with using the app with my current mobile service.

Pros: I love how intuitive the Program is. I also enjoy the interaction with clients and how we can easily communicate with the clients.

Cons: I would like the organization to be a little better. Maybe you could add a filter that could sort the catagories in alphabetical order.

Pros: Ease of use, visibility and accessibility for non-tech workers.Software encompasses almost everything needed for our daily operations, it eliminated using 4-5 different types of software.

Cons: We wish there were more (enhanced) CRM type of features

Pros: Build Book works great and we've already seen it help our business in keeping us on task so that the most important things get done on time and not fall through the cracks. I like Build Book's pricing and ease of use most of all.

Cons: I wish there was employee time tracking and a way for customers to pay through Build Book. That would help a lot in making double entries in both Build Book and Quick Books. I know there will always be some double entry, but this would eliminate over half of it.

Pros: I love the tasks functions and the start and end dates you can implement. This helps show the entire team what needs to be done and how much time we have to do the scope.

Cons: I would like to see more financial functions. Such as invoicing and AR reports

Pros: BuildBook offers a comprehensive system of project management tools tailored for the construction industry but can be adapted to our architecture firms needs as well. The software allows you to create and manage projects, track tasks, and assign responsibilities to team members effortlessly. With its interactive Gantt chart and milestone tracking, you can visualize project timelines, monitor progress, and stay on top of deadlines which we love here at our design/build firm.

Cons: While BuildBook offers a good degree of customization in terms of project management and dashboard settings, some users may desire more flexibility in tailoring the software to their specific needs. Depending on your preferences and requirements, you may find certain customization options to be limited for businesses that offer more than construction services.

Pros: BuilBook makes communicating with clients so much easier, especially those that are out of town.

Cons: So far, it is difficult to have the initial account set up. For example, our foreman don't have computers on the site, so we aren't able to get them set up without having them create an account first on a desktop before being able to use the app.

Pros: Easy to use - not too complicated. Had most features that we needed.

Cons: We must be able to do change orders and have multiple signature dependencies

Cons: Not syncing with quickbooks or google calander or email.

Pros: That its easy to put in a project and add what I need to the project

Cons: I'm still learning so its confusing at times on where things go.

Pros: I like the management aspect, scheduling. The estimate is also easy to use. I like it so far. There is a lot of features I'm not using right now so still have a lot to learn

Cons: I don't like that when you add the payment schedule it changes the order of how you input it. I also which it would be a way to do invoicing directly but I heard it's coming.

Pros: The price and value for money is the best I've seen. The user experience is clean, simple and easy to navigate.

Cons: There are a lot of features lacking and some feel like very obvious oversights such as not being able to see profit margin % from a project's financials.

Pros: I love the ease of use for my employees and clients. Very positive feedback from clients, employees and my office manager. They can navigate the program much easier than CoCon/Buildbook. This is huge, I was getting negative feedback from clients about CoCon's complexity. Buildbook is very very simple to navigate and the app works great, very easy to see what we need.

Cons: On the back end, I would love just more customization, options, and abilities to see more information. Seeing job profitability and syncing w/ Quickbooks to see actuals vs. quoted would be helpful. We don't have time or capacity to enter each line item cost so we are missing that information. It just almost seems too simple and not enough complexity on the back end. I want more options w/ quotes and w/ the Gannt chart creation. Having pictures and files transfer from "opportunity" to "projects" would be very very helpful! Please make this change! I'm concerned if Buildbook will be able to grow with my business. As I grow my business I want to be sure Buildbook grows with us and brings more functionality to the back end. Don't change the client facing side, just the backend!

Pros: Easy, you can catch on quick, customer service is 10/10

Cons: After diving into soft ware there is some small things I would suggest but they are already working on them!
